This place is terrible! Yes, it’s cheap but It’s dirty, honestly disgusting! Toilet doesn’t flush properly even after plunging and snaking nobody ever came to fix it, apparently the maintenance guy doesn’t work weekends. We had to drive to gas stations to use the restroom. Shower is nasty and green after pressure sucks. We were happy to see a fridge but it had food in it that was left behind from previous stays! So gross!! Bed is so uncomfortable sinks in the middle and the room smells musty.

Scammers!! They asked for my pin!! Do not trust them. The rooms have cockroaches and they have no management on site so good luck disputing anything. We paid 246 dollars for a 2 night stay. Ridiculous! I made the reservation thru booking.com they cancelled it when I arrived and had me check into another room. When I called booking.com to let them know of my terrifying experience. They called them immediately and told them that I never stayed and that my reservation was cancelled. I have a receipt. I have the bank statements! You must return the money. I'm calling the police next!

This is a budget friendly motel with beautiful painted celing with blue light this is not the best thing yet the best thing is their price and front desk the front desk is very understanding and respectful as long as you follow the hotel rules and polilcy they don't have any problem. The WiFi signal was excellent in the room with good amount of channel on the tv. overall it was a very good stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! Honestly the fact that this place is able to be considered a motel is beyond me. Rating this place a one star is still exceptionally too high. The manager was very rude and rooms were beyond unsanitary. Roaches in every corner just having the time of their lives. The maintenance lady was the only helpful person there. By any means possible avoid staying here!!

Very dirty room, insects literally crawling around the floor, bedbugs by the bed, in the toilet, around the sink. Pictures only show 5% of it. The staff had the audacity to rent out an infested unit without even doing their due diligence. They deny all accountability and will claim it was clean before. Stayed an hour mistakenly before getting fed up and leaving but had to go in circles for a refund, couldn't bother. Love collecting money and neglecting customer service, pretending to care while not caring the slightest. Stay away.

It was OK! Even if they didn't fix my room problem

The place is a but cramped, esoecially the parking lot, our remote control and TV did not work, and the atmosphere, with regards to other guests, is a little questionable in terms of privacy, noise, or concerns for safety, but I have to appreciate the fact that they are competitively priced, their proximity to CVS and a donut shop is convenient, and it was one of the only places available on the night I stayed.

I booked online and got a killer deal . The room was not bad no roaches. It had a view of the neighborhood from the bathroom window . You also have a CVS and a donut shop nearby. The TV worked . There is no real service only check in and checkout. The location might not be the best as it's off beach Blvd lots of "stuff" happening. Once your inside the motel property it's chill . I would come back as long as I got my deal . Last thing there is a 50$ deposit

Great place, clean rooms right on beach Blvd. Competitive rates and no junkies. Next to cvs 😉.

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THE PERSONS I THINK THE OWNERS DONT LET ME STAY BECAUSE I DONT HAVE MY PHYSICAL CA DL AND THEY DONT ACCEPT EITHER MY MEXICAN ID. THEY ARE FROM INDIA (MEANING NOT ALL FROM INDIA ARE THE SAME) THIS PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND AND THEY ARE VERY RUDE, BE CAREFULL WITH YOU DEPOSIT IF YOU STAY THERE ONE NIGHT, I LOST MY MONEY THAT NIGHT. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE 100% NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Got to the astablisment and was very disrespected the man at the front desk was more concerned of why I tried to open a foor then to give me service. He not only not give me any service but was rude about giving me my recipe for my money or a confirmation for a cancelation which he made for no apparent reason. Not only did I not get service but ge did not want want to give me his name for the apparent reason he doesn't want to be on this review

This hotel has to be the most dirtiest and unorganized hotel I've ever been, full of roaches and bugs, dirty microwave, bad service they should really consider on good customer service.

The staff here knows how to make you feel very unwelcome as if you are a criminal before you even check in. Don’t come here if you have friends because the staff will threaten to have you kicked out and your deposit kept. I had no issues with them, but I felt like I was about to receive my third strike if I didn’t follow order. 👎🏽 there are plenty of other motels in the area I would recommend going somewhere else.

Nice place manager and wife a very nice couple . Very flexible on deposit and room rates are great. Very clean room and property. Rooms could use more chairs in them no place to sit only on bed otherwise great place to stay and very nice donut shop next store, it's called BBs donuts.

Was ok with the price. Was ok with the $40 deposit. However not ok with roaches. Wasn't able to unpack. Didn't dare shower or sleep. 4am came and I promptly left. If you're ok with roaches then its a bargain

The surrounding area is very dangerous. Saw a homeless man going from room to room trying to open doors be while trying to look in windows. Staff saw him but rid nothing about it. There are no blankets on the beds only ripped, threadbare sheets. The beds r lumpy, sag to one side or towards the middle of the bed. I always wipe every surface down prior to touching or placing my items in the room. The disinfecting clothes turned black. I went by through 3 large packs if disinfecting wipes doing this. Each room gas to to to the front desk for toilet paper. You have to supply room key and an ID just to get a roll of toilet paper. The towels in the bathroom are threadbare with rips in them. The water barely turns warn regardless if the time if day u use the shower. The room value is extremely poor even for a $70 stay.

I enjoyed my stay. It's a quaint little place, the staff was very nice. I would absolutely stay there again.

This place was a dump rooms had rat traps in them and the walls dirty with stains and also smelled. Then they charges me $50 per room deposit and didn't let me cancel. They only allowed 2 people per room . I will never go back here again
