Very poor service no fix timing, not dusting no clean seat no follow covid protocal. Totally fraoud service

Very worst experience. They Booked from kasmiri gate to Gorakhpur and pickup time was 8:30pm, then they call before 2 hours and changed there bording location from kasmiri gate to Anand vihar time also 8:30pm to 9:30pm but very bad thing is they start bus from Anand vihar at 11:00pm. Cabin is very horrible, dirty, ac also not working well. From Delhi to Gorakhpur travel time is 12 hours only but this bus reach Lucknow in 12 hours. This bus reached Gorakhpur in 21 hours. I called in there office Office people behaviour is very bad I will never suggest to travel with them I wish God save people from that horrible people.

Very bad service by jagdamba tourism, AC not working in between on journey, sleeper cabinet is very small for two persons, traveling charge is very high with very bad service, journey will not start till the full seat will occupy.For saving money they are skipping the toll and shuting down the AC. Guys please don't travel in jagdamba tourism.

They are really big fraud, thek book all tickets online as fake ticket and sell in price and a big issue there are no any timing always late around 2 to 3 hours Never book any tickets with jagdamba travel.

Worst experience even I m posting this review just in 2 hrs because I m in the bus and it's departure time was 10.30 at mayur vihar now it's 12.45 and bus is now on pump in anand vihar first they changed the departure location and now it's already more than 2 hour late.... And staff is very rude with passengers... After asking why it's so late , he is answering don't act like a owner if you have buy a ticket, we will depart when all formalities will done.... Exactly Same word ... There are so many neg reviews now I understand it was my fault to take their services..... Only good thing was their seating chair... I will not take their service in my life..

I had never seen that type of service and missbehave. Totaly worst agency. They already late 40 min to pick up and they cut the connection of charging point. We get to our destination approx 2hr late. Totaly worst ghatiya ek dmm.

Very poor in one word 💩Chii service. Don't take this service you will suffer. Bus came 2h late at boarding point then to skip the toll they don't take national highway gaaon ke raste se le jate hain bus. They take 12h to reach to Lucknow from Delhi. Better you take normal up gov bus money and time both will be saved.

It has been a very bad experience and there is no right time for them, it was 7:30 but their bus has left at 9:25, still they have been given rating, they had to give zero rating.

Too much service I will advise never go with them no water ,no wifi ,no ac ,too much late service and too much rude staff behaviour no words about disgusting service

Wrost service,,It was supposed to drop me to Gorakhpur @ 8:00 am but ..infact it started an Hour late .. from Delhi itself . In terms of timing It's services are worse than Indian railways...if you are planning anything which is time bounded don't trust Jagdamba.

The bus was not the one I booked. COVID times and people were without masks. Stopped once in 25 hours. Duration was 13-15 hours. Took 25 hours to reach sonauli from Delhi. Took detour in some places.

Worst experience of my life , the bus was 2 hour late and then we were shifted to another bus in total the journey started 5 hour late and then no curtains were provided even the staff behaviour was very poor and insensitive , I wish google had minus rating

This travel company doesn't deserve any ratings. Becoz staff is very rude. And they charges as a sleeper class and don't provide any chair seat to sit.
