I moved to this complex from Denver, CO September of 2021. Things were good for awhile until I reported the neighbor in 517 for putting a box outside my door full of dirty diapers and trash which was not the first time they had done this. I. April the neighbors retaliated and Belinda and John(Belinda’s) pet drafted a 10-Day notice to quit in which was affixed to my door. The notices not only contained false information but was defamatory statements made about me and also my about my emotional support dogs protected under ADA and MHA laws. I filled a civil suit because of this and broke my lease due to feeling unsafe and worrying about them continuing to retaliate against me without any sufficient evidence. The maintenance men do not come and fix things when they break within a timely manner, the complex does not turn the heat off in the hallway until late march and your apartment will mostly be above 90 degrees at times. Even through $710 was my rent you definitely do not get what you pay for nor the bare minimum. This is a horribly ran complex with incompetent employees who will retaliate against anyone who speaks up and or knows their tenant rights. Spend the extra money if you can and go elsewhere.

These apartments completely disappointed me and I am very angry with the management department. We were living in these apartments 10 years and when we finally had money to move out, we were told we didn't have to worry about anything other than basic cleaning. Well we did, we cleaned top to bottom, everything was perfect so we thought. We never received a confirmation that the apartment was checked and we'd get our deposit. It wasn't until we called that they told us the apartment was left "a mess" and we weren't getting our deposit back. On top of that they ( manager Cindy approved) are charging $300 for a paint job for the apartment when NOT ONCE did we get a paint job since we moved in. 10+ years of loyalty to these apartments and this is how they repay us. Never again, the managers were disappointing to say the least.

Belinda is the worse manager. Halfway into me living in my apartment I got cockroaches and it was bad. They were everywhere in the hallway, my apartment and laundry room. I sent her pictures and she tried to tell me they were earwigs 🙄 I told her repeatedly and nothing was done, told me people came to spray but it did nothing. I cleaned my apartment spotless I did housekeeping so I know I was thorough. I had to message her and message her for my deposit and when I got it months later it was 200$ and she charged me for everything. Oh she also put my exes name on the check KNOWING he wasn’t living there and I told her many times we weren’t together. Says she’s always busy, never has time for doing her job but everything else. Since centera ( I think that was her name) the manager before, that place went down hill.

I've never resided here, but I've made multiple attempts to find out leasing information or at the very least a viewing of a unit and I've been ignored and disregard everytime. Unprofessional in my opinion, but maybe it's for the best considering they won't even respond to prospective tenants. I imagine the customer service for actual tenants is not much better.

Honestly do not rent from here. The manager has no idea what she’s doing she always says she’s too busy and she always has to do stuff on her days off hello that’s your job as a manager you’re gonna have to do things on your days off. if you don’t like it then don’t be a MANAGER. Take months and months to reply to a simple email and to fix anything here I’m still waiting for my bathtub to be fixed and it’s been a whole 4 month and still. But is very quick to do an inspection when you do a complaint. FYI I’ll be ready for your inspection

I have lived in the Panoramic View Apartments for about a year and half. I moved here because I was working on the Elmendorf Air Force Base which was very convenient. After working on base, I got my old job back down-town and again it was very convenient. I love the Panoramic Views of the mountains everyday that I woke up. My walk around the neighborhood was always beautiful. Everyone I met in this neighborhood was friendly. I referred my brother to live there I got $50 off my next months' rent. While living there I paid $650/month in rent, renting out a large efficiency. I was able to save money to buy a house. I've lived in my new house now for two weeks, and I really miss living at these apartments. Sometimes I regret buying a house because I had no problems living here. A couple of my neighbors didn't seem very friendly, but they never bothered me. Other neighbors were always helpful, and we would greet each others. During Christmas I would make gifts for them and hang them on their door knobs, and they would give me gifts back. The new office lady, never seemed to changed her clothes. She has dandruff on her shoulders every time I see her. But that doesn't mean she does a bad job. She memorizes all the tenants' names and where they live which makes working with her very easy. She seems to get most the things done that you ask her and is carefree. Justin, the office guy is my favorite to work with. He dresses professionally and is always on top of your requests. They're always there and when something needs fixing in the apartment, they show up right away and get the job done. The walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors, but after 10... zip! It's so peaceful. If you're worried about the airplanes from base, don't even worry. You get so used to them it's actually pleasing. I would recommend anyone to live here. Especially if you want to save money. This is a fantastic neighborhood! And if you want a garage, there's garages too. If I didn't buy my house, I could see myself living here for several more years. It is my home away from home.

I moved in about 3 months ago. The day I came to the apartment complex I was greeted very warmly by the resident manager. She was very nice and offered to show me 3 different units. I couldn’t decide if I wanted a 2 bedroom, large one bedroom, or a small bedroom. Each apartment I saw had brand new floors, fresh painted walls and had been cleaned to the touch. Lots of windows, lots of sun, 2 of the apartment had beautiful views of the city & mountains. The other apartment had a view of the lovely courtyard. I asked the resident manager how the other residents were around this community. She said that it’s a lot of military and families that live up here. We went back to the office, she handed me a book which turned out to be an application. I asked her why they had such a large application. She told me that it’s to make sure they rent to the right people. I took the business card off the counter and asked who the name on the card was because it wasn’t the manager’s name which had shown me the apartments. She told me it’s the old resident manager who is now at the corporate office. I asked her why she didn’t have cards of her own. She said there were so many left from the old resident manager that they might as well use them up. Apparently management has changed in the last 5 months. Since I have been living here I have found that other then the noise from the air force base here and there it’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Any time I’ve needed anything done I call the office and she sends someone out that day to help. The maintenance staff are new, BUT they always fix what’s wrong & makes me laugh at the same time. Every day I go to the office because she always has fresh coffee & she is just a delight to talk to, she’s always smiling. I see all these bad reviews. All I can say to the old reviews, yes these buildings are old, but the staff is new and from what I can see for the better. If you are looking for an affordable apartment, I’d say drive to the office yourself and meet the new staff. Also I’ve heard the company is about to drop a lot of money into this complex, all new siding, windows, and much more!

I had to move suddenly in January and the management was very helpful and understanding during my move out. Rent was also very affordable.

😠 The apartments aren’t bad compared to what else is around in anchorage. The issue I had with them is when we moved out we had our place and carpets professionally cleaned. They still charged us for cleaning out of our deposit. Just one last chance to get some more money out of us I guess.
