Great place to visit with kids.we can feed the animals. And go for a walk freely in Nature. There is a very big play area, water play area.Very nice.
Although it's not cheap, it was DEFINITELY a crowd pleaser for the whole family. Lots of animals and awesome presentation...looked great. The playground and water playground area is absolutely top notch. The kids loved it and although there were tons of people, there is so much there that it's never a problem...it was great.
5/5 for kids. 4/5 for adults. Fun way to spend your day. You can buy food for 50 cents to feed animals. They also have a bird show twice a day.
Nice experience for kinds and also for adults:) You can take some veggi and feed the animals or you can buy 0.50cents from there
Its a big park with little deer and goats to feed some food you can purchase with 50c coins from machine. Fun for kids in a playground for long time. Cafeteria offers coffee and some snacks. Prepare to walk and you will see some animals, including deer, goat, variety of birds nicely for you to see and bison and bear.. good fun for whole family. In the picture momma bear is feeding its three almost grown up cubs.
Great place for the whole Family 😊 The nature and the animals are wonderful ❤️ there is a huge playground area for the children
Car park was very busy. Before 10 am there was no line for entry. Still plenty of animals to see in the cold months. Many accept hand feeding and a pat. Bring a change of shoes and gloves if feeding. Needed about 90 min to see most of the animals but more casual might need longer with small kids.

Nice to visit with family and kids. It's wonderful, we enjoyed.
I would say this is overpriced compared to the Tierpark in Thalkirchen which has a lot to offer. However, the best thing about this park is the petting and feeding opportunity for the children especially where they can get close to the animals. The bird show is also pretty nice. Not anything special but a good place to spend your day.
Very good experience. Lots of goats and deers roaming around and coming to you for food (they recognise the brown paper bag of feed you buy from the ticket entrance for 50cent). Get at least 3 bags per person cos you cant it inside the park. Friendly animals as i saw parents letting 3 year olds feed the animals and walk around. Very worth value at 11 eur entrance fee.
Meine Kindheit. Bin mittlerweile erwachsen aber ab und zu trotzdem noch mit meinen Freunden hier. Ist einfach immer einen Besuch wert. An die Studenten: nimmt euren Fakultätsausweis mit dann bekommt ihr Rabatt
For kids it was a wonderful experience. You can touch, feed and walk with the animals. You can see a bird show which has a specific schedule. There are a huge playground for kids.
This place was a brilliant place to spend the morning. My daughter of 2.5 loved the free roaming deer, feeding them and the goats. We were very happy to see wolves, bears and amazing birds of prey out and about. Incredible. Then, the icing on the cake. A playground for every age as far as the eye could see. I loved this. By afternoon the place got quite full.
Wildpark Poing is a slice of pure magic in the Bavarian countryside. From the moment you step in, you’re surrounded by nature at its finest—open meadows, dense forests, and animals thriving in spaces that feel like home, not enclosures. The free-roaming deer are the highlight, coming right up to you for a pat or a treat, creating moments that feel both humbling and surreal. Families will love the massive playground, and the bird of prey show is a must-see—hawks and eagles soaring overhead in a display of raw power. What makes this place special is its simplicity. It’s not overdone or commercialized, just a genuine, peaceful retreat that respects nature. Whether you’re there with kids or on your own, it’s an experience that sticks with you—authentic, quiet, and unforgettable.
Absolutely wonderful place for families, where children can enjoy feeding deers by hand, a bird show (we didn’t watch cause my kid is a little afraid of birds) and the biggest playground I have ever been to. Seriously, it’s HUGE and well maintained.
Super schön hier, weitläufig, sehr gepflegt und Tiere hautnah. Tolle Anlage und optimal für einen Tagesausflug. Sehr beeindruckend ist auch die Flugshow
Must visit, especially if traveling with kids, we managed to reach the park by public transportation and spent 5 hours there , observing animals and in the playground
Poing Wildpark isn’t your typical zoo—it’s an immersive, walk-through wildlife experience where nature feels just a little more personal. From the moment we entered, we were met by friendly, free-roaming deer, rams, and even peacocks, all casually strolling beside us like old pals. The animals here seem just as curious about you as you are about them, which made the visit feel especially magical. Highlights included spotting a majestic lynx, enjoying the playful energy of the bear family, and catching a surprisingly entertaining bird show. Even the bull, who could’ve been intimidating, seemed like a mellow guy just enjoying the afternoon. It’s not the largest zoo you’ll visit, but it’s affordable, charming, and full of character—a place where kids and adults alike can connect with animals in a way that’s unstructured, up-close, and truly memorable. Well worth the stop.
Perfect outdoor spot to take family, not too far from the city. Ticket prices are reasonable and animal food is cheap enough to keep the kids busy. Lots of animals and it feels great to have goats and deer walking around you. Highly recommend!
Great experience, must visit. Many friendly animals to feed and pet. The ones, that are prohibited to contact, are still perfectly observable. All the animals appear to be in great health and living conditions and don't look to be bothered by the visitors, as they always have a place to go to be alone
Great place to go with kids. All the animals healthy and looks good, free run deers that can be feeded. Multiple playgrounds, huge water playground.
Amazing life nature park for a long walk with family or friends. Recommend!!!
Amazing experience! My advice is to plan your visit longer as there is so much to see and through the whole park there are animals approaching you so do purchase the food with the ticket or you have designated places through the park where you can purchase it.
We loved it. The animals get really close and have a lot of space. Many even roam free through the whole park. The playgrounds are amazing as well. Really big and for kids of all ages.
Wunderschöner Wildpark immer wieder ein Erlebnis egal zu welcher Jahreszeit .
