All the staff is super sweet, friendly and knowledgeable! I had 2 tattoo removal appointments with Dr. Jenny and she was wonderful, fully removed my fading tattoo with no issues. Everything is well organized, clean and professional and recommended her for my mom for her anti-aging treatments!

It is a relatively new establishment with cozy and comfortable ambience. Customized treatment plan Yan suggested answered all my questions and concerns. I had my first Picosure treatment today. Yan answered all my questions patiently and professionally. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. The whole session was relaxing with no rush. I am looking forward to seeing my refreshing appearance.

I am so happy I found this gem. This is the best clinical spa I have ever been to. I went to get a hydrodermabration and had a great experience. I have extremely sensitive skin (acne prone + highly reactive to new products) and have had multiple bad experiences in the past at other clinics (treatments burning my skin, people pressuring me and trying to upsell). Before my facial, I explained my worries to Jenny and she was patient and listened attentively. During the facial, she was really gentle with my skin and customized my facial according to how my skin reacted. In the end, my skin looked great (dewy/ glowy) and I did not experience any bad reactions during or after! Everything about the experience was perfect and I cannot think of anything I would change. I can tell Jenny is passionate about her job and genuinely cares about her clients. I will definitely come back in the future.

I had the PicoSure treatment done there today as I wanted to take advantage of their 2 for 1 Opening Promotion. The place is easy to find/park. Inside the clinic is clean and elegantly designed. The Specialist is knowledgable and friendly. I had my skin tested first for initial evaluation, the procedure itself was bit uncomfortable and stingy but they offered excellent after care right after!! The result after even one treatment is amazing! My daughter told me that my skin looks younger already!! Highly recommended!!

New dig in town, girlfriend said her bestie really enjoyed their service there, so she wanted to try it out too... new place be warned, my girl is a critic and not easily pleased... but I tell ya, Bon Chic really came through and gave a top notch service!!
