I carry my stress in my face (RBF, anyone??) So not only do I look more relaxed, I also feel it! Sara knew that one side of my face needed more Dysport than the other, so my face seems more symmetrical now too. I’m super happy with the results! Thank you ❤️

I highly recommend KOZA! Went there to get my daughter a giftcard for a facial. Right when I walked in I was greeted by a lovely young lady. The cozy feel that KOZA has is amazing. I loved the feel so much that I will be booking an appointment for myself asap.

I had an excellent experience at Koza Skin Clinic, both with their staff and the results I obtained from the Plasma Rich Treatment (for hair loss) I received. They offered me a great package for 3 sessions. The staff, and particularly Sarah, were super nice. I enjoyed my sessions, although PRP can be a bit painful. Three or four months after the sessions, I started seeing great results: my hair gained density, and my hairline became better defined. As a result, I am planning to make PRP sessions a part of my hair maintenance routine moving forward - of course, at Koza Clinic!

Susan was my injector and she is incredible! At the same price as my previous injector she treated four different areas as opposed to two. That's how you tell the difference between someone with skill and someone who just wants to take your money. My face feels balanced, rather than heavy and everything looks natural. Overall great experience at Koza with knowledgeable and friendly customer service, I won't be going back to my guy (sorry not sorry hehe 😋).

The clinic is very clean and the staff are professional and honest when it comes to recommendations for my skin type. Love that they also sell Zo skin care products. I highly recommend Koza skin clinic and specifically Sara. This place is the best clinic I have ever been to. I’ve previously had Botox, filler, PRP and laser at very high profile and expensive clinics, and none of them compare to Koza. Sara somehow manages to make Botox virtually pain free and her attention to detail is unparalleled. Most injectors leave one area of my forehead untreated because they don’t understand that they need to inject slightly into my hairline. When I mentioned this to Sara, she knew exactly what I referring to and injected that area perfectly. She also injected my chin and jowls to address some of the skin issues that have been bothering me. I had no idea that these areas could be addressed with Botox until discussing them with Sara. She answered all my questions and I’m so grateful for her help addressing these smaller problem areas on my face without filler. Sara also injected PRP into my undereyes and hair. I’ve had hair PRP done at other clinics with nitrous oxide and freezing, but those procedures were still extremely painful and unnecessarily long. Sara didn’t use any painkiller, but the speed and precision made this as quick and easy as humanly possible. Sara’s ability to quickly inject the PRP made a HUGE difference and she didn’t comprise the quality of treatment in any way. She injected more PRP than any clinic I’ve previously been to. I usually bruise very easily, but I somehow walked away with no bruising at all! It’s only been a couple days but my undereyes already look significantly better. Sara also injected a small amount of filler into my lips and I’m obsessed with how they look. She knew exactly what I was looking for and she was super reassuring when I was nervous about the pain and swelling. Sara made sure to numb me for a long time before the treatment and she explained what to expect post-treatment, which made this experience a lot easier for me. I will never let anyone except Sara inject my lips. She is incredible at what she does. I’ve never seen someone with a better level of skill, precision and bedside manner. Koza uses a better model laser than the ones used at most clinics. other laser hair devices require freezing and the procedure still hurts. The laser used at Koza is pain free and no numbing is needed. The spa is extremely clean, smells amazing and all staff members are professional and friendly. They also sell the most amazing skincare line and offer a huge variety of treatments and services. I will be returning to Sara for all my future treatments!

Koza skincare clinic is conveniently located in Port Coquitlam at Terry Fox Square. It is a beautiful smaller clinic offering many services from injectables to skincare rejuvenation treatments. I have had their derma-plane facial and it left my skin glowing smooth and fresh. I have also had Botox treatments at the clinic . Nurse Susan who is also one of the clinic directors is one of the most skilled , educated , kind and caring injectors I have met . Needles can sometimes be a fear, especially when injected into your face, but her technique was so precise, you could not feel anything. No ice was used and no bruising occurred post treatment. Online booking on their Jane app is seamless. As an FYI They are currently on summer reduced hours so getting in may be a bit challenging during this time but typically you can get an appointment . I would definitely recommend this business if you are looking for Botox , filler or any skincare treatments. Thank you Koza 🩵

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The spa is clean and new, decorated beautifully and the staff was polite and professional. My service was dermaplaning with Georgia. Georgia was fantastic and highly skilled in her trade. Her facial skills are wonderful; lovely massage with great pressure and skill. She was able to keep our delightful conversation going personably while still explaining everything she was doing on my face and not lose focus or stop what she was doing. Georgia recommended treatments suitable for my skin type confidently and promoted the spa and staff proudly. Georgia is definitely an asset to this cozy med spa. In Dec 2018 I got my first lip filler session done by someone else. I received a full syringe and my lips looked more duck like rather than a natural pucker. In Oct 2022 my lips had naturally dissolved so I went to see Koza for my 11 lines, lip flip and lip filler. All I can say is WOW… What a beautiful difference and lovely experience. She really listens to what I wanted and delivered! I cannot recommend her enough. I’ve sent a few friends her way 💕 10/10

Just received a FORMA facial from Kaitlin. It was absolutely perfect. The pressure was great, the temperature was great, it was super relaxing (felt like a hot stone treatment) and the hot towel at the end was a perfect touch! She even applied a nice tinted SPF to finish off the treatment! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Side note: The Clinic was super clean and organized. everyone was dressed very professionally!! Perfect little spot to get pampered!

Ive been going to Koza for a while now, Ive had many treatments from injections to facials and they always take such good care of me. I trust them 100% which is so important. Nurse Susan is hands down the best! I saw her for dermal filler for contouring my jaw and cheeks and the technique she used was phenomenal. I was able to get my desired look with minimal product. My results were natural but gave me a snatched and clean look! HIGHLY recommend! I will be back for Morpheus 8 in a few months!

Koza clinic is absolutely killing it!! Sara is so great at making sure everything is done to perfection. I came in to get my lips dissolved and when I came back they still weren’t perfectly ready so instead of filling we did another dissolve so that they’ll be perfect when we do fill! Ending up getting some light Botox too. 10/10 recommend it here Sara and Susan will make sure you feel super comfortable and happy with your results!!
