Lovely hotel ! Hotel staff are really helpful and caring. The hotel is located just close to the skiing piste, meaning that you can walk to the station and it takes 1 min ! The rooms are cosy, the storage for the ski set is just at the entrance. Everything is so practical and well organized. The restaurant is good, high quality and delicious food which is of course relatively expensive! The breakfast is really decent, the hotel is cosy. The room service was so fast and efficient. So once you are back from breakfast, it's already done. Things to improve : isolation of the rooms (which could be difficult due to wooden structure) This hotel is highly recommended !

A déconseiller complètement, j'écris en anglais pour les touristes : the room is too small, not enough light in the bathroom and no big long mirror. the manager is no polite, however the service is friendly. no possibly to have an reimbursement or a voucher when we could not stay a night more because of the plane strike. the manager said that it is too late 2 days before. We booked for 3 night for my nevew's wedding in this hotel and we were 150 people to stay and to sleep in this hotel. it is unacceptable and the manager took us down and really with a very haughty air, a 4 star hotel and which has the pretention of being so, should be more tolerant in this case because it was a big wedding which brought a lot of money to the hotel. Also there were bugs that bit us in the bed, this manager said we were wrong...( bed bug)

As a regular staying in hotels in the Alps every weekend, I can say the service is poor, the hotel is totally oversold in terms of service and facilities. If you have any issues, you are bound to be left at a disadvantage because the management is rotten. I was really surprised by the lack of hospitality at this hotel, very limited healthy options regarding breakfast. It's a shame because the hotel has a lot of potential and is in a great location but ruined by poor management and isn't what some would expect as a 4-Star more 2-3 in global standards. Stay at an alternative hotel if possible.

An absolute gem in La Clusaz. The food is excellent - I had 4 meals there and each option was quality. The rooms are "tight" but I guess this has to be expected in the Alps, but the ski in and ski out was a real winner. The staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly. A little bit more expensive, but worth it.

Superb location, excellent service. Room was ether too warm or freezing due to having French doors and no window. But overall very comfortable and quiet.

Great hotel, great location, great staff, but please fix the issue with the room keys, it got very boring with them not working!

A particularly nice welcome with a little guided tour as we were new to the hotel. We had a spacious, comfortable room with a great view over the valley. The pool is a good size. If you turn up between 4pm and 7pm, there's afternoon snacks at the bar. Parking can be tricky

We loved the breakfast, the swimming and hammam !

Main course at every dinner very disappointing
