perfect
but
it's
the
first
time
heard
about
I
can't
speak
English!

French
I
have
B1
level.
It's
really
ridiculous
now.
Maybe
I
can't
comment
on
the
doctor's
medical
skills,
but
it's
easy
to
see
his
attitude
here,
I
am
glad
that
many
people
have
made
their
honest
comments
so
I
am
not
the
only
one.
November
2022:
The
1st
visit
was
free,
about
15
mintues
by
which
only
the
assistant
took
some
pictures.
They
sent
me
a
nice
procedure
said
the
doctor
will
contact
me
within
maximum
24hrs
but
I
waited
for
more
than
1
month
during
which
I
received
nothing
so
I
called
them
3
times
and
sent
several
emails,
they
just
told
me
to
wait.
I
tried
to
book
from
docotlib
directly
when
they
had
open
slot
as
I
don't
want
to
wait
forever,
after
I
told
them
that
it
will
be
my
2nd
visit,
they
cancelled
my
reservation
directly
and
again
told
me
to
wait.
I
was
really
upset,
after
several
email
changes
the
doctor
sent
me
a
very
nice
video
to
explain
the
treatment
which
will
be
2
visits
each
45
mintues
for
"surf
rad
parodontie",
EUR960.
I
accepted
it,
then
I
got
1
visit
(after
2
months!)
in
total
around
45
mintues,
I
be
told
that's
all
and
be
charged
directly.
I
tried
to
contact
the
doctor
asking
why
2
visits
of
45mins
changed
to
1
visit
45
mins
but
I
paid
same
price,
the
doctor
seems
was
quite
angry
and
told
me
he
mentioned
2
visits
because
many
patients
prefer
to
have
2
visits,
but
he
combined
to
1
for
me
which
I
agreed
during
the
treatment(maybe
my
poor
French
I
missed
it?),
the
price
is
for
treatment
instead
of
2
visits.
BTW,
I
be
told
I
need
do
the
same
treatment
every
2
year,
while
other
doctors
told
me
normally
not
necessary,
so
I
am
a
bit
confused.
If
so
it
is
quite
expensive
to
pay
960
each
2
year.
