Friendly and welcoming hotel. Clean, spacious room and a good buffet breakfast, including scrambled egg and bacon. Helpful advice about local traffic problems and how early to head for the ski resorts to avoid them. Location very handy, just a few metres from a slip road onto the ski resort route. Triple glazing meant no problem with road noise. Slight downside was no lift, but the stairs don't seem too long.

Date of stay: August 8-9, 2023 - - - The hotel was easily accessible by car (located next to the highway). What was less is the following: - If you want to check in at 2 p.m., this is not possible at the reception, you are then obliged to use the machine to check in, no problem in itself, BUT if you book with a booking platform other than their own hotel, you cannot in any way check in with the machine, you will not receive the correct reservation number. This is quite frustrating. Please adjust this in the future! Hotel room could be better maintained, dirt in the air conditioning, spider web in the bathroom, spots in the bathroom ceiling. No properly functioning extractor for damp in the bathroom. Bed is fresh and maintained.. Only a mattress on a board.. So it can definitely be better! Good for 1 night if you can book cheaply. See attached pictures.

Nice place for the money you pay. You have everything you need in the room and outside it.

What I expect from a B&B Hotel. Staff were welcoming. Rooms were simple and clean. Easy to find off the motorway and only 1.5km from centre of town.

B&B hotels are reliably simple, comfortable and convenient. As always, this one had no frills (no kettle, no hair drier), and it is in an unspectacular location (next to the autoroute, 15 minutes walk into Central Chambery), but good value.

Everything about this place is cheap. Ridiculous small towels, only 2 in double room. AC ineffective. Mouldy shower and a curtain no glass screen.

Hotel is located close to the highway - noisy. The room is tiny. It smells with smoke although - non-smoking room. No elevator. Take it if you have no other options. I would pay max 40-50 Eur per night, but not 80. Good thing - air conditioning, and the bed is ok.

Good hotel but it does need mainteanance. The room was a little noisy since it's next to the freeway and my room was situated above the entrance and the gate. Noice canceling glass would have been better. But earplugs do the trick also. Clean room, good bed and a nice shower.

Water from the shower spread all over the bathroom floor. This was in a disabled access room where water should drain back into the shower area.

The food was fresh and good. I didn't gave 5 stars because my burger (that was very good) had ketchup. The ketchup covers all the flavors in the burger and it's a pity. My friends had 2 of their bobdogs and were delicious. You should try it.

Worst hotel of the B&B chain I have ever stayed in. And I say this having stayed in many and really enjoyed the vast majority. Would never stay in this one ever again. The room and bathroom were so old, it seemed they were never renovated except for some paint in the main room. The bathroom was the worst part as it was old and partly dirty, especially the moldy, grimy bathroom window. The bathroom floor was as cold as the outside ground (maybe 4°C) which made taking a shower really uncomfortable given that there wasn't even a shower pan - the shower was literally just part of the floor. The whole bathroom was only minimally insulated with cold air and noise coming in through the very thin window. The (ground floor!!) window security latch seemed ready to break off the old wooden window frame at any minute. There is basically no sound insulation which meant I heard the neighboring room's TV until it was turned off at 3am. And with no staffed reception, there was no help to be had either. The hotel is literally next to the highway which could be heard easily through the thin windows. The room was supposed to be a couples room, but had only a small queen-size bed.

Easy to reach from Central station, very firm mattress and warm shower. Breakfast was nothing special but also not lacking in any way. I like the keypad access, so I don't have to keep a key on me. well done 👍

Not used to this kind of robotised hotel yet Room okay, cup for water missing Breakfast very simple, would have liked a slice of ham or so, croissant okay, baguette questionable, not impressed. Machine coffee just drinkable. Lady at the reception pleasant and polite.

Good hotel for a one night stopover. Good bedding. Room is spacious. Since the hotel is not closed to restaurants, it would be good to be able to get some food from the vending machine. Only chips and biscuits available.

The hotel is very used and the hotel surrounding is poor, no elevator, the breakfast is without taste, but the access from the motorway is good. There are better B&Bs in that area, the one in Aix-les-Bains is new and in Annecy they even serve beer. My recommandation would be the B&B Annecy as it is more quite than B&B Aix-les-Bains.
