I had a good experience at Premium Outlet Cafe. The environment was cozy and the staff was very friendly. We ordered the chicken cheese pasta, prawn nasi goreng, and two Old Town White Coffees. The nasi goreng and white coffees were great, but the pasta was not as tasty as I thought. The cheese used in the pasta was not that tasty. However, everything else was commendable. I would recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a good place to eat in Kandy.❤️

The place had such cool vibes, and the food and milkshakes totally hit the spot. Those French fries? Way better than what you get at most big restaurants. The black burger could've been tastier, but overall, it's a great place to satisfy your cravings.

One of the finest restaurants in Kandy, The taste was good. The portion was good. The staff and the owner were very friendly. I asked them for some simple birthday decorations and they did that with our seats reserved without any extra charges. Seafood Bamboo biryani was the best. No parking is available during the day but you can always park your vehicle in the mosque parking lot just a few 100 meters next to the restaurant. Nicely themed and loved the experience. They do have a 10% service charge

Ordered Bamboo Mutton biryani ,Bamboo Prawn biryani, Strawberry milkshake and Avacado milkshake. Bamboo Mutton biryani is worth the try. Prawn biryani could have been better. Milkshake was 70% ok but not that great. Service is Really good. But it's your responsibility to check whether the order is Sae that you ordered.

However, I'd recommend skipping the submarine due to the green bun (added coloring or something), however, it tastes good. A minor suggestion for improvement would be to ensure the drinks are served slightly cooler for that extra refreshing touch. Also, it's worth noting that the service charge was relatively high. Despite this, Premium Outlet remains a must-visit for anyone seeking a delightful dining experience in Kandy!

They have upstair seating too. Food was good. We ordered bamboo chicken biriyani and chicken cheese pasta with passion fruit juice. Pasta was nice. Atmosphere is nice too.

Burger was scrumptious. The egg and corn rice is a nice touch. A definite must try if you’re passing the place. P.S- The “dayya” is actually spicy.

Not recommend !!! Rude employees Me and my family visited this place in a morning around 11.30. We were the only people at that time of the cafe and they were still cleaning . A person from downstairs asked us to go upstairs for a table. When we were looking for a place to sit upstairs there were 02 employees (ladies) in the floor. My wife wanted to sit in a place where we will get the air-condition properly cz it was very hot at that time . When we inquired about the AC , one lady asked us to go downstairs . We told her we were asked to go upstairs. Then the other lady employee who was sitting, came and switched off the AC and opened the curtains. It was really rude. We felt we were not welcomed from the moment we step in to the cafe. From my experience the customer service is really bad in this place. I will never visit this place again.

Good place to enjoy a meal. Superb interior decorations. Good meals and good customer service. Only problem is parking. Highly recommend for those who looking for "changes". Reasonable price .
