Super friendly, really clean rooms and an amazing view. Add to that the best breakfast I have ever had in Asia and you have an absolute must. The only downside was that dinner wasn't great, but there are loads of restaurants in town.

Really nice place, friendly owners and staff. Mountain view rooms have an amazing view. There's a stream close by and at night when it's really quiet, you can hear it - maybe loud for some.

The hotel has an amazing view over the hills, but not much to do here, other then sleep. The rooms are clean and specious. Aircondition worked perfectly, although it gets quite chilly in the night. There was a kind of moisture smell in the room, but since we didn't stay long, we get over it. There was no TV and fridge. You get a botle of water in the room on the arrival. There was quite a lot of small ants, so don't leave any food on the floor. The bathroom was big and nice, but the water in the shower warked slowly. The wifi worked ok also in the rooms. The breakfast is served, but with enough variety of fruits, eggs with sausages, butter and jam, bread, juice and local dishes, if you prefer them. You also get a tea and a coffee.

The place is really beautiful, spacious rooms and common areas, squeaky clean and a great view of the mountains. It is really quite up there and a Tuktuk ride costs around 200LKR to the city center. We also enjoyed shower! Great water pressure which is rare in Sri Lanka. The owner is really friendly, gracious and Christopher who works there is one of the nicest persons we have met on our trip through Sri Lanka, so sweet, helpful and informative. He explained everything we asked with so much patients, the Tooth Temple, Buddhist festivals, Sri Lankan history, food and so on.

Greedy owner who wants to charge more from locals than what is advertised on booking.com for foreigners. I would have at least expected same rates. Saddened by this greed. Stay away people.
