so
that,
I'll
have
to
deliver
my
items
to
my
customers
and
I
choosed
SL
post
cash
on
delivery
service
to
deliver
several
times.
I
sent
a
rubber
back
cover
without
any
damage
to
my
customer
by
your
service
but,
the
customer
recieved
the
back
cover
broken
and
damaged.
Then
I
asked
a
lady
who
works
in
the
post
office,
how
the
cover
got
broken?
and
she
told
it
might
be
broken
and
been
damaged
when
we
seal
the
parcel
before
sending
it.
So
then
the
next
day
I
wrapped
the
covers
using
a
bubble
wrap
infront
of
those
ladies
who
works
there.
But,
those
covers
are
also
broken
and
damaged.
I'm
confused
of
how're
the
rubber
covers
get
broken.
I
don't
know
whether
they're
doing
this
to
everyone
and
also
If
I
delivery
those
items
by
a
courrier
service,
the
items
I
send
will
be
collected
by
the
customers
very
neatly
without
any
damages.
How's
it?
Who's
fault
is
this?
