Newly opened branch of Odel and Glowmark chain. Presently few stores have been occupied including Glowmark supermarket, Odel textiles store, Perfumes and Spectacle. Discounted prices are on offer on weekends but with very limited stock with few brands. Ample parking is available.

Nice shopping mall with good parking space and nice environment. It’s still on developing stage (only two stories were open on the time of reviewing). I hope it’ll be one of the best shopping malls in Sri Lanka when it’s fully opened.

Parking space is available. But, this is not good like KCC shopping center. There are few international and local shopping places to buy items such as Perfumes, clothes, foot-wear, electric items, ice cream and grocery items. Some shops are still not opened. How ever, a good shopping experience at one place. People are from Peradeniya and Mulgampola are able to shop there rather than entering the Kandy city are. Recommended.

They have a separate section with seafood as well as packaged foods and household items. The quality of the products was also high. The pricing was reasonable, with some items on sale at discounted prices. The customer service was decent, with staff members available to answer questions and assist customers.

Visited yesterday. Very poor customer service. Don’t come behind us if we are holding black bags which you guys provided to use to customers. Black bag symbolizes “no need help when shopping” and still your employers chased us. We felt like they are thinking about us like we are some kind of thieves. Totally disappointed about how they treat to their customers.

Best place near girls high school Kandy modern building look and store goods its a nice mall to go shopping for clothes/ foods /kitchen items.

Very bad customer servise. They dont allow you to exchange cloths without the bill even those are with price tags. Specially ms. Probodi (cashier) and ms.surangika(customer support) don’t know how to speak customers and totally helpless. Hope they would recruit and train their staff about customer handdling and update their exchange system.

An elegant, up class mall with high end prices and products. I would say it was a pleasant first visit from our experience. They have live music as well from time to time. If you want to splurge yourself for some expensive luxury items, this is the go to place. In contrary, if you are on a tight budget you can still come here to enjoy the ambience/aesthetics of the mall and treat yourself at the Softlogic cafeteria. Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen newly opened in this location and is the first in Kandy. They also have a Softlogic Glomark supermarket with full range of products. The other Softogic Glomark outlet is an Express supermarket at Asiri Hospital with minimal line of products. Do not forget to present your Softlogic One loyalty membership number. Almost all outlets in this mall should accept it. Multi level car park available at the back. There is not much room for large vehicles to manoeuvre around. Parking was free at the time of our visit.

A fairly compact place, the Glomark outlet has a good selection of local and international grocery items. Also contains an Asiri Pharmacy, Baskin' Robbins, and a Popeyes at the entrance. Moderately maintained washrooms. A few fashion & accessory outlets operate in this establishment, mostly dealing at higher price points.

This is a shopping mall more suitable for high end people. The prices are beyond affordable for ordinary or middle income people. Most of the items are branded and good in quality. More suitable for foreigners looking for quality shopping. Inside the mall, restaurants and grocery shops are available.

Plenty of parking space. Nice atmosphere. But more to be done inside. Odel outlet is better than the outlet on Kandy town. There are plenty of choices and a good collection of clothes. You can have your meal or have a snack while doing shopping. There is room to be improved but satisfied with the experience I had the first time I visited there.

Love the little pastry shop. The lady attendants are especially well trained and polite. Unfortunately that trait is becoming rare in this range of the service sector.

You can get some best offers here for your credit cards. Parking facilities are available in the basement too Fresh and quality bakery items are available here Downside Very few choices are available I think there is an issue with their cool chain management (yoghurts had a bad smell even before they expire ) Especially don't buy anything from the meat and Fish section(I had some worst experiences twice with them) The stationary section has only some Books( even they don't have glue there) Discounts are not available for rice/milk powder/ Suger

Nice shopping mall with great shops. The only problem was they didn’t have clean toilets with tissue paper rolls in the toilets. When asked lady said they don’t provide tissue for the toilets which is not good. Also they charged Rs. 20.00 for the toilets but not sure why as they don’t provide proper ammenities for their customers.

Good place... Got the Glomark supermarket and series of stored where you can find some good stuff. It has a Baskin Robbins and a Popeyes Louisiana Chicken.

An elegant mall with 3 floors of shopping experience for family, offering wide selection of top international brands. However prices can be a little expensive. Very calm and not crowded usually. Parking available which is a relief specially in peradeniya area.

Since this mall has popeyes & BnR, it's good for family dinner out with kids. Even this mall has several other luxury & non luxury items for shopping. But I don't recommend their supermarket. Whenever I visit their Glomark Supermarket, they do not have fresh vegetables & their other provisions are limited on stock on most of the days. Except their Supermarket all others are OK here.

That was close at 10 pm.but we went for Popeyes..in Kandy it's a good enough to have all outlets.we stayed nearby hotel and got food from here.

The glowmarket is well stocked and they have health food items that are not available in other supermarkets. Could do better with fruit and vegetables. The staff are courteous and helpful. The general ambience is good. Would suggest a health food outlet rather than fastfood only.

I visited Glomark Supermarket by Softlogic to buy some essentials and see the Odel Mall. Totally disappointing experience due to price display complexities and misleading staff members. For example, a staff member approached me and told there was a promotion on a commodity( All the prices are 10-20% higher than other supermarkets). At the till I got 10% discount for almost everything. May be, because I visited this place for the first time.

Extremely friendly staff and trustworthy. Once I accidentally left my phone in one of their changing rooms and the cashier ran all the way to find me in the Glowmark supermarket to return it to me. Thank you so much

We absolutely loved the service! Usually when a sales person approach you it's uncomfortable and they get in your way, but the experience at this Odel was the total opposite. She was there through our shopping visit when we needed her, but she gave us space when we needed - without having to ask. The mall itself is well spaced and well stocked. Houses a Baskin Robbins and a Glomark. There's some parking up front and more in the basement.
