Worst place to work Manger makes everyone walk on egg shells has anger issues and when in conflict gets very aggressive when there returns manger will walk away saying (oh a other rental) Assistant manger can be very rude he is very unprofessional he rather make out with his girlfriend right infront of customers than help a employee he is very aggressive as well Key holders Hires ones that always coming in with a hang over and brings alot of personal drama into the work place He will only hire young ones when you pass in a resume they will talk about how you look very high school stuff Very unprofessional very childish

I bought a toaster there a little over a month ago. It never let the toast go down in the slot far enough to toast the top. Then the other day the lever wouldn't stay down to toast. So I took it back and they would not give me a refund because I didn't have the box it came in. I said poor policy and walked out. I didn't even shop the items on my list. I won't shop there again. A very disappointed customer.

I enjoyed my first ever visit to this department store recently and I will definitely be back! Great selection, very tidy, friendly service - and I hear they have a Christmas catalogue! I am looking forward to returning soon.
