Not the expected services of a Hilton spin-off. The location is 45 minutes from the city center and it is not a nice walk over the costanera road, but this isn't Hampton faults. Rooms are not properly isolated, towards the sea it is a beautiful view but still sound from the traffic is prevalent. Back rooms are slightly quieter but the view is toward a construction site. A positive view is the night of Antofagasta and the dawn. Breakfast is very basic. No real coffee, only instant coffee available. Fruit is available as well as eggs, but it could be better. The staff was a bit too strict. The view from the terrace and the lobby, on the 14th floor, is great, but still traffic noise is too loud. At the basement of the hotel, there are some good amenities: a supermarket and a beer place where you can get food as well.

The building is new the front sea rooms have a very Nice view. The hotel nas a small but useful gym. The air conditioner was working fine but one night i've tried to heat the room but found out there was no heating system but you can borrow a standalone one from the front desk

Do not expect the place to be any similar to the normal Hilton you might stay in Europe or North America. - Staff is slow and not helpful - Service - After your breakfast, you will be asked to remove your dirty dishes from the table by yourself 😵‍💫 - Room without any single windows with the opening system, so although you’re right on the ocean you’re not able to get any fresh air, only from A/C - room has a smell of MOLD - they have no idea what the word cappuccino means. For some reason, they serve cappuccino with tons of sugar in it. If you ask for espresso with milk on the side milk will also have sugar in it😵🤢. What is going on guys??? I ordered plain milk for my kids and that milk was so oversweetened that they couldn’t drink it. - in our room we’re having just one big and one small towel for the whole family, that’s it! 🤕

what a rip-off. I stayed there at exponor and the rooms were USD$600.00 each for a twin room. The staff in the restaurant didn't really care less if you had empty plates on the table or glasses. The staff didn't speak much English. no room service. there were chunks out of the plaster in my bathroom. I didn't know my Hilton honours number and the staff didn't want to help me find it in the system..you should be ashamed of yourself Hilton jacking the prices while exponor was on in Antofagasta. I do visit Antofagasta and never again will stay there...

Hotel is beatiful and clean, although not well located. View of the ocean is great, however, view of the city is dreadful. Amenities were not replaced daily. Breakfast staff were great.

The front desk never answers the phone. There is no room service. The restaurant staff was slow and careless. Nobody spoke english.

De los hoteles de la cadena de Hilton es uno de los desordenados que me ha tocado. I don’t recommend this hotel , the city view is really bad and the services is the worst that I seen in the Hilton’s hotel .

Nice rooms. Spectacular view. Tasty food. They have box lunch for those that need to work in the desert during the day.

Todo fantástico! The have great ocean views from some of the rooms, the gym and the jacuzzi and the restaurant. The hotel is super nice and clean, there is a bar, a cafe and a supermarket near by. Parking is available directly in front of the house. And all at a very good price. The restaurant is excellent and the breakfast as well. One of my best choices for a hotel ever. You can have a nice run alongside the waterfront directly opposite the hotel as well.

Hotel was modern and clean. Staff was wonderful. Stayed here over Christmas and I was one of four people staying at the hotel. They told me that business doesn't start until January 15th. The only negative is the hotel is a little bit on the edge of town. It might have been nicer to stay more in the main part of the city.

This is a comfortable hotel with really nice staff. But what sets it apart is the view and how it is accessible to all guests. Even if your room does not face the ocean, the lobby of the hotel is on the 14th floor along with the breakfast bar and lounge. It is a beautiful space. The gym and jacuzzi are on 15th with more great views. High five to the team that approved this layout.

The view was stunning, with a surfing spot in front of the hotel. Comfy, modern, clean room. The staff was great, as well as the breakfast.

Worst hilton I've ever stayed at by a mile. Ac doesn't work, staff can't help and seem more bothered about socialising between themselves, room smells of mold. Absolutely absurd this is a hilton hotel.
