An hotel that made his guests to walk one block at 2 am because they don’t sale water it doesn’t deserved even a single star. But is the minimum rate available. Not only the water. There’s no laundry service, no room service, no gym and even worst there’s no willing to service the customer on solving or helping to solve the issue observed. Never returning!!

Excellent choice. Brand new, luxury touches, prime location. Be aware that the building is shared with other businesses, so there's no giant brand name on if. In fact, we missed it the first time. Also, the car entrance is from the opposite side, and it's a bit tricky to get around it since most of the streets are one way only and take you elsewhere.

Location is perfect, right next to the mall and accessible to Av. Croatia (about 10 min taxi ride) were the restaurants are. Accommodations are great, food options at the hotel not so much but nothing that would change my mind to stay here again.

Nice and clean room. First room they gave me in 4th floor was depressing but the second one in the 8th had a nice view of the city. Minus one ⭐ because of the poor breakfast and the delays in the elevator. Very close to shopping malls and supermarket.

Great location. Room is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. i would have given them a 5 star but Late check in at 3:00 pm. , actually for us was 3:40 pm... Breakfast was great!

First class brand new aparthotel - our room had a massive comfortable bed and well designed bathroom and kitchenette with all modern appliances - thoroughly recommend this place and has the best views of Antofagasta from the top deck pool bar on the 28th floor

Hotel looks nice, but the construction is brutal. Drilling from 830 to 5 nonstop. My room smelled like a cat litter box. Not sure why.
