Very welcoming hosts. I was offered a juice on arrival and a detailed map to help me explore the area. The room had AC and there was a large bottle of water provided and the shower was very modern. The whole space was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable and there were also 2 light bed covers if I got chilly during the night. The breakfast was a very big portion. A yummy plate of assorted fresh fruit, home made roti, lentil curry, omelette and tea. Plus they also provided an additional large bottle of water. I asked if they provided dinner late that evening and was served a huge vegetable and egg kotthu with some ice cream to follow and a large bottle of water. It is located 5 mins walk from main bus station but they offered to drop me to the railway station free of charge. Most positive overnight experience so far!

Very happy with our stay here. Cheap, clean and the owners are extremely nice and helpful. We choose one of the small rooms so our only window was facing the hallway which doesn’t bring much light or privacy to open de curtains. However this was a sleep&go type of stay for us so no issues with it. Location is good: near bus station and not too far to go visit the area. Dinner was delicious but you will need to share the table with other guests (warning for the shy ;) and breakfast was simple and nice. I would repeat the experience and I would book the room with the balcony.

The room was without a window.Door to the toilet had many holes for ventilation but it wasn't good idea.On the other hand the hotel and room were clean and staff was very kind.The guy who owns that place was super friendly and helped us with planning a trip around the sacred city. So I can recommend this hotel.

A beautiful, smiling and friendly family hosts travellers with all their hearts and expertise about Anuradhapura. It’s an incredible opportunity to taste some of the best food we had in Sri Lanka - made by Upuli (Hope I’m pronnouncing corredor) and her husband is a great guy who helped us to ride around city and even to get a bus to Polonnaruwa. And try to talk with their boys. They are super smart and eager to have fun with the tourists! :)

Really nice place stay. Located center of the town. Owner and his family is really nice and service is great. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy comes with all amenities. Rooms are compact so best for two travelers. Car parking is a bit of hassle since they have small area and they share it with a another hotel. They provide food on demand but food is expensive. Highly recommend place if you are a small family or two travelers want to stay in the night while traveling to anuradhapura.

We arrived at Anuradhapura at 2 am by train. Chammika was extremely accommodating and opened the resort to us at his own inconvenience. The rooms were immaculate and well kept. Chammika was extremely helpful and available whenever we needed something. He is very knowledgeable about the area and was helpful in advising us as to what there is to see and how to organise our itinerary. Had breakfast and morning tea on our last day there and the fruit platter was excellent. Smiles all round, will be back again.

Located on a central road. We had trouble with our car and they were really helpful. The room are functional and clean and breakfast is good! Quality stay for a really good price!
