Although
the
place
was
very
clean
and
food
served
was
also
tasty,
the
staff
is
very
unprofessional.
Especially
the
cleaning
staff
is
very
rude.
Also
double
check
for
the
facilities
which
they
promise
they
would
give.
This
is
because
although
they
promise
many
things,
when
it
comes
to
the
real
facilities,
most
of
it
does
not
work.
And
the
staff
is
not
supportive
at
that
point
and
is
very
unprofessional.
But
the
hotel
manager
is
very
understanding
and
customer
friendly..
the
cleaning
lady
wanted
us
to
keep
the
room
key
and
go
to
fix
the
tv
since
it
was
not
working.
However
even
at
the
time
we
returned,
it
was
not
fixed.
She
was
demanding
us
to
change
while
she
was
at
the
room
fixing
the
tv
so
she
is
very
unprofessional
and
very
rude...
check
a
million
times
if
you
are
staying
especially
with
a
baby...

hotel's
comment:
To
start
with
if
the
hotel
mgt.
had
adopted
good
practices
of
checking
the
promised
facilities
before
the
guests
checked
in,
the
hotel
itself
could
have
sorted
that
there
was
a
technical
issue
with
the
TV
and
rectified
it
prior
to
the
arrival
of
the
guests
or
could
have
even
given
another
two
rooms.
Any
star
class
hotel
would
do
this
checking
as
it
how
they
have
achieved
their
stars
in
the
industry,
by
adopting
the
required
good
practices.
Moreover,
since
we
were
travelling
with
a
baby,
we
have
given
more
than
three
calls
prior
to
the
arrival
of
the
hotel
premises
at
which
if
the
mgt.
really
cared,
could
have
checked
it.
So
future
guests
plz
be
aware
bfr
checkingin.
I
wonder
how
ethical
and
professional
it
is
in
claiming
of
physical
damage
after
the
guest
has
gone
out
of
premises
after
giving
the
keys
(after
09
days
after
checking
out)
where
despite
the
hotel
had
the
opportunity
to
check
for
any
damages
being
made
which
is
the
normal
procedure,
the
hotel
did
not
check
anything
before
the
check-out
.
Also,
false
claims
of
using
filthy
language
to
a
staff
member
where
the
particular
staff
member
with
very
unethical
behaviour
which
i
have
mentioned
in
the
main
comment
above,
was
there
even
on
the
2nd
day
at
which
the
hotel
mgt
could
have
easily
sorted
by
questioning
when
we
were
at
the
premises
also
shows
the
professional
behaviour
of
the
hotel
management
as
well.
Since
the
driver's
room
issue
is
not
something
to
do
with
the
Kutumbaya,
we
did
not
make
that
comment.
However
since
the
hotel
itself
wants
to
make
it
public,
let
me
also
inform
that
the
promised
driver's
room
even
did
not
have
a
fan
where
the
temperature
during
the
stay
was
about
34C
where
any
human
being
after
06
hours
plus
drive
(from
Colombo
to
A'Pura)
cannot
stay
in
an
enclosed
room
with
no
fan
or
AC
in
it.
Although
our
driver
stayed
at
that
particular
place
only
for
about
one
hour
during
which
no
attempt
was
made
to
rectify
the
issue,
we
paid
Kutumbaya,
the
charge
for
one
day
where
they
were
unable
to
issue
the
receipt
for
that
payment
until
today
23.01.2022
(09
days
have
elapsed).
Moreover,
we
did
not
ask
for
a
driver's
room
in
another
hotel,
but
we
wanted
a
room
in
Kutumbaya
itself
but
unfortunately
they
said
that
they
do
not
have
driver's
room
facilities
nor
we
could
not
book
one
more
room
for
the
driver
and
another
relative
of
us
as
the
hotel
was
fully
booked
at
the
time
we
made
the
reservation
and
that
is
the
very
reasons
the
hotel
management
promised
to
offer
a
suitable
accommodation
for
the
driver
and
the
other
relative.
Due
to
this
issue
with
the
driver's
room,
we
had
to
go
in
search
of
a
room
for
the
driver
spending
our
time
and
money
since
it
about
the
driver
whom
we
gave
more
attention
on
since
its
him
who
will
take
care
of
the
lives
of
the
entire
group
when
travelling
and
since
this
issue
was
out
the
Kutumbaya's
premises,
we
did
not
complain
at
the
initial
commenting
as
the
review
is
only
about
the
hotel
premises.
So
thank
you
very
much,
the
management
team
of
Kutumbaya
for
giving
us
an
opportunity
to
signal
the
future
guests
that
if
they
are
coming
with
a
driver,
to
check
even
for
the
driver's
room
since
the
hotel
does
not
take
the
responsibility
of
it
even
though
when
we
make
the
booking
they
promise
to
do
so.
