One of the worst place that I have ever experianced. We have booked the place after checking the place online and get it confimred with the owner by contacting him. He sent us the booking confirmation as well.On our way to Anuradapura owner called us and sent a different googlemap link and asked us to follow it. We checked in around 8pm but we realised it is a different place but looks same and same name, later we came to know that it is also there Own property. (Pls note, we were travelling with 9 month old son) When we entered to the property no body was there, we had to wait about 10minutes outside the hotel. Room was not ready and hot water was not working. We had to wait another 30mits untill they come and fix it. When I inquire about the place I booked he said it was fully booked for a function and rooms also fully booked. Owner didn't informed me about it untill we reached there. In addition, there is a TV inside the room and it was there in the pictures as well but it was not working and the owner also confirmed it. He asked me to come to the lobby to watch the tv if I want. The room filled with mosquitos and fan is not working properly and very noisy. We couldn't rest or sleep at least 15mits continusly. I have clearly informed the owner that we will be leaving in the morning at 5.30am but nobody was there in the morning to handover the keys and owner didn't answer the phone till 6.15am. Not recommend at all.

It's very aesthetically pleasing, the food were delicious, good accommodations, friendly services, warm welcome, very cleaned sanitary bathrooms. Overall the stay was excellent.

Nice and clean place to stay in Anuradhapura.

One of the most worst places that I have ever booked in anuradhapura. Very bad experience. I booked this hotel from the option "Pay on arrival". But They have cancelled my booking without informing me. when we went there for check-in they said my booking has been cancelled by them that I didn't answer their call. Then I asked the number that they have called then they showed me a number which contains more than 12 numbers. I can't understand where on earth these people live who can't even understand a sri lankan phone number. Then I said from them why didn't they put me an email. Then they kept silent. Because of that I have to find another hotel which can accommodate me and my family members. It was really sad that I have keep my grandmother for a time until we find another hotel. I can't recommend this hotel at all to anyone because of this poor service quality.

Worst experience We had a ridiculous welcome saying that may Agoda booking is not confirmed. AC was not working TV was not working I booked with the breakfast and but the owner told me that the same is without breakfast Don't recommend

It's a clean place located close to the Anuradhapura town and to the places of worship. Ideal for a one night stay and the prices are reasonable.

Highly not recommended. They said wifi is available before visiting but when we arrived they said wifi is not available. Rooms were ok but not clean. Some of our items were lost too. Overall their service was poor.

Called the number under this hotel and he said two double rooms are available and I booked them. On the day I went there, I was sent to "City Royal White Tourist Rest" which is another hotel owned by him. One room was the size of a single room even though given as a double room. That room was not even cleaned prior to my stay. He to get the bed linens changed and the rooms swept before going in. Terrible experience. Not recommended 😐

They provided us a double room as a family room and a single room as a double room. In their so called family room, one bed is placed just infront of the washroom. So its better to visit the rooms before booking. Quick bookings not recommended. Inaddition, the door locks did not work properly. Howerver, the beds and pillows are comfortable and hot water also available. The staff service is good.

Rooms are good. AC rooms with a fan and usual Dialog TV. Have a Generator and it supports the current power outage in Sri Lanka. Reasonable price and convenient place. NO WI-FI in the rest, but mobile signals are strong in this area. Everytime we Had to find the Room Service for Turn on the A/C. Generator doesn't give enough power to keep on the A/C. So we had to wait one and Half hours to turn on the A/C. With this weather condition it was possible otherwise we won't survive it. Dialog TV bill paid after we complained about it. Had to wait TWO hours for Dinner as they says everytime "Dinner will ready in Five minutes" for two hours. Real bad experience on this. Foods are not bad but Better to find another place for buy your meals. And highly available in this area. Person in-charge is not friendly with my family, Grumpy face with no Smile. I think he is the son of the owner. Owners are living in Rest full time.

Decent place, would recommend. AC rooms with hot water, comfortable decent rooms nothing to complain about. Would recommend for something looking for a cozy place and not something too fancy.

Highly Not Recommend.. The customer service is really bad. Cashier and helper do not have friendly conversation with customers. They are two stupid, arrogant lunatics who have no knowledge of their work The room is ok but there are no towels and soap A/C did not work after 8 am Dialog Tv was not working all day Wi-Fi facility is not even to be found Bad experience. Please try to provide minimum facilities here without inconveniencing the customers

The place was neat and the rooms are quite good and comfy for the price. The customer service is really bad.Very poor communication with the customers. Do not order food from here, eat from outside.

Well, booked the room via Agoda, and owner confirmed the booking. We came to hotel and owner showed us the room, after staying like two hours some other customer asked us to change the room which located somewhere else since they said they already book the room. But we rejected, Next morning we did not have breakfast since they said breakfast will be late. So we had to leave without getting late. They charged high price though. No online payments, cash/ bank transfer next day after staying.

Starting from check-in to check-out everything was perfect. Superb rooms with modern features.clean place except some very minor issues. Mr.Marapana(caretaker) is the one who run the show and he give a superb service beyond the expectation. This place is nearby to all the attractions and easy to find which has a nice vibe. Totally recommended to anyone who visit Anuradhapura.

Very clean rooms with modern, clean bathrooms. Rooms fitted with luxury goods such as hot water, Air con and WIFI. No nasty hidden surprises like 80% of other Sri Lankan hotels. Food was available on hotel site and was well cooked and served. Hotel staff are also highly friendly especially the worker named Sunil who was kind, helpful and inviting from the very beginning.

A best place around Anuradhapura. Miner staff very friendly. Room and Bathrooms also clean well.

Nice setting of the place with calm environment. Rooms were clean. The facilities provided in the resort were definitely worth the price. This is absolutely a suitable place to rest for the worshippers. Although there was lack of staff due to post COVID-19 situation, Mr. Lasitha was very kind, friendly & efficient to make sure there was no mistake. I want to thank Mr.Lasitha for calling about a forgotten electronic device left in the room. He was kind enough to keep it safe until we went back to collect it two days later. (This would have ended differently if it were some other place)
