Watch out! They overbook their rooms and will cancel on you with almost no notice! One day before our arrival they emailed us to cancel the reservation due to overbooking. Unacceptable and greedy practice, to throw people's vacation in disarray so they can hedge their bookings.

Fantastic resort. Great location - calm, but right around the corner happening on the beach with bars, restaurant. Extremely friendly staff, delicious breakfast, nice swimming pool and resting area, big and clean villas. We came there by “accident” but loved it. Absolutely 10/10.

Awesome private resort with just a few huts. Very well maintained and right on the beach. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Just a few minutes walk from the popular beach restaurants. Easy to rent a scooter through the resort.

Beautiful hotel clean, comfortable bed, friendly, great breakfast and the gardens are beautiful with a view of the sea. Highly recommended we came for 3 nights and stayed 5 as it was so relaxing.

We spent 6 nights here last week. The most relaxing 6 nights ever. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked perfectly, the breakfast was delicious, and the location is ideal. The staff were all extremely friendly.

Nice, quite and beautifully tended garden resort. Directly at the beach, but due to many stones in the water bathing is almost impossible. The bungalows are well equipped. AC was a little bit loud. A very good place to relax & recreation, though a little expensive compared to other almost similar locations (though the garden is quite something!) Very friendly staff!

This resort truly has all the others beat. It’s just simply lovely. The location, breakfast, staff, cleanliness and facilities it is all perfect. Sure the food and drinks are somewhat expensive but that’s the same for almost everywhere here on Ko Lanta. Falling asleep while listening to the ocean sleeping in an extremely comfortable bed is just a feeling that you experience very seldom. Just look at how beautiful they make these flower Mandela’s! Ps. Their cat (if it’s theirs) is the cutest.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in Koh Lanta, great location at the quieter end of Klong Khong beach but within walking distance of everything you need. The beautiful landscaped gardens are a delight and lovingly looked after by the lovely staff who work here. The attention to detail is second to none. Great food, impeccable service and beautiful accommodation. A real treat to stay here, I would come back at the drop of a hat 🙌🙌

First time here. In my opinion: Beautiful, Peaceful, Beautiful Gardens, Great Beach for walking around. You can swim on the Beach only during the High Tides. Food at the restaurant, High Quality, Much Quantity for the Price..! All in all a great place to visit for relaxing, enjoy the nature, get away from the Stress Business World.

We loved our stay at Baan Thai resort, we wish we could have extended our stay it was so amazing! The hospitality is amazing all the staff are lovely!

We found paeadise on Koh Lanta. Thank you Baan Thai Team for making our stay beyond amazing. small and quiet hotel, very clean with a breathtaking view at the beach and an amazing garden. Everything was perfekt but the best thing was the sweet and kind stuff! Especially the two kadies at the resraurant and the lady at the reception. Tgank you afain, we will for sure come back :)

This hotel was perfect. Right on the beach with beautiful views . Secluded but still walking distance to various bars and restaurants. Would return here in a heartbeat. Beautiful!

Beautiful setting, gorgeous garden, beach is stunning and well connected to some great restaurants and bars.

Very clam and relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful garden, the hotel has direct access to the beach (rocky beach during low tide but sandy during high tide) and you can rent scooters directly to the hotel which is great. However, the service could be improved for example transportation to the airport was not private even tho we paid for a private transport, breakfast doesn’t serve Thai food and the bathroom is bit old dated.

Beautiful resort in lush surroundings. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved having our own private "sala".

Beautiful location. The pictures really don't do it justice!!! Only thing was in our room it said the last serving of dinner was at 9 but it is actually 8:30 and if you get there at 8:32 no luck. However lots of places around so no worries.

Baan Thai was the perfect spot to stay for a quiet, relaxing time in Koh Lanta. There are only 11 villas, so it is very private. Breakfast was simple but good, and the staff is very kind and helpful. You can rent scooters from the front desk or arrange tours. And it’s on a picturesque beach with lots of restaurants and bars a short walk away.
