Simple and basic hotel always clean, quite, hot shower with good water pressure, air conditioning, and good customer service. The staff is nice and helpful and the owner was really good with us. Recommended if you're not looking for fancy places, but location and cleanliness are what counts for you.

Very basic and simple hotel but gives you everything you need. Good sleep, clean room, hot shower, very good location, friendly staff and pay attention to this…Smart TVs in the room so you can enjoy some Netflix if you want to.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was the perfect stay for Phi Phi! So comfortable after a long day of activities. You can even book your activities with the sweet owners, they will suggest the best options and make sure you are comfortable through and through! The hot showers are perfect as well! Definitely staying at PP Insula again. P.S. They have the cutest little grumpy cats!!

We had a great stay at PP Insula. The location is perfect, super close to the pier and to many restaurants. The room was big and very clean (they clean it every day too, which is great) and the bathroom was very spacious and had the shower separated from the rest. The best was the owner, who was super helpful at all times and even gave us special price for the tours and the ferry. Would definitely recommend!

Better on the inside than the outside, so don’t let that trouble you. Very good value for money, very friendly and kind owners. Rooms are clean and have decent AC. Perfectly located right in the middle of the island. Despite this, rooms are quieter than you would expect and you can get a decent sleep. Great value for money. Basic, but does the job if you’re not looking for luxury.

5 star rated on meeting my expectations and not meant as a recommendation of standards. Hotel is basic but clean. Considering I was staying here over the busy festive period the prices were very competitive and fair. Better than a hostel and away from the chaotic beach so I was able to sleep at night, and I was out during the day so there was really need for me to get any of the expensive and fancy hotels. Thoroughly recommended if you need a place to stay that suits those needs.

It's a good hotel as far as quality of sleep goes. Its kinda worn down and not that good looking inside or out but the rooms are good I had no issues...good ac.. Good beds.. Good shower. . Not too loud despite the location. If you want to be on the safer side stay here but there might better hotels for same price I just don't know

The place is super clean and you have to take your shoes off when you enter the building. Even though there are a few cats downstairs, I didn't had any problems with my allergies. The location is perfect because it's close to everything important, but also it's very quiet at night. You can see the ocean and the mountains from the top floor room. The A/C was on par. The staff is friendly. We had a very good time here and I can deffinately recommend these place.

We have been traveling in Thailand for a month and in southeast Asia for two months. This is one of the best hotels where we have stayed. 1. The bed is perfect. Best mattress in Thailand where they are super strong (the mattress are new). Including 2 super comfy pillows per person. 2. Air conditioning was working perfectly. 3. Water pressure was the best in al Thailand (hot and cold). 4. The cleaner and best matinee bathroom from all hotels where we have stayed. 5. Towels without stains and good smell. 6. Room cleaning every day. 7. Great location. The center of the island is 3 min from the pier. Not noisy at night. 8. Great host-owner. Best service ever. We felt very welcomed from minute one. They took care of us all time and helped us with transport, ferries, and tours with better prices than in the streets. We highly recommend this hotel. You get good quality for what you pay in contrast to other options in Phi Phi or around Thailand. We booked 2 nights and decided to stay one more and wanted to stay more time but we need to go to other places.

For this price i would expect something much better, really. Cockroaches inside rooms and in the reception, worn out rooms with mold.

This place was the most expensive place I stayed in. More expensive than some other 4-5 star places around the country. After I read the reviews I thought it's way better than what I got for the money. Just to compare it to many other accomodations I stayed at this place is absolutely not worth the money they ask for. It's absolutely ok but the furniture is pretty old and has many scratches. At the same time there is a list what you would have to pay for any damages. But how can they say it there is nothing new? The safe didn't work but on the same time there is a sign that the Hotel is not responsible for any loss of your stuff. More than 1500 baht a night is not what they should charge. In opposite a 5 star place in Ao Nang or Phuket is around 1000 baht at the same time.

Hotel is super located and very close to the pier of Ko Pi Pi. Everything you need can be reached in a couple of minutes. Service of the owner and hotels staff is great. Straight in front of the hotel is a food market, which serves great and affordable thai food. The Hotel is a bit old which is ok. Unfortunately the windows are not isolating any noise from the street, which makes it difficult to fall a sleep while a party crowd is passing by.

Thank you very much Nai! PP Insula was easy to find. Nai and his very cute floofball cats the were very very friendly! Will recommend booking directly instead of via agent websites. We paid about 28USD/night. Rooms were clean, housekeeping everyday, has a fridge, hot water, with excellent water pressure. Near to the pier as well, about 5 minutes walk. Has a TV with Netflix and YouTube. It is very safe as well as Nai or his family sits at the reception counter. :) All the very best to you and your family Nai! Good location next to pier. Rooms clean and wifi good. Friendly and helpful staff. Best waterpressure in Thailand so far. If you are light sleeper, littlebit noise from the hallway.

Booked 2 nights and extended for one more. Everything was perfect! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and gotten cleaned every day, the bathroom had a good size with a separate shower, there was warm water at all times, free toiletries and a balcony. The location is great not too close to the party area so we had a good sleep. The host is friendly and helped us with everything. Would definitely come back.
