The Phi Phi beach and sand is so nice, there are a lot of tourists in this island not empty as my expectation. Boat tour from Phuket Pier at 9:00AM and arrive to Phi Phi Island at 12:00. It not suitable for little children and sea sick. We have a buffet lunch at local restaurant with spaghetti, curry chicken and salad (Halal foods I think.) Overall Phi Phi island is wonderful! time of my journey.

Such a great experience. The tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The lunch was amazing and it was a big bonus for us that it was served on a private island, very peaceful and you got some alone time and we were grateful to get photo opportunities without a crowd. But to be honest anywhere we went it wasn't too busy. Beautiful pictures a great time and a must do if you go to Thailand. Only negative I would say is the boat that's 30 people but you're sitting really close and for two of the boat rides you're on it for 50 minutes at a time which is fine because you have to get to the destinations. Yet it still is not ideal to have that many people on one boat for that long.

The tour in general was good. We have booked “The Beach” tour and have visited Bamboo Island, Monkey Beach, the lagoon, Viking cave, Maya Bay and did some snorkeling. The food was also very enjoyable and soft drinks were for free. We on purpose did some online research instead of buying tickets directly from the pier as we expected something more exclusive for the higher price (we paid 950 Baht per person). In the end it was disappointing as we did the same tour as the people who bought it from outside but they paid only 500 Baht and even less. We were approx. 15-18 people on the boat and at the end it was very chaotic (during the Plankton tour) as we had again to change boats (twice on that day). We met people who did a private tour for that price we have paid. Still 3 stars as the tour was fun but could be more organized.

I really recommend booking the private longtail boat for 6h for the full experience. Ask to start the trip early (around 7am should be good) so places aren’t crowded for the first part of the trip. If you get seasick you might want to go in the bigger fast boats.

Had a really good time on their full day speedboat tour. Guides were really friendly, and all the equipment and drinks were provided. This is the wrong location on Google though, you should walk all the way past the hospital to find the Arisa speedboat office.

Amazing day tour with our host Bang. Took us to the best snorkelling and swimming spots. Maya bay at the best time before all of the crowds and was very knowledgeable of the area. Would 10/10 recommend Bang and Phi Phi Travel and Tours to anyone

Tour was extremely unsafe, water coming in the boat from the waves and they only had a few life jackets so there weren’t enough for the 20 people onboard the tiny boat. The only person operating the boat was very rude when we told him we felt unsafe. Overall, terrible experience.

I took the full day trip with snorkeling, sunset and swimming with bioluminescent plankton! Amazing experience, very friendly crew! Had the best time of my life! Customers’ service was really good too! Very quick to answer and help me with my booking and questions! Food was good with vegetarian option, fresh fruits and cooled water and coke! For the price I think it’s really really good! Thanks for the good time!

Fantastic experience and customer service. I had booked the all day speed boat tour when my ferry to Phi Phi had cancelled on me last minute. The firm was able to book me on the afternoon long tail boat instead and reimburse me the difference. Thanks again for a great Trip.

I ordered a full date speed boat trip from 12.30 to 7 . The guy who worked there recommended it to me and it was a blast. The crew was great and funny . They took us to islands and snorkeling. Recommended

We tried the full day snorkeling trip in Phi Phi and it was absolutely amazing. We were shown the best spots to snorkel in a crystal clear sea, went to lovely islands, enjoyed the breathtaking golden hour sunset and danced with the planktons during night. Very well organised trip which enriched us with unforgettable memories from Ko Phi Phi. As a feedback, there is a room for improvement for vegetarian food option which was very tasteless.

Do not use them, first of all the boat was 1 hour shorter and I paid 800 baht online which was equivalent to 22 usd but everyone on the boat paid 400 baht, scam definitely, better off booking in person at top10 which was great

We did the 3in1 Tour and we liked it very much! The waves were heavy and we felt some sea sickness but apart from that we liked it a lot. The timing and duration were great (we even saw Maya Bay without any tourists when everybody was leaving). The snorkeling spots were pretty nice and the fruits and water were pleasant and in a good quantity for the all of us. We also liked our guide's support. He guided us the whole time, snorkelled with us and gave us some advice and information, so a really important piece of the trip. I would recommend.

We took an GOOD MORNING PHI PHI LEY TOUR PRICES and it felt more like a transfer than a guided tour, unfortunately info provided by the guide was very simple and when I asked for more info I was given very brief answers and on the Maya Bay the guide wasn't even around to provide any further information. That's is the main reason why I gave 3 star, because of the lack of info provided during the tour as I reckon the amount of history and info to be provided in that area is huge, the sandwich could be improved and there was no fruits provided but for sure the big let down was actually the lack of information provided. On the good side the boat ride and the spot visits was really nice, we would like to stay a bit longer in Maya Bay but that is nothing that you (company) can do as there is an hour limit for the visit.

This is the best place!! we traveled the islands in boats Maya bay, Viking cave, Bida nok and we did a trek starting from koh phi phi through the jungle to Nui bay which was just extraordinary !!! thank you all the teams are at the top 🤗

We were at the 3in1 tour option. We had enough time for snorkeling, the view was amazing. But... we didn't get any water or lunch. We had some pineapple and watermelon at the beginning of the tour but that was all. Also for the last part of the tour where you can swim with the planktons, we had to wait almost an hour because it wasn't dark enough. If the whole tour would start later then the passengers shouldn't wait, it was boring. The skipper tried to convince us that the weather is not good for staying on the water, the storm is coming so he can finish earlier but it was definitely not true so we stayed and it worth the wait but could be better without the waiting on the boat. Despite all the mentioned disadvantages I think this kind of tour is irremissible as it was an amazing experience but maybe with another company. :(

These guys were fantastic. The main guide and cameraman her were hilarious and very thoughtful. They kept us well entertained. Oh yeah, the views in the trip itself was incredible and unforgettable.

We had an amazing time on the private long tail boat tour - our driver was so good and respectful. He took is to some great quiet spots for snorkelling and swimming. It was so beautiful we got engaged early on the tour and he took lots of photos. Fantastic afternoon!

Great customer support. We had our trip booked but we had to reschedule to the next day because of the sickness. We contacted them 2 hours before the trip and they did it with no questions asked. We were also unlucky the next day as there was heavy rain and guide told us that they’re cancelling the trip and that we need to contact the agency for a refund - which we did and we also got refunded. Even though we didn’t go on a trip we got a chance to meet the guide. He seemed nice and his english was also very good (we booked full day trip).
