If you're thinking about going diving whilst in Phi Phi (you should! as it's beautiful) go with these guys. Rob explained everything clearly and put us at ease as we were trying it for the first time. Our diving instructor, Jules, was incredible! Really got to know us from the off, which started with a theory session. Even though I tried to hide it on the day, he knew I was nervous and took every step to show me confidence and let me know I was in good hands - through his actions. Under water, Jules was an absolute godsend - calmly helping us float around and made sure we knew he was there. Somehow, he still had the capacity to point out the beautiful marine life, make sure our kit continued to be safe, take pics AND check in on us from time to time. I'm pretty sure I would have crumbled and pulled out of the diving if it wasn't for his experienced methods of bringing calm to the whole process (all the way down to understanding our facial expressions and breathing speeds to know if we were panicking). Jules, if your reading, I can't thank you enough for helping us have that unbelievable, life changing experience that day!

great diving school, we took a boat to Koh Bida Nok today and had about 2 dives, it was an amazing experience and the guides were very kind!

My girlfriend and I had an exceptionally great time with Luis, Alex and Sergio. All super cool, friendly and passionate. I am new to diving and their professionalism allowed me to get better under water and see very interesting sightings such as sea horses, pipefishes, turtles, prawns, lobsters, large blowfishes, mosaic jellyfish, parrot and clown fishes, coral snake, many macro things to see as well with nudibranches. All of them have a great eye for spotting and helped me also to take great pictures. Thank you guys, we had so much fun and made such memorable souvenirs. This was my first dive ever and it was life changing! I was a little nervous about equalizing but Anthony explained all the necessary skills very clearly and I had no problem picking them up. Highly recommend the Discover dive and Anthony was a fantastic instructor!

Great dive shop with very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend these guys. A bit cheaper than the surrounding resorts too!

My wife (58) and myself (60) both took the PADI Open Water Scuba course here last week. The instructor, Anthony, was incredibly patient with two aged beginners and put us totally at our ease throughout the training and we're now certified Divers. Beautiful dive sites, so much to see underwater. We'll be back next year for more.

So grateful we ended up staying right next to this amazing dive center. Anthony was such a friendly, laid back, informative, funny, and knowledgeable dive instructor. I was certified but my girlfriend was not and they worked out a great plan to get us both in the water together on 2 awesome dives. So accommodating and very reasonable prices for the level of service and dive sites! I highly recommend you stay on this part of the island as it is quieter and cleaner than Tonsai but also because of Leisure Dive Center - A+!

If you are looking to dive solo or in small group with an amazing instructor who really takes time to make the most out of your diving days... this is it!! I was there in February and had exaclty what i needed... after having worked the all year...the last thing i wanted is to be stuck on a big diving boat with 30 other divers. My first contact with the world of diving was here at Leisure Dive with Damien and my experience was perfect. I’m not a particularly strong swimmer and I have a lot of fear of the ocean, but Damien did an incredible job of patiently teaching me how to stay safe while diving and all of the skills and techniques I would need. Additionally, Damien is a steward of protecting sea life and was able to share a ton of information about marine species. The dives were an absolute blast, a ton of fun as I felt prepared and at leisure. Big thanks!

Simply the best! We have been diving at several other locations around the world, and never have we receiced a better customer service than with Leisure Divers! The guys were so attentive, friendly, extremely competent and just very fun to be around; they're always happy and create an amazing atmosphere. As for the diving, they prepare everything - you just have to hop into the water and enjoy. We'd definitely come back and recommend them to everyone.

The name says it all. Easy, beautiful diving experience. We spoke with the other dive shop at holiday inn and they were no where near as friendly. Better price bigger boat.

My husband and I came to Koh Phi Phi specifically for the world-class diving. We found Leisure Dive Center, and we are so glad we chose to dive with them. Our dive master was Verné, and she was incredible! While my husband and I are both certified, this is only our third diving trip, and our most recent trip before this one was over two years ago. As a result, we needed to do a little refresher before heading out for our dives. Verne walked us through all the skills we would need to do, and I noticed what a patient and thorough teacher she is. I imagine she would be the perfect person with whom to do a certification course, or a “discover scuba” dive. She is so knowledgeable, patient, and communicative. An excellent teacher. After we got reacquainted with our skills, we were off for our first dive. On the boat ride to the site, Verne told us about the island, her favorite spots, and she shared our diving plan with us. We really enjoyed our conversations with her throughout our trip. The first dive was incredible. The visibility was okay (what I understand to be typical for the low season in the area), but we saw so many things! Verne was great about finding and pointing out all of the amazing wildlife. She was also super attentive, always checking in with us to make sure we were doing well. During our surface interval before our second dive, my husband and I decided we absolutely wanted to dive with Verne again the next day and booked her on the spot. The next dive that day and the two the second day were all spectacular. We saw some amazing schools of fish, sharks, sea snakes, eels, sea cucumbers, and even a turtle! I cannot imagine having a better experience, all made possible by our fantastic dive master. Around the shop, we also met Rob, with whom we didn’t get to dive, but who seems like a really cool person and a knowledgeable dive master as well. I cannot recommend them enough!

This was our first dive and we have experienced amazing dive with the diving instructor, Rob. He is very patient and really take good care of us.

Ive had absolutely amazing first dive with Verné. She was really knowledgable and easy to learn from. Additionally I’ve felt super safe with her underwater and had a blast seeing an amazing coral reef along with all the wonderful creatures of the sea. Also super flexible in terms of time and my schedule. Highly recommended!

We went for the Discover Scuba Diving, 2 dives course and it was definitely worth it. First time scuba diving after only having done snorkeling and it was a completely different experience. Diego, Sergio and Alex were the best possible instructors which made the dives extremely fun but at the same time always feel safe. Thank you guys for the amazing experience!

The dives were incredible! The fauna was fantastic. Special thanks to Rob and Verne for showing us the incredible spots and making the dive a whole amazing experience with their positivity and good vibes! Definitely going back when I’m back in Thailand!

So glad we ended up here. The staff is amazing, especially Anthony! In the pool training I got a small panic attack and was sure I was not able to go through with this. Anthony kept calming me and said I should try anyways and that we will start slow and if I'm not feeling well we would stop. At the end It was one of the most amazing things I had ever done! Thank you all, can't recommend this place any higher! A must if your looking into diving.

So glad I booked with them! Lauren and Anthony were great. I hadn't dived for a while and Lauren was great at giving me a quick refresher and making sure everything was OK. We had a fantastic two dive morning around Phi Phi Don. When we come back I will definitely be booking with them again!

One of the best diving centers I have been. The staff is really friendly en helpfull. They take you with a comfortable boat to amazing dive sites. Phi Phi is one of the best in the world to dive!

By far the best diving Center we visited. These guys are so helpful, they really do everything to make sure you only need to enjoy! We even didn’t need to carry anything. They carry the material directly to the boat and fix all your material for diving. Also in between two dives, they prepared everything for the second dive. The spots we went were amazing and the guides make sure you see a lot of life. Also very nice, in between dives they serve water and fresh fruit, and after the second dive you get nice lunch. What an experience, thank you!

We did 3 fantastic dives thanks to Thibault who is a very passionate dive instructor. He showed us lots of things and managed our dives in such a good way that we were able to stay one hour under . All of this at a a very good price compared to the other diving centres nearby.

My dive experience with the employees of this center was excellent. They took care of me in a way so that I could feel secure and enjoy the diving. It was my first dive in the age of 76 and with handicaps in respect to stability and power of my legs. So I am very glad to had the opportunity to meet Tamara and Tibo and to had the chance to be supported by them. Thanks a lot!

Having not dived in 6 years I wanted to undertake the PADI Reactivate course. The instructor, Damien, explained everything perfectly and made me feel incredibly safe and comfortable about getting back in, thank you! The sites were amazing, saw plenty and even met 2 turtles on 1 dive! I would love to come back to dive from here again someday. Merci Damien!

Great instructor but giving 2 starts because of the diving boat. This boat should not be allowed to be in the sea, it’s spilling gas all over the ocean! The boat captain was very bad at driving the boat. We always had to swim for a long time to get back in after diving . This issue should ASAP!!!!

A great place to dive! The instructors were all really friendly, knowledgable and did everything possible to ensure I had a great dive. I completed my Open Water Diver with Thibault as my instructor. He was awesome! A very experienced diver with a clear passion for diving, teaching people how to safely dive and you could also tell he really cared about ocean and marine life preservation. If you stay on the north of the island this is the only choice for you, especially if it is your first time diving! I do think a little investment would make this service perfect! The big boat needs some kind of matt to ensure customers do not slip and the transport cart needs replacing. Overall a great experience!

I was staying in the north of Phi Phi and wanted to do one morning of diving. Unfortunately I was just starting to get sick and wasn’t confident I’d be able to descend. Knowing that it was my first dive after my OWD course and I was a bit sick, they were patient with me and made me feel comfortable until I was able to descend and equalize. It was a very small group on a spacious and comfortable dive boat. They are Professional, very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable. If you’re staying in the north at any of the resorts - they’re you’re best PADI certified option. Don’t waste your time with dive shops in Tonsai Pier - getting to/from early and late in the day is almost impossible, if possible very expensive for a taxi boat. Dive with Leisure Dive if you’re staying in the north!

First Time visiting Thailand, we had a great time diving. the experience and locations were amazing. We did a total of 12 dives in 3 days and everyday was amazing. Robert was our main guide very professional and made sure my family and I had a great time. 100% recommended shop. Until next time buddy!
