Amazing paradise! Fully recommend booking this resort. Location is extremely convenient - on the beautiful beach (or actually on two different ones), very short walk to the main street where restaurants and shops are. Resort grounds are beautifully maintained and rooms as well. Three different pools - infinity pool stunning as overlooking the sea. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and birthday we came to celebrate was noticed. Will definitely return.

Love everything about this resort! Everything is organized, very fast service, friendly and attentive staff, room is nice (love the shower especially as it was really spacious). We feel like everything was thought of properly. Even the entertainment is really good! I think it is the best resort on the island! 3 pools in plus you have access to the beach. We had the best experience here!

Kho samet is a very nice and peaceful island. The only problem one can face is the food. I am from an Indian origin and I love trying different cuisines but the food here is bland and is prepared mostly in fish oil which I didn’t like. There is no concept of vegetarian here , everything is non vegetarian as the oil used to cook the vegetables also is made of fish. If you are a vegetarian you have to specifically tell there that you are a vegan and then you will be served something which is free from animal products. If you are a fan of noodles you will get a variety of packed noodles here and the instant coffee too is amazing here. The 24/7 stores are there everywhere and you will get your bread butter there as well as fruits too. It’s a rarely visited island as ppl mostly focus on places like Pataya, Phuket etc while visiting Thailand. Trust me this is a very beautiful place, less crowded nd peaceful too. The beaches here are really clean and good and perfect for viewing sunrise or sunset.

Lovely resort. I prefer the Deluxe Cottage as it is quiet and surrounded by trees and garden. There are three swimmimg pools in the resort. The beach that is close to the cottage is quite difficult to swim but you can walk a bit to get to the Sai Kaew beach which a better for swim. The buffet breakfast had lots of selection.

The best hotel in Samed so far with reasonable price. Highly recommend stay a few nights. There are a lot of services include free parking at Ban Phe pier, speed boat to resort, shuttle bus from pier to hotel, luggage delivery service, etc Good hotel’s location where you can walk and eat along the beach. Suggest room 125

There is nothing I could find wrong with this resort. Everything was perfect, from the friendly staff, 5 star food service, beautiful rooms, perfect beach and pools. This is one of the best resorts I have stayed at in Thailand in 13 years. We look forward to visiting again soon.

I would like to say big thank you to all the staff from Saikaew Beach Resort. My friends and I spent four days in the resort. The Services were excellent. First, plenty choices of breakfast. The staff from Mango saw I brought soup to the table, they handed me a spoon immediately. Second, I saw some reviews said room service need to wait for quite a long time, but it’s not true at all. During the four nights, I asked for water, towels…etc, they brought to our room pretty fast and always with very warm smile. Third, the facilities are so nice. There is always somebody looking after and looking around the environment to make sure we have clean and comfortable place to rest. Last, the restaurant by the sea is the best spot to see sunrise and sunset. I also like the fire show which is stunning and amazing! Highly recommend! And appreciate every staff’s services. We had a wonderful vocation! Many thanks!

Had a small problem with our luggage during transport to the island (no need for details, and was completely accidental)... the staff were absolutely wonderful in trying to correct the problem... went well beyond reasonable efforts to help us. We're so very impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely wonderful.

Overall, it was a great choice to stay here, very impressive. I felt welcomed by all staff at all time from the first step i walked into their pier. Location is stunning, just right in front of the beautiful and white beach. The room is cute and comfy. Staff were so friendly and really supportive. Food here were original and authentic. Dinner was great. Breakfast (buffet) made me even more amazing, there were a plenty of choices, especially Thai food. I had as much as I can eat, so happy. I wish I had more time to stay there. See you next time.

Overall, the complex is very clean, looks well-kept and is also larger than average for this location. There are three categories, normal, premier and premier deluxe. In my opinion, the prices for the normal rooms are much too expensive In the premier and in the premier deluxe the price-performance ratio is better, but still expensive. But we are here in a resort. The pools are well maintained, the restaurant (food) is extremely good. The price of the restaurant is also more expensive than usual on the beach. However, the location is very good, right on the beach, you have direct access to the beach. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the ladies at the reception are also very friendly.

Sai Kaew is a great spot, with the beach next door, and clean and spacious rooms. The staff are invariably friendly. The breakfast options are plentiful, with something to appeal to everyone. The fitness room is cardio mainly, with a few lighter weights. All in all, it makes for a very pleasant stay.

Bit of a mixed bag at this hotel. I booked two of their "deluxe cottages" - which were not very deluxe at all. They were rather shabby and in need of an upgrade. I had stayed at numerous hotels in Thailand on this trip and this one was the worst of them all. Their premier rooms looked better so might be a better option - albeit at a higher price. The location is good - right on the beach with a nice "private" beach area - La Luna. Bar and restaurant area is also good - again on the beach - although prices are somewhat high. Biggest issue is that the staff are terribly inexperienced and have not got a clue what they are doing or supposed to be doing and there is a shortage of experienced staff around to give guidance to the newbies. This may be due to recent re-opening of the hotel after COVID shutdown and will hopefully get better with time. As examples, it took numerous phone calls and discussions with reception staff to arrange what should have been a simple taxi trip and I had to send numerous reminder emails with a question on my stay prior to check in - which was never answered! They probably get away with the bad service because of their location and the limited competition on the island but they could do a lot better with better management and staff training.

We stayed in a deluxe premier room with pool view, everything about it was great. Location is right on the beautiful beach, breakfast had heaps of selection and service was infallible. Would stay again!

Good 4 stars resort on the famous beach. Has 3 pools, access to 2 beaches, beach club/restaurant. Excellent breakfast options Our bungalow is in the quite part....but i think they have to think more on the prevention of mosquitoes and ants in the room. Also we did not receive anytime hot water in the showers, just warm (not big issue in hot days but...)

It’s perfect location combined with the service, it becomes one of the best hotel in Samet island. There are 3 zones of the room type. We stayed in villa area and it was private and peaceful area by the sea. The room was clean and presentable. The staff is professional and attentive. Anything we requested for were delivered very quickly. All of them are amazing and made the hotel warm welcoming.

I’ve been here a couple of times now and each visit just brings up a new thing to be impressed about. The combination of the beautiful rooms, lovely staff and hospitality, facilities, and the beach view together make this the best hotel option in the area. The staff really make you feel welcome and comfortable. In my opinion Sai Kaew Beach Resort also has one of the better beach locations. They’ve recently opened up a new bar - WINKKS - and an ice cream shop too. Both are amazing additions to the place.

Nice hotel with a lot of different rooms. We stayed in the green/blue cottages which were ok but we expected more for the price we payed compared to other hotels on the island. They were a bit outdated. The complex is very nice in a beautiful garden next to the sea. The hotels restaurant serves every dish you could wish for and the food is excellent. Bit pricey compared to others but worth a visit. The atmosphere was a bit too posh for us, we like it more small and cosy, but if its your thing, you'll like it. The hotel is close to the main road of the island which is convenient for dinner and a little shopping.

Room is good , it’s cold and bathroom is big, the water preassure and heater not so good. Hot and cold all the time, to be improved The beach club is just at the hotel, good for drinks and relax in afternoon. At night , dinner with live music and fire show. Of course price is at higher end for beach club price Good thing also the hotel have transport arrangement and parking from the pier. It’s a good touch. The jet ski to pier maybe better, faster

This was my first trip to the island by recommendation of a friend. This place was an absolute dream! The rooms were modern and clean. The beach access was incredible and the service was some of the best I’ve ever had. Shout out to two staff members: Ash and Pea for looking out for me as a solo traveler! I plan to repeat my stay multiple times over. Everyone needs to visit this place at some point in life.

A nice hotel of Koh Samet. Good location and great scenery of Saikaew beach. The room was clean but had a noisy construction nearby and a problem with air conditioner. Good service from all staffs. The dinner and breakfast were very well. Reasonable price.

Amazing resort, first visit on Koh Samed and it didn’t disappoint. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, especially PEPE, a servant at the Mango restaurant we met during breakfast. They’re all so helpful and experts in what they do. We barely left the resort, because they had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Super nice rooms and the private beach is too Notch. 100 % worth the price. Thank you to all the Resort staff and thank you PEPE for the unforgettable experience 🙏🏼

It is a very large and luxurious resort. However, it was a complete disappointment for us. Except for one or two of the staff, no one speaks English. Therefore, it was very difficult to communicate. There were also renovations in many parts of the hotel. It was really annoying to hear the sound of hammering while lying on the beach. Furthermore there was almost no internet in the room.

Wonderful experience!!! My husband and I recently stayed at Sai Kaew Beach Resort. I can say countless great things about this place. First of all the resort is quite big, I like the natural environment. You can enjoy both garden atmosphere and beach side. The location is just 10 min walk from the main jetty and there are many restaurants and bars around. We saw the famous fire show at the first night and it was also few min distance from the resort. Most importantly, this holiday was for my birthday celebration. They provided a tasty, generous amount of chocolate cake during our breakfast. It was really great! When we came back from beach then opened the door, I saw the huge decoration in our room!! Their surprise arrangement absolutely made my birthday special. All thanks for making it so wonderful and memorable. Hotel Room: The room was good size and was very clean and tidy. Staff: The staff was very friendly and helpful. A big thank you for the staff. Facility: Two swimming pools (we didn't know there are two!), ocean view restaurant and the beautiful garden. Everything was great. My favorite part is the stunning beach. The beach area is superb, well maintained. The sand on the beach is silky smooth!! Koh samed became one of my favorites after this visit. Stunning views, relaxing place with super friendly staff. Definitely will be back to spend some more time at Sai Kaew Beach Resort.

My wife and I had an amazing stay there. Room was nice and clean, and the resort is just beautiful. It’s located on the beach and location is prime so you really don’t need much. The surrounding atmosphere has this cool nature vibe with exotic birds flying around. Staff were SUPER nice. It was my wife’s birthday and they surprised us with a cake and even decorated our room while we were at the beach!! Will definitely come back.

We were staying here at a long weekend in the premier room right at the pool. In general the hotel is a very good place to stay. The room was big and the location at the pool was very just perfect. In case you are a person that wants to sleep long you might should look for a different room because it can get noisy because kids playing in the pool. The breakfast, my personal favorite, is perfect. Big variety of food, western, Asian, plenty to fit all your needs. I would give this hotel 5 stars but I noticed that our room was not so well maintained. Nothing really bad that it was something to complain about but still to give 5 stars everything should be 100%

We had a great holiday here, the room is very cozy and suitable for a couple, we stayed in the Seaview room, the best room in the resort. Breakfast is delicious, the bbq is so nice also. The staff is amiable and helpful, always smiling with clients. We hope to come back here shortly.

Nice hotel on Koh Samet. Western breakfast was so so. Lots of western and Asian options. Very long Beach. Big property with at least 3 distinct sections. 3 pools. Breakfast is in one building lunch and dinner are outside in another area by the ocean. It's close to the main pier. You can walk back to the 7/11s by the pier for snacks.

This is the first time in decades to revisit Koh Samet. The resort was one of the best accommodations on the island with well-equipped, stylish and ready for service to all guests after reopening country. There are restaurant, cafe, swimming pool and private area on the beach to lay down all day which impressed easily to all travelers. We can stay in the hotel during our trip the whole day if we do not want to go somewhere else - just chilling by the sea and walking around the corner to find a convenient store and cheaper meals outside. Everything was falling within standard of 4-5 stars hotel should have. Do not miss to capture the unforgettable sunset or sunrise moment either by the beachfront or the island’s view point!

First time here, and not disappointed. I'm very glad that we had chosen this resort, the room is clean and spacious and facilities well kept and maintaining. The staff are friendly smiling, especially the maid that make you feel welcome. Pros: stunning beach, specious in every room, each zone has it pool. Cons: small gym(pullup bar pls), vat+s/c on food not reasonably priced " if the calculation is fair I'm certainly sure profit can be make day to day (food is delicious) " see you again next year :)

Fantastic resort on Sai Kaew beach, Koh Samed! Perfect for relaxed holiday on Koh Samed, my cottage was fantastic and clean. This resort was beyond my expectations. Great facility and located right on the wonderful beach. Walking street with 7-11 a few 100 feet away. Plenty of beach bars ad restaurants nearby. The staffs are respectful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. I would love to stay at this resort again when I travel to the island!

My room got a really nice view on the other side of the beach at the resort. The Thai massage is nice at the resort. But unfortunately my room’s shower had no hot water.

Great Place with staff who continuously go the extra mile. Only drawback is the loud aircon and the 'cheap' nescafe-machine at breakfast
