激辛メニューのネギラーメンをいただきました。 お店の方に辛さをお尋ねすると5段階あるそうで １辛＞４辛 と１が一番辛くて５は辛味ぬき。お店の方のアテンションでは「苦手な人は４でも食べられない人もいる」そうであまり自信の無い辛味弱者の自分は４にしておきます。 濃い焦げ茶色をしたネギラーメンの登場。長ネギと厚みのあるチャーシューが印象的。スープは動物系の旨味に砂糖の甘さに塩っぱさそしてラー油など唐辛子の辛さの甘塩っぱ辛。麺は中細の中華麺。辛さは４とは言え下手に啜るとむせ返りそうになるのでそ〜っとそ〜っと。ヒィ〜辛い！ ですがくどいくらいの甘味が辛さを幾分中和してくれている様ですね。トンテキの様なチャーシューも食べ応えがあって美味かったです。
