Our check in took two hours. Upon checking out we were presented with a bill for restaurant and bar receipts put down to our room. After a lot of time it turned out some member of staff mistook a number. The girl checking us out told us she removed the charges from our account. We settled up and eventually left. I received my credit card bill and see that they went ahead a charged some of the payments against my card unauthorised. The hotel reception is like faulty towers an absolute un efficient disaster. I have sent emails but no reply. The staff on reception seemed like they didn't really know what was going on.

I travelled this year before Ramadan with six other girls - and it was a perfect holiday!! The hotel, rooms, breakfast and the beach is beautiful, you can't fault it in anyway. Thank you Khaula (most amazing spa professional!!) And Yahya (most awesome reception staff!)... You both went above and beyond in showering us with respect, love and care. A big thank you to Fatima, Sara, Muhsin and many others as well for adding magic to our trip :)) Some improvements (because nothing is perfect!): The pool could have been warmer in the cooler months. Indoor pool looks a bit underwhelming - And hot tub didn't seem to be working (if that was indeed a hot tub) The Moroccan restaurant in the hotel was disappointing :( the food could have been better compared to the price. All in all, I would come and stay again gladly :)

After a minor misunderstanding, the Hilton Hotel demonstrated remarkable professionalism, exemplifying why they distinguish themselves from others in the industry. They promptly resolved the issue, significantly improving our experience and ensuring we felt genuinely embraced with first-class treatment. Consequently, I wholeheartedly endorse the Hilton Hotel and consistently choose it as my preferred accommodation, largely due to such exceptional encounters.

Overall a disappointment and not up to 5 stars standard. We are at day 3 of a 4 days stay and it has been a continuous low service. We had asked for an extra bed for our 5y old and were given a small cot bed. It was corrected shortly but cot bed was left in the relatively small room. We had to call a few times to get it remove. Breakfast is ok but staff is overwhelmed. Came at 8.45 and it was far from ready. Yet of you come after 9.30, you wait 15/20 for an omelet. It takes time for the buffet to be refilled. We asked for butter on day 1 and we could see it went through 4/5 staff but none could find some. Nobody came to inform us they had - presumably- run out. All managerial staff was out with big smiles but completely useless in managing the poor staff. Day 2 still no butter, after 15 min and a phone call, the supervisor came to confirm they were out. A small thing but clearly showing the hotel standards. Cleaning, we are on our 3rd days and the 2d one our room has not been cleaned. First time, we had to call a few times to get some clean towels. Noisy, heavy drilling in rooms and tractors digging the private beach. No waiter by the pool to get drinks or food. Only plus sides are the pools and guards very organised and friendly with children. Beach is nice but no private one yet. We won’t be back.

This Hilton just isn’t a luxury hotel! Which is a shame because the building itself is lovely, they have 4 large pools, a really varied breakfast, it’s right on the beach and most the staff are really polite. But that’s about where the good news ends, our stay felt like the hotel weren’t expecting guests that week and we all turned up by surprise. Breakfast was meant to start at 7.30 but hardly anything was ready at that time and it was pointless getting there before 8. Everyday they would run out of towels at the pool, people told us they had waited over an hour for one, they would also run out of sunbed cushions so you were lucky if you got one of those, similarly they didn’t have enough sun shades for the amount of beds so they were constantly wheeling them around, a few times this caused issues when people took a swim in the pool to return and find their sun shade had gone. All of the sun beds are reserved before 9.30 by people who then don’t use them for hours after that and the staff don’t do anything to control it. We left our room every morning at 8am and would return around 6pm, sometimes the room hadn’t been cleaned by that time, the rooms are a good size but fairly basic for a a”luxury hotel”. I found some of the staff to be rude at times and some do not speak English at all, some of them are really friendly and would come to chat everyday, this was really nice. Location wise the hotel is a 45min walk to Taghazout and a 30min walk to Croc Rock, we walked most evenings but if you intend to spend all of your time in Taghazout or Tamrhakht then this hotel is too far out. Overall I would not stay here again, the Hyatt is next door and we visited a few times for food and it was really lovely, nice place and every person we spoke to was so friendly, book there instead!

We just spent a week with our 2 kids and it was wonderful. We didn’t want to leave. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional, one of the richest breakfast you could have. Rooms were very clean. The SPA was marvelous. The hotel is on the beach. The staff in the kids club were very caring.

Love the vibes of this hotel and the energy of the hotel team bring to the guest. Food were soooo good, the view is SUPER!! I will definitely return back soon.

Best Hotel in Morocco ! I strongly recommend to all. The team is absolutely above and beyond what we experienced in other hotels in the region. We travelled with children and a special attention was given to them. Rooms are very clean and the food is highly refined. A hot spot for surfers and activities with buggy and quads.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. It's very new (3-4 months!) so there are of course some minor kinks to be worked out, but... the rooms were spacious and well-designed; the pools were absolutely stunning; the restaurants were tasty and nicely priced for the location; and the staff was as pleasant as could be. Literally everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Asma in particular is so very kind, and clearly puts a lot of love and care into her job!

Staff make up random taxes and try Bill you! Horrendous service, bunch of cow boys, you’d think Hilton Honors would be an honourable place, I decided to leave after my first night as random staff members harassing for money and asking for random taxes, then promise to give refunds for my booked nights for the next few days, and refunds get ‘rejected’. What an absolute nightmare of a place.

Great new Hilton property, opened in Oct 2022. I didn’t book in advance, ask for the offer at check it. Got free room upgrade to ocean view and half board for reasonable price. Staff was very friendly and accommodated our requests. Hotel was clean, maid came second time in the afternoon to clean the room and change towels. Two restaurants in the property Moroccan and International. We have not experienced full menu, as for the half board choice was limited. Overall good experience.

Had an amazing stay. Property: Great property. Still quite a new property so the honey moon phase isn’t quite over. All the facilities were clean well taken care of and easily accessible. Several pools were out of order but other than that facilities were beautiful. The room itself was immaculate very clean and we had a relatively good view Staff: Very friendly very welcoming and willing to assist and accommodate the special requests Breakfast: Amazing. Chose fatigue sets in with so many options and delectibles. An amazing free benefit if your a gold/diamond member. The donut station was unique and the breakfast holds its own with any 5 star. Restaurants All had amazing food plenty of options and full of flavor. They had a great onsite spa. Also a nightclub/beach club. Great facilities but I think the traffic of people is still waiting to catch up. As a diamond I wish there was a lounge unfortunately the property lacks one. They could also do well it add a working hot tub and perhaps some saunas and steam rooms. Other than that no major qualms.

Hi We are a family of 4 and we didn t live in the hotel but we payed to use the swimming pool and it was amazing but the Lunch was not good and we were a really disappointed , the food was not like we ordered and no taste at all but the waiter did his best to cover the kitchen work. The hotel is five star isn’t it but it provides for two star hotel sorry… Something else the shower and the rest room in the swimming pool was not clean one and the soap was just water.. The staff at both Anaw & Imim restaurant were also amazing. The Imim staff in particular made my wife’s birthday party extra special. Thank you.

We had an amazing stay in Hilton Taghazout. Super friendly staff took extremely good care of our whole family. Our room was beautifully decorated and cozy. They treated us with delicious food and the breakfast buffet was overwhelming. Our dietary restrictions were no problem to the talented staff. Our children enjoyed plenty of activities including kids club, several pools, playstation 5, trampoline, surfing... Thank you, we are definitely coming back. Stayed at this hotel for one night to celebrate my birthday and it was the best decision ever. The staff were incredibly kind and made me feel so welcome and special. The resort itself is STUNNING. Beautiful view of the beach, amazing gardens, four incredible outdoor pools. The restaurants are equally amazing and the drinks are tasty 🥰 Highly recommend for anyone wanting a fancy experience.

I was lucky I booked a couple night at the Hilton taghazoult agadir . I had a very good experience the service was good the stuff very friendly the whole environment was amazing . I would have given more then 5 stars if I could .

The place is totally empty, but they were still stubborn and refused 4 customers for the restaurant and bar (beach access). The guy in the door is very nice tho and it's apparently his supervisor that doesn't want to make business. We'd rather go to the Hyatt or Fairmont nextdoor.

Overall we had a great stay at Hilton Taghazout. The staff are very friendly and offer high quality service, the food is delicious (see photos of example breakfast from buffet) and the location+view is ideal, right next to the beach. I noted one significant downside: timeliness / efficiency is poor and we often had to repeat/remind staff of something we asked.

My overall experience was ok. More details here. In the room Small mirror light didn’t work No toilet brush water temperature in shower was unstable. Cold and warm and vice versa. At one point, the hot water completely ran out while I was taking a bath. It happened all the nights. The lock on the balcony door didn't work. Half of the TV channels didn’t work. Smell of canalisation in the room. Territory Warm pools didn’t work. There was some construction and the noise of a jackhammer was disturbing. I know it's temporary, but it was very annoying. Poor wifi signal. Hotel The breakfast didn’t match the level of the hotel. Small selection of hot and cold dishes. Same dishes all the days. Disgusting cappuccino. The breakfast tables were shaking on the terrace and was almost impossible to use them comfortably. No napkins on some tables. Not all products were signed, no allergens list. It was inconvenient to pick up food with a fork. Inconvenient access to tea and coffee and it took a long time to place an order. Ban smoking on the terrace while having breakfast please. Respect the others. No executive lounge. The staff was great, helping, attentive and always smiling. I’d like to mention Ayub at the pool, Omar Saber and head waitress Oumaima. They were simply the best. 4 points from me with a little credit.
