Went there for buffet on Sunday. Was pricey basically because it was Christmas day. The food was good but they didn't have a lot of options though. Their desserts needs to be worked on although they were well decorated but they tasted nothing like they looked. Excellent service from their staff. In all o had a great time

Excellent choice for staying in Lagos! Only draw back is prices are super expensive for Nigeria: 270$ per night They have several options for dining, rooms are big sizes, convenient, spacious, and luxurious. Highly recommended if you afford it and wants to stay in Lagos, mainland part.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Ikeja, Lagos. Maintains the Radisson standard or luxury, class and comfort. The facility has good underground parking, friendly staff and clean environment. The food is also good. I didn't get the chance to visit a lodge room/apartment but I can imagine it will be equally good. Well deserved 5 stars

My experience started at the entrance of the gate the great view of the fountain surrounded by a garden feels look. The receptionist was nice and welcoming, I went straight to the cafeteria to order Eba and a popular soup in Nigeria Egusi. It was delicious. The payment method is easy cash and Electronic Payments are accepted 👍. I love the ambiance of the place with the Christmas decorations.

Visited the SPA. Nice place, soothing, calming, quiet. Oriental ambience. Nice professional staff. A man in security uniform at the entrance impressed me so much. I did not get his name. He is an asset to the hotel. He should be in the sales and marketing department. He convinced me that I was in the best place to be pampered.

From exterior to interior, there is exquisite beauty and hence attraction, despite the small front space. The ambience inside is good - sort of great use of space The rooms are super cool, some of them magical. Restaurant is great, good spread of food. Some interfacing staff actions seem not to suggest a great and well-preserved culture, but that does not affect anything - not that much. Sunday entertainment at the restaurant wasn't bad at all. Overall, there is strong promise of a great experience here. And okay, the white rice, stew, and plantain was awesome.

Nice exterior and interior. Great underground parking although very hot but Nice parking. Nice buffet and fine dinning. Serene environment with courteous staff. I love how the hotel management get into the spirit of the birthday party especially at the buffet with a cake and trumpeter. I also love how they have been working to keep the standard from falling. Wide variety of food, desserts catering for types of palettes but surprised there's no juice on the menu. My kids really loved the dessert and mashed potatoes. Do keep it up. Not to forget the bar with good assorted drinks.

I visited cut steakhouse restaurant here, I didn’t lodge. The hotel looked really busy, full and open to everyone, although I went on a Sunday evening. Doubt I’ll want to lodge here though considering it’s not so private at the reception and on entering. The security officials also seemed very distracted and didn’t ensure Covid rules like you’d expect. Loved the pool side just beside the restaurant and the architectural work of the reception.

Beautiful, lovely hotel. The staff was friendly and respectful. Comfortable seats, well air conditioned. The only issue I had here was with the quantity of food. It was quite small for an adult.

Updates: Shortly after this review was posted, we were contacted by the GM of the hotel who apologized to us for the treatment we received. He also ensured we got our refund the next day. We received a formal apology *email and we were assured that the reservation manager would face a formal disciplinary panel to investigate her unprofessional conduct and the fraudulent activities associated with making reservations and getting refunds. (I read other reviews, it appears that getting a refund has been a problem for others as well). We were also offered a complimentary stay for one night to make up for the inconveniences we were subjected to during our stay. We are satisfied with the resolution of this issue.

I was here for the dinner buffet. Nice array of food. Great choices nothing over the top or special. Food tastes okay, ambience is nice as it is really busy and packed with a number of people. For some reason the prawns came later than other meals. Only perceived it🥲

Always always fantastic to be here. Been here about 4 or 5 times now for conferences and courses. Great ambience for learning. Multiple rooms for parallel sessions. Quick response to logistic bottlenecks. Bright lights, good sound proofing and very clean bathrooms. The lunch buffet is a wonderful table set before you. The only thing - get yourself multiple layers of clothing because it gets quite cold at the Radisson Blu !!!!!

Nice hotel- quick attendance at the bar. Nice shot of Baileys at a good price. Nice spot to chill and hang- there was a live band too. Man was definitely impressed. I liked that I could park my car without hassles.

I must mention the excellent service delivery by one Mr Bidemi at the bar I am not sure if he is a Supervisor but he sure has shown from our many visits that he can coordinate orders from the other in house Restaurants to deliver great service.. Came in for fine dining. I was completely wowed by the ambience, the decor, the atmosphere. It was breathtaking. But then I take my order and it takes more than 40 minutes to get my meal. Cocktails take another 10 minutes. The wait almost ruin the experience. Thankfully I had good conversations, the low calming music helped.

It was a nice and clean hotel in an easily accessible and safe location. They have safe and adequate parking spaces, the staffs are friendly and always willing to help. The restaurant was okay and we had buffet. I wish they offered more food variety like that of Sheraton and maybe improve on the taste of their foods. Overall the hotel room I stayed was really nice but the food was very average nothing spectacular.

This hotel is a really nice hotel. Their services are very close to excellent. The ambience is breath-taking: Guests are welcomed by a team of professional receptionist and soft music which synchronises one's state with the calm and peaceful environment. One would almost be tempted to speak only with whispers, so as not to disrupt the peace and quiet.

Room facilities meet the standard expected of a 5 star. The pool side facilities, water fountain, choice of colours put glamour to the environment that makes one feel extra ordinarily relaxed. Many halls with waiting areas and other facilities are available. Cost might not be that cheap but worth it. Life saxophone 🎷 and light refreshments offered at the ground reception area too for short hook up.

A very good hotel! Located in the ever busy Ikeja GRA.. They provide top notch hospitality and great customer service. Provision for the physically disabled, medium sized event hall, with good restrooms. Lack of service/vendors elevator is a big disadvantage.

Well designed and planned layouts up to the car park. Although I did not use their rooms as we utilised one of their hall for training, I believe they will be superb judging from all the interiors I came across

It was really good. I even got upgraded because they did not want to keep me waiting to get a room cleaned. I sent the kids alone to dinner and breakfast buffets while I attended a conference or packed up, and they were well taken care of. Almost chaperoned about as they explored without me even asking for that service. At a point, one of the hosts at the dinner buffer stood guard over their phone left on the table while they went to get their food. Everyone there showed genuine care. Even the drivers had a comfortable room they shared when employers stayed overnight! Best hotel experience in Nigeria, and even most hotels stayed at,outside the continent so far! The genuine care blew me away!

It was so nice. I even got upgraded because they didn't keep me so long to get a room cleaned. The staff were very polite and well trained and Mr Simeon was very nice and good to the customers, in short, the hotel is one of the best hotels in Lagos so far. I stayed here for the first time and I had a very not satisfied experience. Went to the restaurant and have dinner. Wrote my number to be charged but the manager said i had to pay. That i didnt make any garantee at the front desk ( i paid in advance) . I am a foreigner and this situation really pices me of and makes my thoughts about choosing a hotel. A Hotel like this one treating a client like this means the need of having new values to keep growing.

Easy to spot and no issues with parking. Staff are courteous and helpful. Food is superb, although the eat all you want buffet doesn't come with too many options out of the ordinary. The poolside view is quite something at night.

I had dinner at Cutsteakhouse and the service was excellent. The waiter that served did an amazing job in making my partner and I feel comfortable and well served. The food was very good (both the main dish and desert) I'll definitely be there again.

I attended the 3rd day event of a conference organized by the Nigeria Films and Censors Board and supported by Netflix. I was to receive a package by courier, though not a direct guest. The treatment I received from the reception was so superb. They gave assistance to receiving my package on my behalf...I was impressed 👍

This is my third visit to this wonderful edifice and the services rendered are top notch when compared to other similar facilities. The underground parking was very organized, COVID 19 and Gate security checks were professionally done and they had the most courteous staff I had ever witnessed. And the food? Out of this world!

My wife and I had a very much needed relaxing break at Raddison Blu. We dined near the pool and had drinks and a wonderful meal. In the late evening with the pool lights and other dim lights it was quite romantic and a lovely evening. The server that took care of us was very friendly and pleasant. All and all he did a fairly good job. I don't know if he was new, drink order of rum and coke zero. He brought me a coke zero and glass of ice. May have been he didn't understand my inclination when I spoke. But he did a good job and I appreciated his efforts in taking care of us.

The Buffet never fails to hit the spot! Relaxing ambience, friendly staff. The rooms are definitely the best part of the deal- especially the ones with a good view of the city.

If you're a smoker, this is the place to be. Relaxed serene. Beautiful music rendition on Wednesday evenings. Grilled fish and barbecued beef, smoothie is not bad. The palm wine didn't taste very original (I guess that's business).

Great ambience. The meals at the buffet were well arrayed and garnished. However, the food taste wasn't as great as expected so my friends and I didn't bother going for more. The juice was really amazing though. The chocolate cupcake was nice too.

Convenient location for the international and local airports, a beautiful hotel. Very spacious open plan layout in the lounge with access to great restaurants and bar area. Nicely decorated which gives it a great atmosphere.

Very decent and thoroughly clean environment. The underground parking lot is great too but you have to be careful - you need to be patient and have good driving skills if the park is fully occupied.

I mean its Radisson Blu at Ikeja. Its now been renovated and it wears such a beautiful outlook. You can't have such stiff competition around you and not up your standards. As much as I love high end hotels, they always still have to do better with their Nigerian dishes because that's our export to the international market. Compared to the Radisson in VI, I'll give this one a 4 out of 5.

Stayed at the 3 bedroom loft for the New year celebrations with my family for 2 nights; enjoyed the New year party at the lobby. Restaurant food was good, the staff was very pleasant and response to requests was prompt. I recommend maintenance guys to work overnight in case something comes up for guests ultimate satisfactory experience

I love coming here for an offsite work day or for a meeting. It's accommodating, quiet and unobtrusive whether you are an in-house guest or walk-in. The service is very good and the staff are professional and polite. I've attended events, workshops and had office retreats here and the service is consistent. I've hosted my colleagues at the restaurant for afternoon buffet and being at the downstairs bar and lounge as well, I've never had to complain about the service. Looking forward to being an in-house guest sometime.

It's a very nice hotel located right in the middle of Ikeja Lagos State Nigeria. Though they have limited parking space outside the premises which is seconded by a well ventilated and sophisticated underground parking lot that can take up to 45 to 50 vehicles. The entire environment is so serene, neat and calm with flowers and trees on the drive way and lobby.Artificial water fall by the side on your way to the lobby gives you that 'close to nature' feeling.The customer service there is second to none,staffs are nice and attentive.Its a place for a soul longing for real comfort and relaxation.All COVID-19 protocols are strictly observed and the security there is tight

So I've been to Radisson a few times but it's always a different experience everytime I'm there. I love the in-house buffet😋 and the staffs are so niice (especially the room service). The ambience is on another level. The only good/bad experience is going there when it's a festive/vacation season 😩 you wouldn't get a parking space on time. All the same, I recommend Radisson for a good relaxation time.

I was here for a conference in 2021. The meeting rooms were nice and I enjoyed the food quite a lot. The hotel room was simply gorgeous and had a beautiful view.

Top quality hotel for stay and meetings. Has a restaurant on the first floor. Outside of the restaurant there is chill out area together a small swimming pool (not well kept). The hotel is also used for formal & social functions Parking available, but it is tight and not well laid out. Good security- cars checked as well as bags.

For those looking to have a decent meal with family and loved ones, the all-you-can-eat buffet services is great for dates, birthdays, and other themed events that would have few people (average 20/25 people) in attendance. Bigger gatherings may require proper booking to enjoy a wider variety of services. Their staff are cordial and professional. Their underground parking arrangement is just about adequate, but may be too small during peak periods. I am yet to experience the accomodation services.

A giant hotel in the heart of GRA on the most popular street. It's popular and has wide entry and exit with security checks. Great atmosphere within. Car park available. Wheelchair accessible driven. Great hotel. Rather expensive. My host was a guest which allowed me access to the lounge. The lounge itself is quiet and spacious. Ideal if you work remotely. It's also a self serve arrangement. The hotel overall is tastefully furnished.

I liked the hotel decor of the deluxe room I lodged at. I was also privileged to have their abula for dinner and it was divine. The hotel lost a star for the set up of the deluxe room, no privacy between the conveniences and the room but for a curtain which does not close properly. Also the toilet door is already falling off the hinge because the glass door is way too heavy for the wooden panelling, design and engineering error. I particularly liked the espresso coffee machine in the room and the courtyard.

Please train your staff on how to attend to people while serving food. I believe they are contract staffs because the other staff members know their onions.

Very wonderful service. The rooms are well designed and planned. The only issue is that the room faces a very busy street next to a gas station. The sound proofing needs to be addressed to keep out street sounds. Other than that, great experience.

Loved the buffet at Iyeru Okin restaurant met a woman that knew and lived her job Mariam and her crew had a lovely attentive smile at all times. I know this as no one waited for me to ask for anything I needed at brunch yesterday. They were there with a smile and answers before I asked. I saw a qibla direction pointer in my room too. Awesome never seen one any hotel before. Thoughtful.

My last visit was to the Spa (Amani). My experience was splendid, the staff were nice and courteot, services were also top notch and the prices were also decent. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

The waitress was very helpful, I think her name is Feyisayo. She made it easy to decide on the type of meal to order. She was patient and she also accommodated questions about what was on the menu.

My visit to the Radisson Blu hotel along the popular Isaac John road in Ikeja GRA was alongside my visit to Marcellina's Place, an event center that happens to be beside the hotel. The entrance can be quite confusing as there's a mini-version of the big hotel building on the other side by the exit gate. The appearance and ambience from the entrance to the reception and the stair wells leading to the upper floors are quite nice with beautiful lightings, fixtures and fittings. The restrooms are pretty comfy too. There's a nice bar on the ground floor level by the lobby with a pool table and a lovely sitting area to just chill and lounge. Parking seems adequate and environment is calm and serene.

I had a dinner buffet here . Variety of food options to choose from . The dinner buffet costs 20,000 naira per person . The cakes are very nice . The environment is serene. The staffs were nice too.

I had a pleasant meal. I very much enjoyed Resham's seafood stir fried noodles. Very spacious diner, it got really noisy at some point, but hey what's life without some noise?😄 Will definitely be visiting again. The staff were also courteous.

Rooms are very nice, food is good. Lobby area looks quite nice. Service is not the best though. We went there for a conference which started before check in time. We finished by 6pm and rings were still not ready. Finding cutlery in the restaurant also seemed to be a challenge. Swimming pool is something of an afterthought. Not the hotel for you if you are keen on swimming.

Checked in to celebrate a landmark birthday for my wife. The room was comfortable and beautiful. The central Air-conditioning system was super effective as the room was pre-cooled beyond comfort; the control had to be switched off to get the right temperature back! Unfortunately, quite unexpectedly, all the lights suddenly went off along with the hotel WiFi followed by the intercom system. No communication was possible and confusion set in. Was it sabotage or just breakdown of power supply? The situation subsisted for upwards of an hour! Till we checked out, no apologies were made nor explanations given for the power failure! Albeit, I scored them 4 stars since I do not expect it to be a regular event!

Good hotel located in ikeja GRA. Check-in was quick and efficiently done. The room was quite spacious and came well equipped. There was a safe for valuables, mini fridge, coffee maker and complimentary water. Only thing lacking was pressing iron. The bathroom was also well equipped with a number of towels (no robe nor slippers), toiletries (no weighing scale). There was a bathtub and separate shower. The restaurant was good and I savoured their breakfast,lunch, and dinner buffet which were well represented both locally and continentally. There is a spa, swimming pool and bar in the hotel. The hotel has basement parking and adequate security. Will definitely visit again.

The room was worth it neat and classy just the way I liked it , went therefore a weekend getaway from all the lagos bubble and hustle, there is a complementary breakfast lunch if you meet the timing , I missed mine so I had to get food downstairs but it's an experience overall

The only issue here is the Parking lots, gets filled easily. I think there's need to buy up more space. I can't say much with the rooms, but going by the lnterior and neatness, I believe it will be okay.

Nice room located aside the highway, close to the airport and you will find a taxi just outside the hotel, however you need to be careful while taking cab and driver.

First time visiting. Went on a Thursday morning at 1115am. Stopped by to reserve a room for some nights. The outside and inside look great. The lobby area is very inviting and modern. We waited for about 10minutes before we were attended to. Our hostess was rushing us & kept mentioning there is another guest that has been waiting in the seating area much longer than we have been standing in line. It seemed disorganized & like we were being bothersome so we left. I won’t return again but I recommend for first time visitors maybe they will receive better customer service.

Was a beautiful experience, nice ambience. I had the dinner buffet of 21k. The meals were on a scale of 1 to 10, 5. The dessert was good. Nice place thought for the environment, romantic mood and family vibes.

A five-star hotel in the heart of the capital of Lagos State of Nigeria. The easily accessible location, next to it's counterpart, Radisson Hotel, makes the hotel a prime choice for discerning clients. The quality of the facilities is generally first rate, just as the services are excellent. As I was visiting and only had minimal contact, I was impressed with what I experienced. Staff generally represented the hotel very well. The food was tantalizing; unfortunately, I lacked the necessary appetite to savour the delicacies. Given the hotel rating, it is not exactly a surprise that the hotel and it's services do not particularly come cheap. But it is an experience worth having.

The AMANI AND WELLNESS SPA ♨ services is a very unique spot and wellness centre. I was treated the best way possible. The masseuse 💆🏿‍♂️ was a very productive person with the needed touch. I really had a good experience at the spa.

Best location, sweet environment Easy to spot and no issues with parking. Staff are courteous and helpful. Food is superb, although the eat all you want buffet doesn't come with too many options out of the ordinary. The poolside view adorable and the gym is top notch

My first stay in Nigeria was a nice one at this hotel. The staff are friendly, the room was nice, and the room service food was good. couple minor issues, the tv kept losing connection but that is probably isolated, and the light switches all seemed sticky maybe due to humidity or something on the plastic.

My stay at Radisson Blu was more than splendid. The ambience is so serene, with professional staffs ready to serve you in the best possible way. The food, amazing. The room, so cozy. Bringing you different unforgettable memories and leaving an imprint in your heart, which is GOLDEN.

Great experience staying here. The Team is very Professional and Courteous. Particularly Emmanuel at the Bar; Stella, Dorothy, Feyisayo, Blessing Eze and Matthew at the Restaurant. Elizabeth at the Coffee Shop Emmanuel, Sheriff, Ahmed Housekeeping. My Wife and I will be back because of the the Courteous and Professional attitude of these Ladies and Gentlemen.
