Good experience. Restaurant was clean and staff were frienly. We just beat the afternoon rush! I enjoyed the double chicken bowl very much! If you're unsure of what QDOBA is like, it's similar to Chipotle with different choices and options. But I think there is more variety in the price points. You don't automatically have to spend $11 dollars like I would expect ar Chipotle.

Food was decently clean. Staff was friendly. Very chipotle style but different flavor. Tried the nachos and the hot and sweet style chicken. It tastes lil different and nice to me. Quesadilla was my fav. Bowls are very good as well. Washrooms can be improved

Open late now, until 10:00 pm! They have completely redone their menu during the pandemic, so if you haven't tried it for a while, it's worth checking them out again. Be ready for a lot of changes if you haven't been in a while. The taste is really good though! There is something for the whole family.

This had to been the most bland Mexican food I ever had in my life! We spend almost $40 for three tiny tacos and one burrito. You can get better tasting tacos at Taco Bell… and you get more food for your money. Definitely not eating here again!

Great food, free queso on everything. Recommend getting chipotle ranch. The cashier computer was down when we went and instead of waiting waiting waiting, they let us just have our food for free. Great service and food so I will definitely be back.

Beware: Do not trust this place with an online order. Cheated on the meat in 3 burritos. Disappointed when brought to our office for lunch. Portions still getting smaller with meat seems to be a problem at this place. Cheating the people for bigger profits. No thank you Mr. Manager, we are not interested in your freebee gifts that you offer unsatisfied customers. Just stop cheating us!

I'm so disappointed to be writing a 1 star review for this place, because when my husband and I would come here over the summer it was delicious! However, the quality and FLAVOR has significantly gone down. My burrito with pinto beans and cilantro lime rice was like eating cardboard flavor wise. The pinto beans weren't even salted, they were completely dry and tasteless. The rice was plain white rice, no cilantro in it and definitely NO lime! Even my husband was shocked. I am not exaggerating when I say that water has more flavor. This has happened twice but today was the last day I'll come here sadly. Manager was defensive. Whoever is doing the seasoning back there must be asleep!

I always give a business a chance but this restaurant has continue to disappoint. Each time the food gets less and less. You're charging $10+ for a scoop of rice, a half scoop of beans and a 3/4 spoon of meat. Each and EVERY TIME I've been there, I have to ask for more just to get a decent amount of food. I absolutely will never enter the restaurant again. I've given to many dollars for a limited amount of food. Just Shameful!!!

Food was disappointing, portions are half the size now and price have increased significantly. Staff was serving customers with sleeveless undershirt. I do no longer recommend this restaurant.

Don't place an online order. My UberEats driver was waiting for 30 minutes while Qdoba was "Wrapping Up" the order. Finally he went inside to check on it, and they said they were ignoring all online orders today. Wildly unprofessional. Qdoba has been my pregnancy craving, but this put me off them for good.

Quality of food not comparable with any other qdoba’s we have eaten at. All items undercooked with almost no flavor. Staff helpful and friendly but food quality needs to improve big time.

If you have interest in the Coke Freestyle drink machine, don’t go here. They are out of 15(!) of the flavors. See attached photo. The darker circles are out. They didn’t tell us this when we ordered drinks. They would not refill the machine or share any reason. They just said we could pick one of the plastic to-go bottles, after we had already paid.

Qdoba is our go-to when it comes to Mexican fast food... it's a good alternative to chipotle... the kids like it. And lots of vegetarian fixings!

Staff doesn't speak English. I couldn't get what I wanted. There's a placard on the wall displaying limited-time item Mango Shrimp. I pointed to it and said, "I want that." What could be a simpler order? But no one knew how to make it. All they seem to know is how to fill a bowl with whatever you point at.

Cool ambience, good options for vegetarian, tried it for the first time, and liked it. Staff is helpful.

Ate there around 2:45 on Monday. Service was excellent. I was dining with my disabled sister. The staff were patient as I asked my sister for her order. The staff also helped me carry parts of my order to the table were we going to sit at and moved a 'wet sign' out if the way for my sister . Very respectful. Lobby was clean as well.

My family and I usually love this place. Unfortunately, today was different. Most of the tables were dirty. They were out of lettuce. Most of the drink choices were out. The food over all, did not taste good and the chips were stale! Very disappointing. Seems management has changed and not for the better.

Can’t beat the delicious food! However, the customer service has dropped down significantly and it’s not what it used to be! Tonight when I came to grab food like a possible plant based food, server placed food on my bowl and while he was doing that, he made a spill on my bowl, and I specifically told him to keep it right and it spilled again and he didn’t seem to apologize for his mistakes. It does not make me want to back again. The poor management, and very poor staff, who are super unprofessional. I hope I can get compensated for this issue.

It's similar to Chipotle, but the taste and quality are way better. I stay in Fuquayway, where we have Chipotle, but I drive more miles to Apex to grab a bowl, and it's worth it. They have to improve on customer service wise but taste wise no complaints.

Been here couple of times now. Quality of ingredients is good, food tastes good. Far better than Chipotle in my opinion.

I am a regular customer here but had a very bad experience with the manager (Not Carla). She does not know how to use gift cards and she blames the computer. Today is the 2nd time I had to wait (which made other customers also wait) to get my gift cards used. The first time they said the gift cards are not valid and the 2nd time (today) also said the same. They ask me to contact customer service rather than learning how to use the billing system. The manager can't even explain and she says she has no time. That was a really horrible experience.

While I have been a raving fan of Qdoba and its tasty, high-quality food since the day this location opened, my last visit there was simply bizarre.  This was Friday, August 5, when five of us arrived for a birthday lunch.I noticed the new Surf & Turf bowl and asked a female employee if it could be made quesadilla-style for me.  She said "sure" andput it all together for me.  Just before she was going to put it on their griddle, another female employee questioned if it was allowed because of allergen concerns.  I said that if that was a problem, I would be happy to simply eat it unheated.  Then a man bolted out from the rear kitchen and made her trash the quesadilla!  Again, I said "no don't trash it, it's fine like that for me!" but this guy just ignored me and forced the employee to trash the entire quesadilla.  I respect allergen concerns, but the shrimp are right there on the line of various other ingredients and are not treated in any exceptional manner.  The female employees were totally nice throughout all this and one of them mentioned that the man is Mark.  So Qdoba management, please address this with Mark as soon as possible.

I read someone else make this same comment about them skimping on giving you your food. You get a tea spoon scoop of toppings for your dry nachos. I don't get it. I pay nearly $12 and basically get plain old corn chips because I've got cheese that was sprinkled on like a pinch of salt. Ground beef so small its like brown sand granules dropped on top with a baby spoon. My wife brings home dinner and we had to go buy our own toppings to FINISH making our dinner. $2 extra for guac? You can get a whole tub in the store for that much! This place has gone down hill. QUIT SHORT-CHANGING PEOPLE ON THE FOOD! WE WON'T BE BACK.

New Manager was amazing : there was a long line for an order. I waited patiently for my order to be placed . And during the checkout the manage said this time it’s on US. So, you can give us a chance to serve you better next time. I was amazed to see that kind of hospitality.

Each item sold separately ordered 2 burritos and absolutely nothing came with them. We had to pay additional 5 plus dollars for greasy, half cooked chips and another 2 dollars for a drink total amount for a mediocre meal $28.00. Nope not worth the money! Staff was friendly is about all I can say about this place.

Pretty good place. Food always cooked right and service fast. Their taco salad is the king and you can load it up with tons of toppings. They also got one those coke macho with a 1000 different flavors combos. Crazy great place for the family to eat cheap.

Very disappointed, I ordered to pick up, I had sour cream instead of guacamole. The fajita veggies weren't in strips, I had chunks of peppers just thrown in. The meat was flavorless. Our first time was good, this time-NOT AT ALL
