My fiance bought my engagement ring from this jeweler and unfortunately I broke my ring within a month of having it. I brought it back to Mark Andrews and they completely remade my ring! Mark was amazing with his professional recommendations about the next steps to repair my ring, while Michelle was helpful in keeping me updated about the status of the repair. We really appreciate all that they have done for me and my fiance! We will definitely be lifelong customers!

This is a great family-owned business that is a real jeweler. They can change your watch battery, find you a nice piece for your anniversary, pierce your daughters ears and even buys gold and some old jewelry. They are a great resource when I have a question about anything jewelry related, a wealth of knowledge and trustworthy information.

Very friendly to strangers. I discovered my watch battery needed replacing Saturday (5/14/22) and having moved from a nearby city ten months ago was not familiar with jewelers in my neighborhood. I found Mark Andrews Jewelers on Google. My watch battery was replaced in five minutes for a reasonable price. Would definitely return.

Where do I begin..? From the moment I first walked in to this jeweler I was impressed. The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They helped to create a set of beautiful rings for me, so I went back to have them create a necklace for myself. I continued to be so impressed that I went back and had them create a ring and necklace for my daughter - using the stones from jewelry her father had given to me during our 35 year marriage and prior to his passing.... so these pieces were important!! They rocked it. I had a slight mishap with one piece and they immediately made it right. I could not be more impressed and I am really happy to say I highly recommend them. You will be very pleased with every step of the process!

Had a side stone in my wife’s engagement ring replaced after it fell out. The staff and Mark are top notch. I wouldn’t take my jewelry anywhere else. Not only did they do an amazing job replacing it, they cleaned it and had it done days ahead of time. Thank you Mark for your quality work and amazing customer service. We happened upon this lovely jeweler when we needed a ring repaired, and they are absolutely terrific. Since that first trip we have done everything from purchase an expensive piece to having a sentimental piece of costume jewelry repaired, and every time the wonderful staff has given us such wonderful time, attention and great workmanship. If you live in the Triangle area and are looking for a top notch jeweler, this is it!

What a great experience! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. After contacting many jewelers, even the larger well knowns, I found a real gem. I was able to make an appointment and they did the appraisal and actual resizing in our presence. Many jewelers wanted to send it out or be left in their store for the repair and come back a few days to a week later. He was even recommended by another jeweler I had contacted in addition to people in the community where we live. Everyone in the store were great and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Mark Andrew Jewelers without any hesitation. When you go there be sure to say hello to their security guard.

Not only was Tyler amazing to work with, but he absolutely blew me out of the water and exceeded my expectations. He went through extra effort to create a custom bracelet for me since I wanted something specific. His engraving on the bracelets is also exquisite. 10/10. Could not recommend the good folks at Mark Andrews more.

My dog jumped up and caught his nails on my new engagement ring which bent it. I was hesitant to take it just anywhere but my mom suggested this place. I walked in and asked how much to fix it as I knew there would be a charge since I didn’t buy it from them. They told me not to worry about it and in less than 5 minutes, I had my ring back! I’m very excited to have my ring back to new and have a jeweler that has great reviews and great customer service.

I went to this locally owned jeweler to reset my engagement and wedding rings. I showed them a photo of the idea I had in mind. They ended up creating a custom ring for me and it absolutely took my breath away. They made several suggestions to improve the ring’s appearance and integrity which were spot on. The ring turned out better than I ever could imagine and their expertise and customer service was just as appreciated! It can be difficult to make the decision to hand over something precious to a stranger but I would definitely trust Mark and his team any day of the week.

I had lost a small diamond in a very special ring to me at the start of our quarantine. I waited until the shop reopened to have them repair it for me. I didn’t really want to leave the ring for a long period of time, and they did an incredible repair job with an equally impressive turnaround time. Friendly, reliable, very fair pricing for the quality of work. I would highly recommend them!

My mother had taken some jewelry to be fixed at this business. The estimated price given was $50. This sounded fair so she went ahead with the process. A little over a week later we went to pick up the jewelry and the bill had come out to $96. This is almost double the original estimate, which in my opinion is way too far off and not how you do business. A call should have been made to let her know before going through fixing the items. When the bill is in front of you and the business has your jewelry, there is nothing to do besides leave the jewelry with them or pay the unfair price.

I was given a ring made here as a graduation gift. When a stone came loose and I dropped it off on a Saturday to be fixed, the folks here had it done same day and even waited a minute after closing since I got caught in some traffic on the way to pick it up.

DISASTER! We took our 5 yr old daughter here to get her ears pierced. She had been begging us and was super excited. When the ear pierce man came out and sat her in the chair she got a little nervous. He was able to get the first hole done. My daughter then started screaming and crying... to be expected from a 5 year old, right? The piercing man then threw his hands up and said “I’m not doing this, get her out of here.” (All of this in front of EVERYONE in the store) So I took her outside for a breather. While I was outside with my daughter the piercing man was antagonizing and basically accusing my husband of us forcing her to have her ears pierced against her will. Like, why would anyone do that? So we went back inside to try again for the other ear, once my daughter had calmed down. It took some effort for sure. During the second attempt he kept asking my daughter “are you sure YOU want this?” Insinuating WE wanted it not her. Well, finally she got the second ear pierced. This experience couldn’t have gone any worse. I understand that the screaming and crying was dramatic, but that’s no excuse for treating customers and children most of all that way. This man shouldn’t be working with children if he can’t handle the way they act. And DEFINITELY shouldn’t be accusing anyone of anything. If I were him I’d be embarrassed.

Every time I come to this lovely shop I am more and more impressed. The items are beautiful and the customer service cannot be beat!
