Definitely one of the best places to stay here at Tokyo, 5 min walk from Nippori station, nearby multiple konbini and just put the trash outside the room and the staff will take it, don't have to seperate the trash unlike when you sleep in an airbnb. The room have microwave and a fridge which is very convenient when you buy foods from the konbini.

Hotel Mystays Nippori is located in the vibrant Nippori area. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and has many restaurants around. Hotel staff is nice and helpful. Rooms and bathroom are however outdated and dirty. On the bright side, it comes for an attractive price.

It’s a simple business hotel convenient close to Narita airport. The price is good but the rooms are quite run down. The plastic bath unit got quite yellow over the years and and has a lot of strange bubbles on the surface. If you want to enjoy your hotel stay, it’s not the right choice. If you just want a place to sleep and don’t care much, then I can recommend this hotel.

Location is near to station. The building is quite old while rooms are clean and tidy. Standard facilities with quite small bathroom but with wash and bath tub. Refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle, phone charger are plus to us. Near to 7-eleven and many restaurants. We stayed for three night and will comeback again two night after Nagano.

Walking distance to station. On call after hours reception. Building is very old and may be was a dormitory or house hold. Rooms are very tiny but my stay standard facilities, bathroom is small but with wash let and bath tub. Refrigerator, towel, phone charger, clean bed sheets and comforter pillows are plus. Just after one minute walk there is 24/7 convenience store 7/11. And this is entertainment district so clubs and drinking place are just around.

Really amazing staff, rooms are on older side but well maintained and for the price really great. Room has little kitchenette and bathtub.

It only takes 5-7 minutes to walk to/from Nippori station (and only two stations from Ueno). There are convenience stores nearby (7-11 and Family Mart), and the staff was accommodating!

Very good place with good services, close to the train station and a few stops away from the center of Tokyo, I will come again.

Great location near Nippori starion (Yamanote line). The hotel is pretty cheap and old and it could do with being refurbished but it's fine for a solo traveller. Would stay again for the price.

    1. Too old building, Wi-Fi doesn’t work well! 2. Really old and dirty walls 3. Front desk hours are not 24 hours 4. Feel anyone can go into hotel without checking, not safe! 5. Won’t stay there again for sure!

The room was very old and dusty. It looked like it had not been properly cleaned in ages. The bathroom was filthy. The wifi was so slow – it could not even load an image. I had to use my data the whole time. I would not stay here again, even if it was free.

We stayed here twice in our last two visits to Tokyo in 2018 and 2019, both times almost for two weeks duration each. The location is really convenient to the JR Yamanote line and also the Skyline from Narita. We like it very much in 2018 but was a little disappointed in 2019, the place seems to be not as well maintained then. Nevertheless the great location made up for it still.

We stayed for two nights in this hotel and it was an ok staying. They don't have cleaning room services but you can still change your towels at the reception. Laundry services cost 200 yen for the washing machine, 100 for the detergent and 100 yen for 15 minutes of dryer.

Business hotel, close to station with lots of shops and restaurants around. 24/7 supermarket close.by too which discounts food around 10pm. Room is small, which is to be expected for JP. Almost like a self contained apartment with microwave and portabke electric hob. Can request clean towels as no room service/daily clean which is 2000yen charge.

As can be seen in my pictures, this place is very complete. In all our stay in Japan, this place made us the most comfortable. It has a microwave for all the food we buy from family mart, Lawson, or 7-11. It has cords for phone charging. It has a stove. Appliance to boil water. Towels. Liquid soap and shampoo. Etc. You won't even need anything or any assistance at all.

Mixed business/mid length stay Hotel. Fairly close to Nippori Station and affordably priced. Has coin laundry facilities however room cleaning is an additional fee if you require it. Well laid out room but small as you would expect. Short walk to convenience stores (all family mart). They do accept package/takuhaibin on your behalf as long as you are scheduled to be checked in on that day. Payment required on arrival.

WiFi could be better, but rooms are fairly spacious and standard for the price point. Location is quite good as it's only a 5 min walk to the station. There's no maid service included but you can buy it, though we would rather keep our room to ourselves.

The location is good, the rooms are small for most people and we did need 2 rooms for 2 adults and 3 kids but good for a night sleep. Staff where really friendly and speak enough english to get you by. Beds are firm but surprisingly comfortable. Pillows thick and heavy, so if you like soft you may not sleep well. Bathrooms could do with a bit of a spring clean, they were tidy just not well ventilated so moisture becomes an issue in places. Overall though for short stays its ok.
