There are three types of room available they are; deluxe, ambassadorial and presidential suite, all rooms provide access to free internet access, Plasma TV with cable connection, comfortable beds, intercom, private bathroom with all the necessary toiletries. Other unique features vary depending on the room type; the presidential suite has an in house dinning, a sitting room, two TV sets and the rooms are more spacious. The hotel has a very nice restaurant where guests can enjoy themselves to classy Local dishes and a wide array of alcoholic and non- alcoholic drinks to choose from on the menu list made available by the Onsite bar and restaurant. Maximum security is guaranteed. A variety of services are available on request these include Laundry/ dry cleaning and concierge services. Onsite parking is allowed.

This hotel is comfortable and feels like home. But there is no swimming pool and they switch of the Generator at 8am, which means if there is no public power at the time guests will stay without power and it could be really uncomfortable considering Gombe can be very hot during summer.

Wonderful place for vacation and visit.

The rooms are very beautiful. You will love to remain inside and wish it's your house.... But the girl receptionist was having a bad service. Which made me not to back there again. And the location is having a bad acces road

I give this hotel ( Zuma Rock Hotel) three stars because it is located in a safe environment, with good services and smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms. I spent a night in that hotel with friend.
