It was great visiting my old Starbucks haunt. The service was terrific. The baristas were friendly, they were working well together behind the counter, and the store was clean. I arrived as a mobile orderer, was recognized, and had my drink and food status provided. It's nice to see this level of service.

With lots of indoor and outdoor seating, free parking, and kind baristas, this Starbucks cafe is one of my favorite ones in ATX.

Large space and friendly staff but don’t go to this one if you simply want to walk in, order and get your drink. They get a ton of mobile orders and you will wait a very long time because the mobile orders get priority. The one near 45th & Guadalupe is faster. The wait was so long that I gave up and just walked out without my coffee and didn’t even bother to get my money back. I guarantee you I will not be back to this location.

My drink melted while it sat there because Noone called my name. I was listening for it because Noone was in there. BUT when I walked to the counter, there were quite a few drinks just sitting there. *sigh* Now to the coffee itself, looked like they added a splash of coffee and it was all milk. The lightest mocha latte I had ever seen. Clearly no measurements were taken, and I get starbucjs everyday to know it didn't kook right. This was my 2nd visit at this location. I used my birthday redeem rewards on my $15 purchase and nothing was taken off the total after scanning my barcode.

It's nice Starbucks, everyone is nice, helpful and inviting. I love their English breakfast and their refreshers. Try them next time you drop by.

The baristas were amazing! This is the busiest I’ve seen a store in a long time and everyone worked very hard and very quickly to get everyone’s orders. Caleb on the register was incredibly friendly and patient despite the long line and the early morning, and Atlas handled everyone’s orders with a lot of patience and in a really organized way. I didn’t catch everyone’s names but everyone was working so hard!!

The slowest Starbucks ever. They made my order like in 20 minutes, and they made it wrong and extra 10 more minutes just for an ice caramel machiato !!

Trey’s service was quick and courteous. It’s a good Starbucks!

I went to this place. The treatment was very bad, and the quantity was half a cup. When I spoke to them, they were very rude in the answer. I did not recommend them.
