Stayed in the lakeside cabins for my husband and our friends to fish in the lake. Cabins were very rustic but absolutely fine and also dog friendly so ideal for our needs. Enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked to go back. Hotel has a reasonable restaurant and an outdoor pool. Breakfast is light continental.

I thought the service in this place couldn't get any worse, wrong, one person to serve breakfast when the kitchen is in another building, come on. When the girls are working it's just about bearable, the men working don't even bother . Never never ever again.

Absolutely beautiful scenery from the bungalow we stayed in. Very large room and comfortable beds. Furniture a bit rickety but serviceable. Very good water pressure for showering although the pulse effect meant the bathroom got a bit wet lol. Excellent fishing with big carp. Didn't try the restaurant but had drinks one afternoon. Waitress was lovely once I'd been to find her but she never came back so second round of drinks I had to go looking for a waiter again.

Love coming here, my parents live locally and for a small fee we are able to use the pool- free sunbeds too!

The lakeside location is simply stunning. Out of this world stunning. Food is OK, it's tasty but there's better. The perfect place for afternoon drinks or a cheeky sundowner. Staff... one of the elder members (a short lady) is so, so friendly. However, one or two of her male counterparts could do with realising you won't break your face muscles if you smile a little more.

Nice hotel next to the lake. After traveling all day, this was the perfect place to land. Friendly, helpful staff. All inclusive with Restaurant, bar, pool and right on the lake. The rooms we OK. Comfort and cleanliness for sure, but a bit smaller than I expected. None the less, it was a perfect place to stay. The breakfast included was just right. The town of Arcos has alot to offer and the cathedral on the hillside is breathtaking. If you are trying to decide between several places, for the price, this place is perfect. Enjoy!

We stayed in the bungalows very good

Ate here twice based on a recommendation. First time wasn't good, staff said that it was because a power cut meant that the kitchen was rushing with food. Next day we had a salad for lunch. It's hard to get a salad wrong but it wasn't very good. Lovely location but could only recommend having drinks here, avoid eating.

Excellent location next to the reservoir. Great room price €80.

It's a beautiful location and great swimming pool.

As usual we stayed in the dog friendly bungalows. Rooms are very basic but have two beds, single and double, fridge, air con with good size bathroom and large bath. Fishing ( purpose of visit) is available with private jetty and access to large, well stocked lake. Hotel has large outdoor pools, restaurant for breakfast and other meals. Our only minor complaint was that we had to ask at reception for more items available for breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful ( and speak English). We will be back again in April. Very highly recommended.
