Experiential Italian food from Puglia at its best. Gianni gets some great ingredients together and whips together a super meal.

The best Italian food I've had in my life. The place is run by Giovanni, someone who I can only call an eccentric genius, he opens the place only on a reservation basis, seating not more than a handful at a time. He comes and speaks with the clients and explains to them what went into the food. The ingredients are all from the Puglia region the dishes are all seasonal, which are fantabulous. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. One of the most unique experiences of my life.

Excellent restaurant. Very intimate, like at home. Excellent cuisine with good Italian products. The chef does the entertainment alone. Truly atypical!

Dinner with friends, super friendly, delicious and healthy. The chef is an artist who only uses quality products from the beautiful Puglia region (except coffee, Colombian). The menu offers a small quantity of dishes, because they change very often. The flavors are unique: pasta with honey and provolone or the combination of chili, coffee, green beans and fennel seeds. In short, subtle tastes that combine with the deliciousness and generosity of the dishes. The chef is all about it and loves to give extremely interesting information about the products. The bread is homemade and is delicious. In short, an Italian restaurant with surprising, authentic and warm cuisine and atmosphere. I will go back there !

A trip to the heel of Italy! I have never been so disoriented by a restaurant as when I went to Apulia! A super interesting experience with dishes that you can't eat anywhere else! Giovanni is an extraordinary host! It's a show from start to finish... He explains everything he does with passion! Absolutely worth trying

Who knew the best reservation I would make in Paris would be for Italian food? A true product of the soil, chef Giovanni absolutely nails Southern Italian comfort food. You will be wined, dined, and educated about the expressions of Apuglian cuisine. This place runs by the creed of Italian veganism...where cheese, eggs, and cream are fair game. My girlfriend and I polished off two bottles of wine in one sitting, with great conversation and ambiance amongst the five tables. Chef Giovanni is a one-man Dynamo, dancing around the kitchen and cooking meals while he entertains. It must be of great satisfaction to run a restaurant with such full control of the customer experience. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Also, the prices are super reasonable for fine dining. Mangia!

SUPERB Italian restaurant - do not go there if rushed, but the BEST place for a nice dinner with friends (all homemade food, great products, passionate and funny owner who cooks, serves, explains all about his cuisine). Southern Italian specialties. TRÈS BON restaurant ! Vaut vraiment le détour...

The chef and owner of the restaurant is extremely warm and very welcoming. He tells you and takes you through the history of each dish, it's lovely. The food was good but not extraordinary, extremely different fare and very local from what we were told. The owner is very involved in the experience, which though some appreciate, I would rather like to share some time with the people I came with. Overall an interesting experience, a bit pricey for what we were eating.

If you want to try Italian cuisine the way Italians eat it, this is the place to go. The cook explains all the meals and ingredients, the food is great, traditional and inventive at the same time. We had a great time, thanks!

Really very interesting restaurant. Giovanni, the chef, is an artist! His dishes are of rare originality, surprising, with unexpected ingredients and truly very successful combinations. It’s a journey into the flavors of Puglia, in southern Italy. He introduces us and accompanies us in this discovery...He explains the menu from start to finish, tells a story, explains the origins, the use of the ingredients. You have to like to eat well (obviously!) but you also have to know how to listen, to be surprised by new dishes...It's a world in itself! We loved it and laughed a lot! He is a person who really puts a lot of passion into what he does, and we appreciated his generosity and his theatrical, gastronomic, authentic and creative world! Well done!!!
