Best Hotel in Paris in my opinion. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and the service was excellent they helped arrange taxis and recommendations for restaurants. Very clean, Modern and Paris chic. Close to metro and a quaint market next door for snacks/drinks/wine etc. I will definitely be back my next visit.

Fantastic stay, the staff were excellent providing great recommendations in the local area, they were attentive and really helpful. The rooms were large, and we were upgraded. The shower was so good (a true rainfall shower) and a huge bed. The continental breakfast offering was a standard breakfast but nice to have as an option. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel and staff. Truly made to feel welcome despite arriving at 10am. Bags were tagged and secured away, offered coffee and check in via iPad and staff in the comfy lobby seating. Room was fantastic (We stayed in 102). Was clean and heard no noise despite facing the street. Private Hamman was a nice touch which we booked twice. Location is great with some nice nearby bars and restaurants and close to Metro line 5. Staff constantly gave a warm welcome when entering the hotel and were very helpful with directions and recommendations. The dutch lady on reception (Sorry I didn't get her name) was awesome, very helpful and so welcoming.

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Fabric! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were not only nice and polite but also incredibly helpful throughout our stay. One standout feature was the powerful water pressure in the shower, which was a refreshing experience after a long day of exploring Paris. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and our room was exceptionally comfortable, especially the super comfortable bed and soft shower towels. One thing that truly impressed us was the proactive decision to upgrade our room to a super double bed without us even asking. Their flexibility regarding check-in time was also a pleasant surprise, as they accommodated us at 12:30, unlike many hotels that make you wait until later in the day. The hotel's location next to the Saint-Ambroise metro station made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the receptionist provided us with valuable information and a map of the city's attractions upon our arrival. The gym and sauna facilities were available, although we didn't get a chance to use them. What was particularly outstanding was the assistance we received in the lobby. When we felt a bit cold and had to wait, they provided us with a blanket and allowed us to use the amenities even after checkout, including the option to take a shower. Their prompt service was evident when we requested an iron, and it was brought to our room immediately. The hotel even gave us two welcoming vouchers for drinks, which was a lovely touch. Overall, our experience at Hotel Fabric was exceptional, and we would not hesitate to book with them again when we return to Paris. It was truly a delightful stay, thanks to the nice and welcoming staff, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommended! Cons: They had a complete tea area with various tea bags, but we still preferred the ordinary tea/coffee set in the room.

Fantastic hotel in an up&rising location with lots of cafes and restaurants around and easy access to 2 metro stations with different lines! The club room was spacious! And on the ground floor which we really loved. Breakfast is very good! There’s an honest bar in the evening time. You drink whatever you want from the bar and write it down. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Fabric! Not only is is very stylish and trendy but also a very comfortable place to stay. The service was great and we loved getting free cappuccinos in the lobby every morning. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. Plus the neighborhood is very quiet yet close to many metro stops and wonderful businesses (cafes, shops, etc.). There is a market right next door which was also great. We can't wait to come back!

Great Hotel with a Funky vibe. Friendly staff who make you feel welcome and relaxed right away. You can chill out, get some work done or just plan your day as a tourist from the lounge / lobby. Room are well appointed with huge beds and top top bathrooms. What’s not to like?

Excellent, the staff are amazing and they are professional and friendly. They kindly organised a lot for us, from flowers and a gift to restaurants. The location is great, nice street that is quiet and relaxing. Hotel room was beautifully cleaned every day - great housekeeping. We’ve spent much much more money on hotels in Paris where the staff are awful, we will come back and recommend here because of the team and how they looked after us so well

Love the charm of this hotel! This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. The location is also perfect. The metro is just a short walk away which made it convenient to get anywhere. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel. They had everything you needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Cannot praise this hotel enough! Super friendly staff, a modern-finish interior with surprisingly spacious rooms for Paris. Staff were courteous at all times and the hotel facilities were impressive. Will definitely stay again. Close to the metro and a grocery store and restaurants a plenty on the street.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The staff is exceptional and makes everyone feel very welcome. The shower is AMAZING. The sheets were so soft and the bed was very cozy. We had a nice view of the courtyard. I will definitely stay here when I visit Paris again!

We had a perfect short stay here, they were very welcoming and so helpful. The room was really clean and comfortable and the private hammam was so relaxing. Great location for eurostar and getting around and incredibly friendly, warm staff.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Very welcoming staff who helped my wife and I out in a real travel bind and went above and beyond. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is modern and clean, in a great part of Paris, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Great option for those wanting something nice and comfortable, but not crazy expensive in Paris.

Wonderful stay! Nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, perfect location close to cafes and restaurants. we were only there for one night, but we would definitely stay longer. The buffet breakfast was very good

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Fabric in Paris! The hospitality was exceptional, and what set this hotel apart was its unique story and the character infused into every room. The staff was not only kind but also incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel offers delicious breakfast options, complimentary 24/7 tea/coffee setup in the lobby and an honesty bar. The location couldn't have been better, with some of the city's best boulangeries and restaurants just a short walk away. Having a metro station within a block or so was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. This hotel truly made our Parisian experience unforgettable. I can't wait to return!

Super stay in this pretty hotel. All the staff, on reception, serving drinks and the housekeeping were so friendly and welcoming. We had a room on the 4th floor, the windows were high so you couldn't see out but it was light and the deco was charming and interesting. All the basics worked, hot water etc. There is no kettle etc in the room but available all day downstairs with a good coffee machine instead of Nespresso and wide tea selection, plus fresh milk which is hard to get in hotels these days. Well done Hotel Fabric team, we will be back!

I feel nothing I say will do Hotel Fabric justice. I will say we found refuge in them after experiencing a significant travel snag. Lea was a godsend. I am so grateful. I will certainly return.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is spotlessly clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and the hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The staff had our room ready for an early check-in (at our request) and also upgraded us to a bigger room which was very much appreciated. The beds are very comfortable, and the little extras of perfume and L'Occitane products were nice touches. They also have a sauna/steam room and offer guests free tea and coffee in reception. The location is also pretty good and just a few minutes walk from Oberkampf metro station. We really loved this hotel and would definitely return when next visiting Paris.

Much better than we anticipated! Small street kind of boutique hotel. Very well managed with tremendously friendly staff. Breakfast very good for Paris with cheeses, cold cuts, fruits….Rooms are very nicely and uniquely decorated in accordance with the old industrial style environment. Had one very small hiccup during our stay which was well managed by the team. Can only recommend this hotel

The hotel front desk was really helpful when we needed help. Stayed here twice, and going back for a third time tomorrow! You get what you pay for in Paris for sure.

Great hotel, very good location , close to the few metro station. A lot of restaurants in the area. Good breakfast. Very nice ans comfortable room, with luxury soaps.

The staff is very friendly and attentive - even for hotel standards! The location close to Oberkampf is great as there are lots of small shops and restaurants as well as a local market nearby. Our room was nice and clean and the breakfast was good. Overall I can recommend this Hotel!

I can’t get over how beautiful this hotel is. Very accommodating, staff is very friendly. They have coffee always available, which in a world where Hotels nickel and dime you, this was very refreshing. The focus is on the guest here. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, the rooms are a good size and well maintained. The honesty bar is a nice touch. Only note is that you have to be let in after hours, but someone is always available. I’ll definitely go back!
