Reservation
was
booked
through
AAA
in
July
of
2022.
Received
a
confirmation
and
reservation
number
for
December
10-12
stay.
PREPAID!!
Flight
into
DFW
was
delayed
due
to
weather
so
I
smartly
called
the
front
desk
around
7pm
to
make
them
aware
we
would
be
late
and
was
told
"no
problem,
we'll
note
that
in
the
system
for
you".
Arrived
at
the
hotel
at
approximately
1am
after
a
four
hour
flight
delay
and
was
told
"we
are
trying
to
find
you
a
place
to
stay
but
it
won't
be
here
because
we
have
no
rooms
left."
I
was
beyond
furious.
No
rooms
could
be
found
at
any
other
hotels
nearby,
started
to
think
about
how
my
family
was
going
to
be
sleeping
in
the
car
with
no
available
bathroom
or
shower.
Rain
was
pouring
outside
and
it
was
pitch
black.
After
about
30
minutes
of
heated
exchange
we
were
told
that
a
room
is
available
for
us.
Recommend
showcasing
the
hotel
on
Modern
Marvels
to
demonstrate
how
an
additional
room
was
built
into
the
hotel
within
30
minutes
for
us.
If
I
prepaid
for
a
room,
it
should
be
available
to
me
regardless
of
what
time
I
show
up.
Nobody
bothered
to
call
me
if
they
needed
the
room
to
verify
I
was
still
showing
up.
The
hotel
took
my
money
but
was
trying
to
get
a
room
at
another
hotel.
Finally
going
to
sleep
at
2am
the
linens
felt
like
cardboard.
I
will
never
utilize
this
hotel
chain
again
or
recommend
them
to
anyone.
