Reservation was booked through AAA in July of 2022. Received a confirmation and reservation number for December 10-12 stay. PREPAID!! Flight into DFW was delayed due to weather so I smartly called the front desk around 7pm to make them aware we would be late and was told "no problem, we'll note that in the system for you". Arrived at the hotel at approximately 1am after a four hour flight delay and was told "we are trying to find you a place to stay but it won't be here because we have no rooms left." I was beyond furious. No rooms could be found at any other hotels nearby, started to think about how my family was going to be sleeping in the car with no available bathroom or shower. Rain was pouring outside and it was pitch black. After about 30 minutes of heated exchange we were told that a room is available for us. Recommend showcasing the hotel on Modern Marvels to demonstrate how an additional room was built into the hotel within 30 minutes for us. If I prepaid for a room, it should be available to me regardless of what time I show up. Nobody bothered to call me if they needed the room to verify I was still showing up. The hotel took my money but was trying to get a room at another hotel. Finally going to sleep at 2am the linens felt like cardboard. I will never utilize this hotel chain again or recommend them to anyone.

Terrible pillows. We had an issue with the toilet, let the desk know but it didn't get fixed in the 3 days we were there. The pool area is beautiful (but seasonal the kids from Kansas hoped it would be open and heated). The gym is a decent size if a little small for the size of the hotel it was completely full when I used it. The bottle filler was wonderful. The lack of cleaning supplies disappointing. The 2 double beds are fully so these rooms will be snug for a family or 4 people, they're fine for an individual (except the terrible flat feather pillows) the concierge suite is nice the hosts wonderful (wine and beer are charged to the room)

If you are going to see the Dallas cowboys play at AT&t stadium this is a great hotel to stay at they have a path on the side that goes right to the stadium. The staff here is very nice and helpful. The concierge lounge has good food and the crew up there are very nice in the morning. It's a very nice lobby here and the rooms are pretty good I think there's a little smoke in the air ducts though. The hotel does need a good update though.

Everyone was so nice from the time we checked in, during our stay and upon checking out. Carpet, wallpaper, door hinges tub, all need replacing badly. Shower is excellent. $18.00 buffet needs upgrading but the service was very attentive. Lobby is beautiful. Within walking distance to AT&T stadium, Texas Live, and the baseball Arena all in all, we had an excellent stay

Loved my experience here at the Sheraton. Only thing is there are no stores in the immediate area. Texas live is about a 15 minute walk. It's a nice walk, but when the weather is hot, it's kinda rough. The rooms are pretty simple. I was a little taken back for a Sheraton property. Overall, property is nice.

Everything was clean and neat. We had a great experience in the restaurant. Even though the menu didn't have many options for vegetarians, our server Olivia was the best and helped us with to get something that met our vegetarian needs.

Not Recommended. Check In: On check in, was told my suite was "overbooked" even though I reserved it 3 weeks in advance and secured it using a credit card. So the manager offered me a standard room. Come to find out I was charged more than the online rate. She offered "free" breakfast that was already included in my package, but then the breakfast and everything else was closed. Their excuse was it was closed for Memorial Day. I've never heard of a higher end hotel not offering anything for breakfast. Facility: The vibe of the hotel was outdated, its in serious need of refurbishment. The carpet was stained and the tub had rust stains. The AC sounded like a freight train when running. Staff: Housekeeping kept coming in without knocking or any advance notice (twice). Otherwise the staff was friendly. Had to call several times as the neighboring room was throwing a party, which went into the middle of the night. The "night manager" sent up "Free drink coupons" for our trouble, which again WERE UNUSABLE BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS CLOSED. Note to manager: This is not the kind of experience I would expect to get charged more than full price for. There were too many excuses made, but when it came time for checkout, you were not hesitant to bill me the full amount. Very poor experience. Recommendation: Choose a different hotel.

There is only one reason I am posting five stars. Please note and document your front desk person, Angel was fantastic! He was such a helpful person. This guy answered the phone and was helpful before we arrived in the city. When we arrived, he was a focused professional, and he made sure we were satisfied. The problem I have is with the actual room. Our bathroom had a very strange smell and the rooms were lackluster at best. It was also very unfortunate that you all don’t offer complementary coffee in the lobby area because you want to force people to purchase the Starbucks coffee in the lobby. Also, no complimentary breakfast, wow disheartening. Please note (again) you are getting a five star because of the front desk person named, Angel. Fantastic and he should be in charge of training others or at least in a management position. Angel is stellar at customer service!

Great value. Nice staff. Close proximity to stadiums. Nice pool / hot tub area. Honestly the only hiccup was the AC in our room wasn't that strong on a 100 degree day, but hotel staff nicely brought us a fan. Recommend.

So, we booked our room here well in advance. It was perfect! Room was super clean when we arrived. The pool is great, there's a beautiful small pathway for walking just up the hill from the pool. The hotel also has a gym inside. We booked this hotel, because it was closer to the globe life field. It's within walking distance, would probably take someone 10ish-15ish minutes to just walk there. Will definitely stay here again, next time we come to Arlington.

Nice hotel if it were maintained. During a recent visit my family stayed at this hotel. The building itself is nice, but there is very poor staffing. I had to wait the front desk for about five minutes before any employees even showed up. I was told the hot tub worked, but when I arrived, it was completely full of leaves and trash. I brought the issue up to the front desk, and nothing was done. Very hard to get ahold of anybody, and when you do they do the bare minimum or nothing at all.

The pool is very wide but shallow. There is a section in the middle that is 5ft deep so it’s plenty of fun. Pool could use a deep cleaning but it’s not too bad. The room was very clean and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful.

This is an excellent place to stay. Everything was very clean. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds, great pillows and a very large tv. The lobby is beautiful, very spacious with plenty of seats. The workout room is better than what you get at most hotels with a free weight rack in addition to the usual treadmills and stationary bikes.

The hotel overall isn’t bad. The beds was decently comfortable and the room was pretty clean. My main issue is that they were working on the elevators, and there was extremely loud drilling that started at approximately 8:00 a.m. and lasted throughout the entire day. During this time, it was impossible to sleep, watch TV, or basically do anything, because of how loud and irritating the drilling was. I mean, I get that they have to do maintenance every now and again, but having it last all day, when the hotel was full due to a Cowboys game, seems pretty ridiculous.

The hotel was decent. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bar was convenient. We checked in early and they had a room available so that was great! The room was hot all night. The bed or the sheets smelled like urine. The room had a smell to it as well. The bed isn’t the most comfortable but it wasn’t bad. Over all it was an ok stay

They desperately need to update Bathrooms and clean the pool. The room was very dusty and didn't feel fresh. I had to go in with my own cleaning supplies and clean the room just so I would feel comfortable sleeping in the room. I guess they're short handed in the housekeeping Dept. Awesome view and the staff was extremely nice especially the front desk clerk JAY.

Beautiful hotel. I like the red bus that came to pick you up for the baseball games. I loved the little market store they had in hotel. Bar was great and food for breakfast was fantastic. Loved the plaza in back of hotel enough room for every activity you imagine. The workers are so nice and informative.

Great location in Arlington. We have stayed several times. The room is nice, but for $300 a night it could use some updating and cleaning. They offer online check in we have tried to use it twice now and room is never available. When we arrive we’re able to check in front desk. Would like to utilize the online check in to avoid the line at the front desk. Over all good hotel for location close to the stadiums and six flags area.

The rooms themselves seem a bit dated, but they aren't bad in any way. This hotel's location is perfect for a Cowboys game, because it is .9 miles away. Given how wild the parking situation can be, especially when leaving, staying at this hotel means you can simply stroll back to your hotel and save time in traffic, and money on parking. The overall hotel has good food, as well.

Nearly perfect for the price, location, and age of the place. Roomy, quiet room, comfy bed, good staff, good food. The pool threw me off. It was weirdly shallow. I was deeply bummed and didn't even go in. It's like a giant wading pool. :( Wonderful spot to hit the ballpark. Loved the trolley to the games!

We had a great visit at the Sheraton. Maranda in housekeeping made the biggest impact. She saw me having a challenge with my dog and went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. She gets the entire hotel 5 stars. You are lucky to have her as an employee.

Came here for an overnight stay. The attendant was very friendly and observant as I had a toddler with me and the "band" was playing with plenty guests enjoying, so she offered a room on a higher floor for convenience. Wow!! That's awesome customer service 👏 😀. Rooms were immaculate, bathroom stocked. Highly recommend

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is the best rated in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it. Beautiful hotel with a great location! The pool is beautiful and they have a nice event venue for weddings or parties. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of open free parking. The staff was friendly and the lobby was clean and smelled nice. I enjoyed this hotel and would stay again.

This is a great hotel. The property is beautiful. We did not have time to eat at any of the restaurants or visit the bar. The room was clean and comfortable. It is within walking distances to the stadiums so no need to drive. That was our main reason for selecting this hotel. It was close to stadiums, clean and had good reviews.

Barbara in the executive lounge was sunshine on a cloudy morning! Seriously, so helpful and just delightful start to our morning. They’ve got a lovely spot behind the pool where you can walk around with waterfalls and nice spot to stretch your legs. Plenty of parking with a Tesla charging station right next door at the convention center.

Staff was good when we checked in, my husband was acknowledge as an Elite Member. Since we checked in late around 8pm and we are rushing to go out for a group dinner we haven't notice anything in the room. In the morning when making coffee, the coffee pot was so disgusting, I rinsed it but still the dirt dripping into my coffee cup, the drinking glass tray has a hair from the sponge they used in the bathroom, bathroom door so dirty there was a splash of juice on the door have not clean, ac vent so moldy, pillows are so flat and very uncomfortable. Housekeeping came with 2 pillows that I asked but bring the same flat pillows and the Supervisor came to change the coffee pot, after they left the front desk called our room saying that "I heard that you want to move to another room?" However, I never said that and no one told about changing room. Very poor service lack of communication

Stayed over the holiday weekend as we were going to a Rangers game and planned to walk to the stadium. The lobby is great with a bar, a restaurant, a small store, nice restrooms and plenty seating for lounging. The rooms on the other hand are small and outdated, but our bed was confortable eventhough it was small. I felt safe and everyone there was supper nice, so overall I did have a good experience.

Not my favorite hotel. It definitely needs some upgrades in the rooms and the towels felt like cardboard. The best part about it was the pool area. It was very relaxing and a nice spot for an evening gather spot if you are with a group of people. The breakfast down stairs was good and service was excellent!

This is a hotel to stay at, I have stayed all over Texas and this place is a gem. Lovely staff, especially Carina, when I spoke to her on the phone she put me first and she understood all my concerns. Great location, and right around the corner from Six Flags. Definitely will be staying here again soon!

I called the hotel yesterday for assistance on an existing reservation. The employee that helped me was so friendly and patient. I felt her empathy and appreciated her patience with me! She answered all questions and never made me feel like an inconvenience. Talk about, first impressions at it's finest. It was early afternoon, sorry I can't remember her name.

Beautiful property that's centrally located to everything! Clean and smells good through out. TV is a good size in the room and bed is very comfortable. Affordable. Will be staying here again.

I'm a diamond member with another club but thought I would try another hotel in this area, and it is closer. No shuttle service from this location though, so you are walking to AT&T stadium versus a free shuttle from many other hotels in the area. I asked for a 2 PM check-in days prior and arrived at that time. We were in town for the high school championship football game which started at 3 PM. I was told, at 2 PM on a Friday, no rooms were available. How many rooms can the maids do in a couple of hours if not more, many people check out early? So I wasn't able to unload any of the vehicle after a 5-hour drive for 3 people. I will say, the parking was at least decent, and no complaints about my room. I still tried to check in later on and even at 4:12 PM my key was not available on the App (screenshot attached.) When I got to the hotel later and went to have a few drinks, no one ever did come to my table although I would watch them ask other guests for drinks. Each time (3) I needed a drink I walked up to the bar myself. From the looks of the people there visiting, about everyone had watched a football game that day or was coming in for a game the following day. I asked the bartender, on the large (main) screen, if instead of basketball, could he put it on the high school championship game that was currently being displayed on a smaller side tv. He never changed it while I was there, at least an hour. Really nothing spectacular to report about my service here which gives me no reason to return. So much for trying something outside the box. I almost forgot, in the morning around 8AM, I turned the heat up to 80 and it never did get warm, it was nothing but cool air. I did report it upon check out.
