Overall I am happy with the stay. I stayed here on business. Housekeeping has to be requested but the staff made me aware of this and I am okay with this. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very good as well. This is a minor thing, but I wasn’t provided any sort of complimentary water or a even a cookie upon check-in as a diamond member. I stay in a lot of Hilton brand hotels and the complimentary water is provided standard across the board for any Hilton hotel, even at much lesser quality Hilton brands. I feel like the front desk could be aware of their guests who are members. They charged me for the water. The rooms are quite noisy, the walls are thin and you can hear everything through the wall. These are the only two reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The staff however, is very nice. The breakfast staff has been especially kind the whole stay. The pool, restaurant and bar is all nice as well.

We recently stayed here to attend a Rangers game. Our stay had some pros, but there is definitely room for improvement. PROS: location (close to Globe Life Field, AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, etc), cold AC, well-lit parking lot, great front desk service, very comfortable bed CONS: no free breakfast; the hot water wasn't working. We were exhausted, so we took a shower anyway before notifying the front desk around 11pm. At 9am the next morning, there was still no hot water. When we notified the front desk at checkout (around 9:45 or so), we were told that the water issue had been rectified around midnight the night before and "was probably just getting back to normal". If the issue had really been fixed, it would seem that there had been ample time for the hot water to be usable again. The room was a little small, but doable. However, there were exposed wires by the AC unit and the bottom piece of the AC was falling off (pics attached). The nook area beside the AC was very dirty and the carpet didn't feel clean. There was quite a bit of dust on the light fixtures beside the bed. Additionally, the body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were all empty. Not a huge deal since we did bring our own, but pretty disappointing. I slept pretty well due to being super tired, but my husband said he could hear hallway noise most of the night. I feel that with some additional attention to detail, these issues can be easily rectified. However, we would not choose to stay here again.

Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Nice pool and gym. Pleasant staff. A really pleasant stay! Only a few minutes from Six Flags and the ball parks. Only things to be aware of: - You have to request room service the day before. - the breakfast buffet is extra, but the food is better than average hotel fare.

Don’t be fooled by the outside appearance. The hotel has been fully renovated inside and out Our room was effectively clean. The carpets and drapes were clean. The bathroom has been renovated as well. There are charging ports on both sides of the bed. The mini frog came in handy, as well. The location was short distance to the both stadiums. Shuttle service amazing. The front desk worked diligently to get our room ready. The bar tender was friendly. The cookies were pretty good too. Although we were shorted a water bottle all the extra goodies made up.

Great front desk service. The staff really define customer service. The rooms are nice. I can tell updates have been done. Attention to detail, the cleanliness of the rooms improved. I’ve stay here 2xs on separate occasions. Cons sometimes the traffic is horrible getting there. They finally have a restaurant there which is great! All of the changes and improved ambiance of the hotel has definitely been a huge improvement! I’m definitely booking another staycation here! Thanks to the staff and guest service managers for making my trips feel 5 star!

I stayed here for 9 nights. The rooms are clean and the sheets and linens are high quality. Beds are comfortable and pillows good. Bathroom drains were slow. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was below average with a staff shortage and mediocre, over-priced dishes. The bar drinks were also incredibly over-priced. There is only 1 elevator and it often leaves you with a long wait. I chose to use the stairs but I'll warn you, they aren't clean and the doors to each level are always ajar. During a rain storm the stairwell was wet with ceiling leaks. The pool is nice and there are larger size beach towels, which I appreciated. The exercise room is under equipped unless you only care for treadmills and an elliptical.

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in quite a while. The room was super clean and no musky odors. My a/c was cold and bed was very comfortable. Rooms are very spacious. There is a refrigerator but no microwave but not a big deal for me. There is a pool and a full bar inside that stays open until 11pm with food. I'll for sure come back here again.

Stayed in 147 on July 5th. Started off good, the front desk person that checked me in was super friendly, singing along to the music, and gave me a cookie! Room was totally fine until I woke up Wednesday (7/6) with little bites all over my hands. I didn't notice them at first, but then they started to itch. I sleep with my hands under the pillows, so I'm assuming that's what they came from. Unfortunately, this would definitely just turn me off from staying here in the future.

A young man at the front desk named Milan was gracious and so helpful. I had travelled from Atlanta with over a 3 hour delay and so I was struggling finishing getting ready for a presentation on Monday morning. Milan was extremely helpful and encouraging. I was so impressed with his attitude and kindness later that evening I left my room and went downstairs to the front desk to offer him a job in my company. I never got to it because he expressed how happy he was working for Hilton and wanted to stay in the hospitality industry. The room was nice and the food was good but Milan made all of the difference.

Doubletree, This place was amazing. From the outside it looks a little rundown in the parking lot. But boy was a surprise when I walked in. It is definitely luxury and gives a high class vibe, The front desk concierge‘s were top-notch when I checked in and when they checked out. The pool was clean and made me want to go buy swimming trunks. The dining area is eloquent. The workout room is small but clean. Laundry cost $2.50. There are two washer and dryer’s. In my room was clean. Definitely on my go to list now . I only stayed here on the recommendation of a friend. The breakfast buffet was worth it. They also have dinner, I’ll try that next time. The cookies are delicious. Was here for business.

The location is very convenient to the DFW airport. We arrived late and the parking was well lit and the lady at the front desk was fantastic. She found us the perfect room for us. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The room was super cold, which is fantastic for this TX heat. The beds were super comfortable, too. I would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay it was very clean and professional. Everyone was nice and kind. I spoke to Justus and he was so kind and we just had a friendly conversation. I would surely love to be here again when I am around again. Blessings to you all and thank you!

The room was clean, beds are very comfortable. Property is well maintained. Housekeeping does an awesome job. A language problem with Housekeeping but never failed to get a smile and friendly hello. Mandi, the bartender provides excellent service. Honestly though the best part is Chelsea and Stacey at the front desk. Friendly, outgoing, awesome people with great personalities. Spent 5 days here and I'll definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel for the price; one of the most underrated Hiltons I've stayed at as a diamond member. Came for the Rangers game and took the free trolley to the stadium. Nice rooms, lobby and restaurant which seemed to be recently updated. They were giving out complimentary snacks and drinks when we arrived in the afternoon.

I stayed at this Double Tree for a week and honestly I am so happy I found this place. Other hotels were giving me the run around. I was quickly accommodated by the friendly and professional manager Justus. Prices were also are excellent. I was taken care of from the beginning to the end. The room was super clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower were very clean. Reception was very helpful in directing me to nice bar and club, so my friends and I could have great night out as well. I tried food room service as well and in 20 min was delivered to our room! Overall I had the a great stay in DFW and the Texas Rangers won the World Series as a bonus. I couldn’t ask for a better stay.

I travel a lot. I always stay at Hilton chains( points and class). Normally always 5 stars( left 3 lower than 5 in 15 years and literally a couple hundred nights). Front desk was perfect. Great personality, quick, detailed, knew exactly what I needed to without asking. However for two nights in a row I have gone down to the bar/restaurant to eat and have a drink. Waited at least 15 minutes each night, no service. The bar was not busy but the bartender was to busy doing something besides bartending. Shame because it is a beautiful hotel.

This location is beautiful and should be straight 5 stars across the board. Front desk staff and rooms were flawless. The issue is the food service offered is inconsistent. I stayed here on 2 separate business trips 3 weeks apart and had different breakfast and dinner offerings each time. First trip offered a breakfast buffet each day which was awesome, second trip it was a la carte which took forever and wasn't as good. The crew seemed overwhelmed and understaffed however were very friendly.

Very well ran hotel. Typical rooms, comfortable beds & pillows. Our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast is a little too pricey. Though it was a buffet, we ate some really good places with better quality for cheaper.

Courteous, knowledgeable and yet unobtrusive staff. Clean and very comfortable room and furnishings. I don't know from updated or not, but I was quite content and comfortable over the course of my 5 night stay. Great location for all of the sites I had to visit. Will definitely book again next time I travel to this area. I would also like to add..... the room has amazing soundproofing. The hotel is right on Hwy 360 and traffic noise was quite loud while relaxing on the balcony, but not a single bit of the noise could be heard when the slider was closed. Not even sure if I had immediate neighbors, but if I did, not a peep was heard. Directly across from elevator and ice machine, and again, silence.

The hotel was much nicer than I thought it would be at its great price! We stayed 2 nights and had about 8 rooms booked for a reunion. The housekeepers were always cleaning up keeping things in common areas perfect. The ONLY complaint was the parking lot size. It fills up quickly after dark. It was a great stay and the linens were nice quality. That king bed was really comfy but the showers in almost all our rooms had low pressure and slow drains. Rooms were between 205-215 maybe it’s just that hall. We will book here again!!!

Such an awesome hotel. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Amazing staff. From the front desk to bar staff. Clean rooms. Pool was great. You'll love the breakfast (not free).

Literally just checked out and the staff was amazing. First off, my company made the mistake of not confirming my room so I was essential on my own. The girls at the front desk last night were so sweet trying to help me book on my own last min. While trying to sort things out, I went to the bar. The bartender was a sweetheart as well! Her recommendations on the food were great! I got the short rib tacos and they were so good! My room was perfect! Clean, neat & easy to get to. If I were to travel again on my own, I’d def come back here! The staff was a treat and so were the cookies. Thank you!

Lovely, clean, well-maintained room. Gym, pool, and restaurant were good, especially the breakfast! They let me check in an hour early, which was very nice. I was very happy with my stay and would love to stay there again sometime.

1st when you walk in the Hotel it was very clean and the staff very friendly and professional. Then we met Mr. Cory with Majestic Transportation, you must use his services. It is close to the AT&T stadium, he was very friendly and most importantly he got you to the stadium on time!!! Awesome and amazing services eliminated parking issue for us immediately which was one of our concerns. We were able to leave our vehicle at the Hotel and be professionally taken care of. Five stars to Majestic Transportation!!!

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice but small (ish) with 2 queen beds. Expected more for the price. We stayed 2 nights. Room has no air flow. Took us forever to fall asleep due to humidity and how muggy it felt in the room. Towels had a smell to them. Had to request more but still had a musty smell to them. My 5 year old found a screw in the floor near air conditioner. Minor things but made for a rough 2 nights of sleep due to the humidity!

This hotel is conveniently located in the area of where my son lives. The staff is friendly. The hotel is very clean. The cookies are DELICIOUS. They have a courtesy bar for coffee and water which is convenient when you are on the go. Beds are very comfortable with some of the best pillows I have ever rested on in a hotel. This was an extended stay. We were not disturbed by housekeeping which was nice. I highly recommend this hotel, and it is one I will go back to often during my visits.

This is a very nice hotel that has recently been remodeled, and has very clean rooms. Extremely nice bar area too, the pool is great and there is a restaurant on site for breakfast. The free hot cookies at check in were a nice added touch and the staff and manager were super awesome too. This is a great place to stay for a visit to Globe life field, AT&T stadium, and six flags.

I enjoyed my stay here. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious. And the drinks at the bar weren't bad. As a Hilton rewards member I paid less than $80 for my stay. Can't wait to go back!

Last week I had a great stay. There were issues handled by their amazing staff. My room had shower drainage issues and the first night i needed my shower head replaced. I think it was Alfonso and Michelle that did a great job handling those issues with the room. Kris the bartender was nice and creative. And my second out third night, I saw the security guard sending people away. I think his name was Al. Probably saved someone's catalytic converter. It was a wild week in Dallas. I'll be back soon.

Unfortunately, mixed review here. 1. Vehicle stolen from parking lot and there is NO outside security. This is hard to believe. I have never stayed somewhere there has not been cameras outside. Please be aware. 2. Hotel itself was top notch. Great price, wonderful rooms and service couldn’t have been better. Like I said, very mixed review and this makes be upset that I even have to warn people of this but think people should know and hopefully steps can be made to prevent this in the future. Bed enough we had to come to town for a Covid funeral 😢

Missed my connecting flight in Dallas and had to stay overnight. I reserved a room in this hotel without knowing anything about it. The room was great, clean, and nice. The bathroom and shower were clean. There was good quality shampoo and soap. The staff was friendly and the value was extremely well for the accommodations. I will definitely stay here again.
