We
recently
stayed
here
to
attend
a
Rangers
game.
Our
stay
had
some
pros,
but
there
is
definitely
room
for
improvement.
PROS:
location
(close
to
Globe
Life
Field,
AT&T
Stadium,
Six
Flags,
etc),
cold
AC,
well-lit
parking
lot,
great
front
desk
service,
very
comfortable
bed
CONS:
no
free
breakfast;
the
hot
water
wasn't
working.
We
were
exhausted,
so
we
took
a
shower
anyway
before
notifying
the
front
desk
around
11pm.
At
9am
the
next
morning,
there
was
still
no
hot
water.
When
we
notified
the
front
desk
at
checkout
(around
9:45
or
so),
we
were
told
that
the
water
issue
had
been
rectified
around
midnight
the
night
before
and
"was
probably
just
getting
back
to
normal".
If
the
issue
had
really
been
fixed,
it
would
seem
that
there
had
been
ample
time
for
the
hot
water
to
be
usable
again.
The
room
was
a
little
small,
but
doable.
However,
there
were
exposed
wires
by
the
AC
unit
and
the
bottom
piece
of
the
AC
was
falling
off
(pics
attached).
The
nook
area
beside
the
AC
was
very
dirty
and
the
carpet
didn't
feel
clean.
There
was
quite
a
bit
of
dust
on
the
light
fixtures
beside
the
bed.
Additionally,
the
body
wash,
shampoo
and
conditioner
bottles
in
the
shower
were
all
empty.
Not
a
huge
deal
since
we
did
bring
our
own,
but
pretty
disappointing.
I
slept
pretty
well
due
to
being
super
tired,
but
my
husband
said
he
could
hear
hallway
noise
most
of
the
night.
I
feel
that
with
some
additional
attention
to
detail,
these
issues
can
be
easily
rectified.
However,
we
would
not
choose
to
stay
here
again.
