The overall stay was very nice. The gentlemen that checked us in was very efficient, quick & informative. Loved the lady that checked us out, wasn’t to fond of the lady that gave us our towels, seemed as if she possibly was having a bad day! We would definitely come back, as long as our deposit is refunded correctly. I am still waiting on my deposit and I checked out 3 days ago. I also take pictures of my room just for back up. I am going to give them until April 1st to refund my $100. I will be back to give an update.

Mia at the Front Desk was very helpful and attentive with all my needs for a great stay at this hotel. She really went above and beyond my stay and making sure it was a great experience. The room was really nice, clean, and comfortable. Mia really represents excellent customer service and really represents the company and brand very well. Will be staying again.

We came from Arkansas to Arlington for a 3 game Rangers/Angel's series & stayed here 4 nights. This hotel is an older hotel & the rooms could use some updating. The parking lot could have had more lighting. Our bed was very comfortable & the air conditioning worked great. It was very convenient to have a small kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave, 4 cup coffee maker and a 2 burner cooktop. Mia at the front desk was awesome & very personable. She resolved an issue with our room when we first got there. The trolley was a huge blessing as it picked us up from the hotel & took us to the ballpark & brought us back to our hotel after the game. That saved us 25 to 40 dollars or more per night for parking at or near the ballpark, plus we didn't have to fight the traffic to get to the game. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay & would stay here again when we come back to a Rangers game. Thank you Mia for you excellent hospitality!!!

It’s a pretty nice place with a kitchenette. We had a little trouble checking in because our rooms weren’t ready, but the associate/employee Mia helped and accommodated us in every way. She helped us find better rooms & she wanted us to stay. Mia helped us find side-by-side rooms, and she helped more than that other employee lady, not sure what was wrong with her. We were really glad they were clean. We had a nice time thanks to Mia, who is absolutely wonderful.

GREAT BUDGET STAY NEAR SIX FLAGS! Without being hyperbolic, this stay was amazing! It’s easy to overlook this quaint hotel, as it seems to have been overshadowed by all the other budget hotels in the area, but we booked it last minute after our original hotel was a bust. They were incredibly understanding and accommodating with our very last minute booking. From the initial phone call, and check-in at the front desk, we knew we were in great hands! Super kind and helpful all around. The room was very clean and comfortable! While I do agree that the building itself and the decor is a little outdated and in need of some revamping, it was no inconvenience at all! The rooms were quiet and we experienced no interruptions! Despite the lack of breakfast, the kitchenette comes in SUPER handy as you can make whatever you please, an option I’ve never had in a hotel before. The distance to Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor is still super great, and it’s a great value all around honestly. We never experienced any problems with traffic, and everyone staying there seemed kind and went about their business. If you’re in need of a BUDGET hotel near Six Flags, THIS is THE one I recommend! And I promise the front desk will NOT disappoint, they were all amazing!

Edit: Manager called this morning and gave a full refund! Checked into our hotel room to find that we paid for a double suite and they only booked us a single. I have a family of 4 so that’s doesn’t work. The girl working at the front desk was annoyed and acted like it was my fault they messed up our reservation. They did give us another room but the front desk lady was not nice and was snarky with me, not my problem they screwed up my reservation. I would not book here again solely based on the way I was treated at the front desk!

This was my first stay at a Sonesta and I will definitely return to this location on Lamar! Mia was such a sweetheart, her and Ms. Carla made my day! Ms. Carla went out her way to go check on a room for me upstairs so that I could check in early, Mia chatted with me while she signed me up for a Sonesta account to earn points for my stays. They were super cool, down to earth people. While they assisted me, I also watched how they helped others that were already staying at the hotel, how engaged with them as if they were family. The room itself was clean and tidy. In the bathroom, we had enough towels and soap, it was clean. It's always a plus when there's a full size refrigerator and a stove top available for use if you need it. The bed was pretty comfortable and there was a full sized desk area if you needed to work. The hotel was pretty quiet besides my family and their loud mouths getting ready for the Cowboys game. There were no issues with parking, there's plenty of space. This location is a great one as it's an $10 Uber ride to the Cowboys/Rangers stadiums, Texas Live, and Six Flags. There's also a plaza across the street with multiple restaurants like ESO Mimosa Bar which you could walk to. Overall, I had a great stay and I would come back just for the hospitality of the employees Mia and Ms. Carla.

Carla is amazing. Big thank you to her for making my trip from Bama go so smoothly. The rest of the staff is awesome as well. My room was clean 🙌🏾 still could update some things in the kitchen but to know that there’s a mini stove is cool to me

This hotel, despite its somewhat outdated rooms and building, offers thoughtful amenities like a gym, meeting room, and convenient features such as working desks and separated sleeping areas in multi-bed rooms. The on-site convenience area for small items is a nice touch with food, drinks, and toiletries. The hotel does feature a parking lot, which guests can use. This hotel is within walking distance of both the Cowboys and Rangers stadium (approx. 1hr) but does have a shuttle as well I believe What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff, who went above and beyond to enhance the overall experience of the stay.

Hospitality great especially Mia, she is awesome. She went above and beyond to assist and accommodate me. MIA rocks. It would have been a 4 all the way across but the room is dated but the entire hotel is really clean and smells good in the hall and no foul smell in the rooms. The overall experience was satisfying especially since it seems that alot of the hotels in DFW have gone done since the pandemic and the winter freeze we had. Glad to have found this location.

Clean, took for ever to check in and there was a funny smell in the entrance. Our room was on the 1st floor and trying to sleep in was not happening with the cleaning people wheeling their carts up and down the hallway. Would stay again, but request room on higher floor.

Booking from their web site resulted in a conformation significantly more expensive than the rate quoted on the site. A call to them got it solved. Upon check-in was told they charge for parking. Have stayed here before; this was new. Parking lot was never more than 35-40% full. Hotel has empty business parks on either side in which some guests parked to avoid the fee (lots basically touch). Hotel is not near enough to any of the amusement attractions that folks would be parking here without staying at the facility. I am not pleased about having to pay for parking. We were assigned the third floor. If you choose to stay here, I recommend the first or second floors only. Apparently they keep The Hulk chained up on the fourth floor. He threw a fit every night about 1:30 am. First night, I actually thought a bomb had gone off. Bottom line, our nights were not restful due to all the noise. We will not be staying here ever again.

We loved the room and everything about it. Kitchenette was awesome . The hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful!! The paper we were given at the front desk about the tv stations was wonderful. No searching !!! Something little to some but to me was a biggie ❤️ We took the Trolley back and forth to the game Friday and Saturday night. That’s a big Thank-You to the city of Arlington Bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby!! I was thankful that y’all had shampoo in the shower because I forgot mine. The front lobby staff were so nice and helpful They were all very pleasant I totally loved talking with all of them We totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back to stay!! Would totally recommend this hotel to anyone!! Thank-You all for making our weekend so memorable. We’ll be seeing you!!

We had a great experience at this hotel. It was a last minute booking but the concierge was helpful and very accommodating. They told us and helped us book free shuttles to and from the concert venue. All of the front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and just what we needed for our quick stay. Would recommend.

We stayed here with our puppy for more than a month! we are anxious first if they would really allow dogs to stay with us in our room but they are so welcoming the front desk ladies are always kind and cheerful! Rooms are cleaned once a week due to Covid Related restrictions but overall the room is well equiped with complete kitchen and bathroom stuff from cook stove to kettle pans and pots ! Bathroom is clean with toiletries being stock each week! Linens are only changed once a week too but its fine with us ! There’s a laundry area where we can wash our clothes as part of the amenities. No pool but who needs pool in this cold weather 😁 Understandable that the couch is not at its best condition in our room maybe because we have a dog and they don’t want dogs to be eating brand new couch. The carpet in our room is a little bit dirty and stained maybe because this room is really intended for guests with dogs so its not at its best condition. There’s a lot of guest with dogs in this establishment which is really cool to see a well mantained public areas not smelly at all! I highly recommend this place its close to all the activities in Arlington, Theme parks , Stadium ,Highways, Restaurants, Groceries. Prices is really reasonable. Overall clean and modest rooms Great staff!

Room smelled like mildew. Roach in sink. Only two towels we had to bring down to clean. No room cleans. Gave us a hard time for wanting an extra pillow. 2 star hotel at its finest. Cold AC.

The hotel doesn’t accept online banking institutions which is listed nowhere when making reservations. So after driving for 8 hrs I ended up having to cancel my room, STILL be charged for an entire night, and find and book an entirely different room at another hotel. For the future if you only allow certain cards that information should be listed out before potential customers book a room and end up with charges due to you all not accepting a specific type of debit card.

They don't take into account that some people work nights. We pay the same as everyone else for a quiet place to sleep. I have been told to be quiet when we got off work while the rest of the hotel gets quiet. Second day in a row that my sleep was interrupted by maintenence. Once again woken up by housekeeping this time. They obviously do not have a list of rooms of the guests who work at night.

Good location, as it is close to many attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean. And our check-in service was remarkable. I wish I could remember her name, but she was super friendly and accommodating.

Supper clean, comfy bed, good smell in rooms, all in place for self cooking. Soap, shampoo conditioner dishwasher iron... AC works nicely and lots of parking. Laundry mashing dryer... all available for guests. Close to the airport.

For the price point this was the best experience I have had. No problems checking in or out. Room was clean and is essentially a small efficiency apt. Full size fridge microwave, induction cook top. Nothing. 2 potential areas that people may take issue with 1 believe it or not is the shower. The water pressure was insanely high and bordered on uncomfortable but I got used to it Normally it's the opposite and the shower lacks pressure not here it makes the shower curtain fly around till it gets wet enough to help weigh it down. The other is there was no apparent place to put trash you didn't want in your room. I asked the front desk and they claimed ea fl had a bin but I saw non on the 2nd fl. So I just bagged and disposed of food related waste in the trash by the front door. Also too don't agree withe incidental change they do . It should just be an authorization against your card that doesn't post. But they do an outright charge then credit you back in a week to 10 days
