We hired them with the neighborhood party. As far as attractions are concerned, they were right on time, but everything is dated. We had a chip shop; that was a complete disaster, he didn't arrive at the agreed time, he arrived too late and left too quickly and the quality of the fries and snacks was also poor, had many complaints. All in all not happy!

Hired this company last Saturday for my 30th birthday. Rented a fries stall so that we could enjoy fries and snacks carefree and without stress (32 weeks pregnant) for us and the 50 other guests (with many kids), a time was neatly agreed via email/confirmed a few times. However, on the day itself, the chip shop did not show up... the kids were already on the lookout on the road. After calling 5 times, I spoke to a gentleman who told me that they had made a mistake in writing down the time. An hour and a half later, the chip shop had finally arrived. Unfortunately, a number of guests with children had already decided to go home because of the little ones' bedtime. We were also not satisfied with the fries stall. People could not order snacks and fries at the same time due to one deep fryer/temperature difference between frying. The gentleman also had no waste bins with him, and electricity had to come from our shed. Unfortunately, enthusiastic and flexible about fries/snack purchases was not the case either. We did receive a discount (at our own request) due to the late arrival of the chip shop, which I thought was only logical. In short, I would certainly not recommend the company, it really ruined my birthday due to all the stress and failure to keep the agreements made.

Great company, used their services several times. Arranged quickly and always kept all agreements neatly!

Want to rent a chip shop on Sunday afternoon. Long story short: in the end I didn't see a fries stall again. Poor communication at the very last minute. People went home with an empty stomach. Very unfortunate, because clear agreements had been made in advance. No good service and no good advertising.

Rented a unicorn bouncy castle last Sunday. Excellent service with pick-up and drop-off, the children's party was a great success, especially because of the bouncy castle. We therefore definitely recommend this company.
