Excellent location, thoughtful staff and comfortable rooms. We very much enjoyed our stay. The rooftop is cool with decent views. They have a small pool but it is on the same level as the restaurant/bar so expect patrons visiting the restaurant to be present. The decor is modern and hotel is well maintained.

💀😐⚰️ the AC doesn't work. the outlets are faulty (probably will kill your devices). the room was disgusting. checkin took almost 2hours (knowing that i did online checkin). the staff is the worse (so disrespectful and rude). when i called the receptionist "Adil" about the outlet he accused me of breaking it and called me names. while waiting the 2hours i went to the rooftop and got the cheapest option which was an ice tea for 60dhs(dirt mixed with wqter would have tasted better). second night i got locked out of my room with my belongings inside it took them 3hours to solve it (it was 1am). they didnt want to refund me and i gave up 2 paid nights. there are better hotels in the same area . please avoid this one ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Location is good and so were the reception staff, too. The cleanliness is terrible in side the room, they just freshened the towels and made our beds. Floors are dirty and dusty and dishes were left in the sink. Wifi is good. Didn't hit the pool but we saw that it was so small and useless. Overall, we won't go back there again.

The hotel is very modern, with beautiful interior both in public spaces such as the reception and the actual apartments. It is well situated in the city, within 20 minutes you could get to all the best restaurants, the main mall, the train station, etc., which was very convenient during our stay. The service was not the best, not sufficient effort was put into treating us during the check in / check out, and the receptionists were constantly rushing somewhere, which left little room to ask questions. No information was given to us about the amenities and the breakfast, we got our room cards, and that’s it. The room was new and modern, offering great value for the price. On the downside, it was quite dirty.

Our room was nice and the hotel facilities were fine. The main issue is the bad customer service. We had a range of negative experiences, starting from trying to arrange a pickup from the train station without getting any reply on multiple emails (days before our stay) and no one picking up calls to reception. They highly promoted their restaurant on the roof top for lunch but when we went up, there was no one at all and the kitchen looked completely empty. We wanted to visit the mosque and checked with reception as it was Eid, so we weren't sure about opening hours. They told us it's open every day and we can go. We went there and the mosque was closed for tourists, so it seems like they don't know the opening hours for their top tourist attraction. In the evening we called reception as the air condition wasn't working and they said someone will come check. No one ever came and we slept in a very warm room. It could be a really nice place if the service just got better, so I hope they'll turn it around in the future!

Our room was very nice, but Le Bir on the roof is the real highlight. Nice rooftop lounge, and a great spot to have a drink. Bahaa and Amina were our servers each time we stopped by, and they were very kind and helpful. Amina even shared some of her favorite restaurants with us (which we visited and they were very good). Would definitely stay here again.

I have been here for 1 week and my stay has been perfect. It's my first time in Casablanca, and I was really looked after. From the time I arrived, I was unable to call from my phone and the manager kindly let me use his. The day staff helped me with calling taxis and using the washing machines to answering my many queries. Special thank you to Najat, who ensured the cleaning of my room. You were wonderful. Breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay in Casablanca. Adagio is well located, the staff very professional and nice, the rooftop is just wonderful, and the car park very convenient. I’ll come back for sure!

I did an extended stay at Adagio for one month and loved my time there! Saad from Reception and Nadia from the house keeping team are so wonderful and made the hotel feel like home during my stay. I would recommend this hotel while visiting Casablanca!

The hotel is nice, the staff is amazing. Nadia organized and cleaned my room everyday and it was perfect! I stayed for 32days and the staff was incredible.

This place is perfect for extended stays, thanks to the spacious rooms equipped with a fully-fitted kitchen and our room had a charming small terrace. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with special mention to Kamal. He kept a close eye on our car, which was parked in front of the hotel on the road considering its height of 2.3 meters that prevented it from fitting into the garage. Moreover, during a football game, when we urgently needed to relocate our car due to police instructions, he even managed to guide us a parking space nearby. We were genuinely amazed by his exceptional assistance and thoughtfulness - thanks a lot Kamal! :)

It was my first visit to Morocco and I’m glad I chose this hotel. Location is at the city center surrounded by restaurants, shops and malls. Their rooms are very spacious and neat, fully fitted kitchen and really nice rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view. I highly recommend

The hotel is nice and clean, the reception are friendly and helpful we booked a small apartment which very cozy and meet your needs . The security outside the building are very helpful and try to assist you as much as they can . The house keeping Mrs.Khadijah and her colleague clean the rooms and the bathroom in very professional way and make sure all the essential items are available and most important is the BIDET as most of places around Casablanca are missing this point , my kids were very happy to find a toilet with Bidet 😅😅😅😅. The heater in shower rooms make it very comfortable in winter. The waitress at the restaurant located at the lobby she is very friendly and helpful. Thank you all for the great hospitality and service I hope you keep it up .

Hotel was beyond my expectation. The room was cleaned every day regularly. Special thanks to Ms Khadija and Mr Hafif from reception, as well Ms. Zaynab and Ms.Zahra for exceptional breakfast. Will certainly choose this hotel for our next visit.

I had a breakfast there It costs almost 100dh I really enjoyed the view and I was servied by two beautiful girls in the service a girl named zineb and in the kitchen a pretty girl named fatim ezzahra she had a big smile and her cooking was so delicious

Good stay at Adagio. Location is very strategic, located in city center. Very near to all good places in Casablanca. Security is very professional and helpful. Cleaning lady (Khadija) is accommodating. Overall very recommended.

I loved this hotel! It is my first time in Morocco, and I am glad I found this place. The rooms were nice and spacious, with plenty of room for whatever. I didn't go to the terrace upstairs or get much service, but maybe next time. We did have to get a driver to the main attractions, but the food nearby was great. I will gladly stay here again whenever!

We stayed for a night. The mattress was firm as I like. Hotel common spaces and the Room was very clean. I found Wifi was bit slow so I just switched to my local phone /data .

We were so pleased with this hotel! Coming from NYC while my husband is from Casablanca originally it was my first time in this chaotic city. We had a small hiccup when we were checking in, thankfully diligently resolved by Khadija who was also very helpful and on top of things for our entire stay, this hotel has been the highlight of our time in Casablanca. For the price this place is a great find, clean and in a good and safe area and some good restaurants right across the street — and maybe most important for us — they have security outside the front door and parking garage 24/7. We especially found the parking team so helpful. They run up and down this hot parking deck to make sure to help you get into tight spots EVERY time. We are the type to bring snacks and use our little fridge and microwave so this feature is great. Beds were extremely comfortable (many US hotels have turned to foam mattresses which have no support), and So much closet space. Next time, we plan to have family stay here with us and go for a larger suite. This is peak season and the prices were still very good. We really thank the staff for all of the hospitality. Our only small complaint is the pool needs to be cleaned more regularly and I would not recommend swimming tho hanging out on the deck is nice. Thanks for everything!!

A very good place to stay in centre of casablanca

Extremely rude and unwelcoming staff at the Adagio, such a shame as it was a nice hotel only destroyed by bad customer service. I booked two rooms for two of us to stay in Casablanca for 2 nights. I extended one day for myself, and as I was working in the cafe/lobby area, the front desk woman was howling at my fiancé to get out of the room, threatening her with derogatory and discriminatory language, calling her a cheat, a liar and all sorts. She made really upsetting remarks that left us both feeling hurt, and never did we expect to be mistreated like this! I tried to reason with the staff, explaining it is my room, she is waiting for her Bus (was running late) so I offered her to relax in the room whilst I stay in the lobby. all the front desk staff were protecting one another, without any understanding and hurled abuse at myself and my fiancé. I explained I will no longer stay here, and that their attitude was out of order. Avoid if possible! There are amazing Aparthotel in Casablanca which I found out once I left the Adagio.

A very neat and clean building and apparentment. Ambience is modern and very refreshing. Staff is very friendly. Location is in Marif, excellent place if you are planning a stay in casablanca. Roof top is also very good. Pool at roof is very small. Food variety is less but taste of the dishes is good. Basement parking is also available. Some Staff here can speak english.

I attend an event in this hotel, it was a good experience. I liked the decoration and the kindness of the team there.

Lovely hotel in a good part of Casablanca. Carrefour and shops close by. Clean, comfortable rooms with the convenience of a mini kitchen. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Great value.

The building looks very modern and stylish. There two little gyms, swimming pool on the rooftop and many other amenities available. The room itself is also very very nice and you find everything you may need inside. Our feedback is very very positive.

Definitely a nice hotel, good breakfast and apartment with one bedroom was a good size. But.. Service was terrible at the rooftop - they just didn’t care. I tried to order a meal and they ignored me. For a drink it took 30min to serve.. Cleaning was ok but we had mold in our bathroom…. And Wifi wouldn’t get through our apartment well.

We had a buffet like professional gathering at the bar Rooftop. The organisation was excellent, nice amount of hors-d'oeuvre and drinks. Hajar assisted us before the event in finetuning how all will be organised and was even present on the moment of the event Really the people are very helpfull, really recommend this location for nice evening gatherings.

The staff was excellent, sweet, and very helpful! Breakfast was delicious and our room was up-kept with water bottles and sweets in the fridge. The location is convenient and within walking distance from many restaurants. I highly recommend!

Beautiful, modern hotel in a great location with a lot of amenities (pool, rooftop bar, fitness center, breakfast buffet). Walking distance to a lot of cafes. Reception arranged us with a driver to and from the airport, as well as a PCR test before our flight home. Great customer service! Photos are from the beautifully decorated lobby.

The reception at this hotel was the worst I've ever experienced, and when my sister and I went to the bar restaurant on top of the building, the waiter was rude and informed us that there was no coffee available. Nevertheless, we ordered a virgin mojito for $8 and a cola for $4 because we needed to go downstairs for a meeting. I left my sister waiting in the bar after overhearing the waitstaff discussing whether or not we would leave without paying. Then, after I had finished my meeting, my sister informed me that she had left money and tips on the table after receiving the bill, and that the waiters had rudely stopped her at the door and asked her if she had actually paid. previously treated her like a robber. worst location in Casablanca I'll never back again...

Beautiful and modern hotel in a great location. Very friendly and nice service: Saad and Khadija from the reception were always happy to answer our questions, they were very helpful and friendly. Amazing and friendly Khadija from the cleaning service took care of my room every day, so it was always clean and beautiful. I will remember such friendly service for a very very long time. I definitely recommend this wonderful hotel!
