A little on the pricier end, but it's a nice little place with good music if you are looking to wind with a nice view. The food is also quite good. I had the pepper steak, it was tender and cooked perfectly. As for the cocktails, you can ask for the mango passion fruit (it's not on the menu), but compliments to the bartender and waitress for suggesting it.

Vibes 10/10 the food was ok, I mostly went there just to chill and change scenery for my birthday. The price was pretty affordable, very aesthetically appealing, I went during night but I’m sure day time is the best.

I really enjoyed the evening at Le Carré Dakar, I came here for dinner alone. From the beginning the staff were welcoming and very friendly. The interior is semi-outside, and if you can get the seats by the water it’s amazing, the waves just beneath - there are also lounges right above the waves if you wish. I heard the cocktails are great here, so I tried a few flavored mojitos and they did not disappoint - watch out they are quite strong. I had Dorade Braisée and that was probably the best fish dish I have ever had! The flavours were incredible, it was cooked to perfection and Aloco as a side just made it all come together. It’s a must try! Restaurant has a nice vibe, there’s music so it’s a bit of a restaurant lounge place, imagine it gets a bit wilder later in the night. It was busy with locals and tourists - don’t miss it if you’re in Dakar.

Trendy bar, young crowd, great views of the ocean. You may need to call early to reserve the spots closer to the ocean.

Great customer service! The food was good too. I liked the lounging area next to the water and you can also get blankets which is cute.

The food was great, really tasty. The lady at the entrance was not very focused on customer service, however our waitress Coumba was super nice and efficient. The food came out quickly. I will definitely recommend.

Fabulous experience I had there! The sound of the water waves while you are eating is simply magic! I love the place.

So lit, came here for the drinks and I really had fun. It’s also crowded on weekends so it’s best you arrive earlier if you’re coming in groups

Love the space and places next to ocean. Staff was very nice and food is fantastic - best on the corniche in my opinion, though a bit expensive. The cocktails are a bit weak or strange tasting compared to other places on the corniche, but not terrible.

If I could give this 0 stars I would, it took us 2 hours from when we sat down to get our food. The service was horrible. The food was cold, overpriced, and they messed up our order. I would not recommend that anyone eat here.

The food is quite pricey and slow to arrive but the beef wok with noodles that I ordered was amazing. They didn’t have some of the items on the menu (ex: grapefruit juice, pineapple juice).

Went there 2 nights ago, horrible service, the waiters dont make you feel welcome. Waited 1hr for the meal and 45 mins just to get a waiter to come take our order. Food quality was bad.

The spot is a plus for great views of the sea, just like many others along the corniche. However service takes a long time and the waiters aren't polite with a terrible attitude. The food isn't too bad though but can be better.

Great location but some members of the staff are rude. Very small so it gets crowded fast, if you are more than two you need a reservation or you will not enjoy where you end up sitting at. Great hookahs on the other hand.

For the first time there invited by my two Grandaughters. Amazing and delicious food. For sure, I'll go back.
