We enjoyed the place

Great structure and amenities, stayed more thaan 10 times in the last 2years, but maintenance is very poor. The fabric of the Grey chairs in the room is now dirty brown, the bedsheets are not very clean, the bathroom stinks from the floor expeller outlets and internet is terrible coupled with the bad GSM reception, I won't be going returning back

Really giving the resort vibes! Lots of activities for vacationers for adults and children. Its classy, it's cool, it's warm. The hotel has well designed and furnished interior and exterior spaces. Wherever you are, you're sure to feel the class. The rooms give the neat and tastefully furnished dream home vibe. Be sure to utilize the pool and bar area. Also visit the cinema, club, sports arena and of course the play ground for kids

First night, water was brought in a bucket to shower, you need to pray to God that water would be available. The frontdesk knew that there wasn't washing hand basin in that room and still checked me into that room. Light flickers, the door was bad, and the food was not that great. Second night, my room was changed, and this time around, I was left without a GSM network. Water was also brought in buckets to shower and to do number 2. The non availability of water was psychologically draining and affected my entire stay negatively. The only positive is that the corridors are well decorated and look modern.

Each rooms of standard hotel contains minimum of 2 towels, bathrobes, footwear, 2 bottles water of 5ocl as complimentary but here it's only 1 towel, 1 5ocl bottle water, no bathrobes in most of the rooms unless requested, no footwear. The management needs to improve on this if the hotel should be rated 5 stars hotel.
