This is the biggest shopping mall or supermarket in Benincity as far as I know. It offers a very wide range of products, provisions, groceries, electronic,household items,they have a pharmacy inside as well. Wine shops,perfumes place etc. They have cold storage as well for fresh produce. The location is very ideal and the ambience is great. The car park is exceptional. It has accessibility features as well. The payment system does be crowded at rush hours buy its expected because of the patronage. It's quite refreshing shopping here. I enjoy the time spent here shopping always.

I would call it a departmental store,located along sapele road after kada plaza close to the roundabout,very spacious superstore and extremely organized,there is nothing you cant find in there,the staff are well dressed and helpful too,polite and looks neat. In general it's a comfortable place to shop everything and anything with a neat rest room. I applaud them for their neat surrounding in general

Very terrible experience today. Very rude and unhelpful customer service. The no cash back policy is also so outdated, customers should be able to return an item they don't want and get their money back . It is so frustrating being told to go pick another item instead of getting your money back.

A truly nice place to get all of your shopping needs great customer service. But hated their customer service and how hard it is to find what you are looking for without asking for help and the fact that their escalator doesn't work. And if that wasn't bad enough they have a stupid rule about handling your bags when you enter .

My favourite shopping location whenever I visit Benin. You just have to be patient to find the unexpected. They have their peak period where you have to wait to check out but their system is so smooth and coordinated.

Hallmark is a one-stop supermarket, spacious with good ambience. The ground floor has food (Including frozen) drinks, provision, cosmetics, perfumes, household utensils, and some home appliances. Items are well arranged and price tagged. On the ground floor, there is somewhere like a mini restaurant just like a stand, that you can get food (like jollof rice) to eat, pastries and bread are also available. The first floor has wears, shoes, kiddies stuff, home appliances, and some interior decorations, The second floor is where you can get other interior decorations. Price is relatively fair compared to Market Square. Staffs are ready to help in navigating the store, there are enough cashiers available to attend to you, so on a day with high footfall, you won't have to wait for so long. All in all, you will have a good experience.

It's simply exceptional. They have a wide range of merchandise. There was a brand of ice cream that I have always looked for in Benin that I only got to find here. They really made my day. Staff is courteous. Checkout process can sometimes be hectic especially when the crowd is much. Kudos to Phil Hallmark Supermarket for their service.

It is really nice my only issue is that the area where they sell frozen foods and ice cream, there is usually no workers there which made me to stop depending there on buying my ice cream. Also it is supposed to be really big and 'international' but most American or other countries products are hardly available there( I usually go there to buy clothes and face products like creams, exfoliators, or some Amazon products)

Hallmark has always been my go-to place when looking for quality products despite the price. They have not lost my trust in getting quality goods. I have never gotten counterfeit from them so I will definitely recommend them for your quality items. They are also organized which is commendable.

This is a unique store with almost everything you need. It's always loaded with goodies, an d competitive price. A visit will left you awestruck. Easily located:It's just by the road side with enough space for car park.

I tag this place as the SHOPRITE OF BENIN… it a big store with varieties of thing. Has different sections for different things including wears for both genders and a pharmacy. There’s a skincare shop also. Lovely place with a spacing car parking slot. It’s directly beside KADA PLAZA.

The mall offers a decent variety of products and maintains good quality standards. Quite a pleasant atmosphere is pleasant, and wife and satisfactory selection of groceries, fashion, home appliances, home decor, gym equipment, some cool unique house hold items beyond the regulars, etc. A few of staff were friendly and a few more were indifferent, layout and navigation is cool and easy. Had a positive shopping experience. I'm more impressed by the wide variety of products, the mall is much bigger than perceived from outside. Cool

They've got everything you need. Prices are also fair. But checkout is a bit stressful because after you pay at the cashier, you have to queue at a checkpoint where they check your receipt and items bought one by one.

Hallmark is a cool place for shopping with varieties of items. Almost everything is available. But they need to work on their parking lot. There should be separate space for entry and exit.

Great place to get a variety of items ranging from food, snacks, furniture, clothing and the likes; but some items are a bit over-priced.

Still the best shopping mall in Benin. Groceries, clothes, children items all in one place. What I do not like about the place is that you have to lock up your hand bag at an entrance far from payment counter. I mean, which modern supermarket does that? I can understand dropping items bought but not your hand bag. Get security cameras or station more security men inside the supermarket and let us carry our handbags please.

Hallmark still stands out among supermarkets, you can not always get all you want... Just like her counterparts, you have a wider range of varieties to settle for. Friendly staff, great arrangement and great for shopping both on the high and low sides.

One of the best supermarket in benin, its a one stop shop for almost everything. I particularly love the arrangement of the different sections, items a easily found on display, waiting time for payment and packaging of goods bought is relatively short.

Phil Hallmark is about the most comprehensive shopping center in the entire city. U is still the go-to place for all sorts of items from personal items to groceries to car care, you name it. They even stock household furniture and decor. Quality is good too.

Before going into the store, I had gone through their online shopping website to verify which of the items that I wanted to buy were available in store and if they had stock. I was very surprised when I got to the store and didn't find some of the items I was looking for, and the first staff member I approached wasn't helpful but I was later assisted by a gentleman who went all out to make sure that I find what I was looking for. The overall setup of the store is very nice and it makes it easier for customers to find what they are looking for but most of the staff are not friendly or even approachable. The cashier even threw the bag with my groceries at me and called the next customer even before I could leave the till point. The only thing that will make go back to this store is the fact that I might not find some of the products elsewhere in Benin

Great service, Has everything you need. But prices are ridiculously on the high side. Looking for something?? Search nowhere else, just hold your money and forget budget. The toilet is on the outside, West side of the building. Groceries and provisions downstairs, Funiture and Clothing Upstairs.

Good place to shop . The only challenge is with the arrangement of dropping luggages, dropping your bag and going to shop and coming back to pick ur bag before you check out, It's an archaic arrangement to me. They shd use a better arrangement for dropping bags and other items and picking them after shopping. Cos with this arrangement people can easily forget their bags. I hop they improve on this soon. Also their hope service / delivery is nothing to write home about , e no make sense at all, they'll always give excuses why they can't come . It's better they tell people that they don't have home service than that service they're giving .

A pretty good place to shop. Probably the most well stocked supermarket in Benin. They have a wide range of items From the regular, everyday items to rare and unusual pieces that would catch the eye and pinch the pocket. Interestingly, their prices are the closest to the wholesale market. Staff are often polite and ready to help. Their aisles are typically full of shoppers, as such checking out can take a while. I live 40minutes away and I go past about 4 supermarkets to get to hallmark but I'd still rather shop at hallmark.

The products they sell are durable and a large range of things to buy. The only short fall is that they would NEVER!!! give refunds on products that are wrongly labelled as soon as payment is made.

The Supermarket is of international standard. Friendly staff, great security beautiful environment. The downside is, you have the leave you handbag in a locker.

Phil Hallmark is a big and well stocked supermarket, you'll most likely find whatever you need there ranging from food items, beverages, toiletries, perfumes, clothes, kids items etc both foreign/ imported and also locally made.

They had a variety of goods for sale. Of course, for those you could find in the local markets, the price would be cheaper there. There is an assortment of products from household deco to groceries. It's a good place to shop. However, there were also lots of customers and I waited for about 25 mins before I could check out at the counter.

Your online hours for Sunday says 10 a.m. - 6 p.m, but on arriving at your Sapele Road location this morning, your store hours posted at your gate reflects 12 noon- 6 p.m. please make correction. Thanks.
