    If you're thinking of relocating to Onitsha and you don't want to live in the noisy rowdy upper iweka, this is the place to be! Detached from the city centre by about 6km. It's also very close to ShopRite about 10minute drive. It's also a gated community so security is decent. Rent here too is reasonable.

    A residential estate with planned business plaza/shops at intervals, Mobil Police base, military checkpoint and AVG internal security system. The estate has churches, a petrol station at the entrance gate, schools and also hold abode for the best hotel in Onitsha - SOPROM Hotels.

    Great residential estate and a booming business hub. Superb masterplan. Good and accessible roads. Tight and efficient security. Lovely estate to live in.

    Calm Seren environment. However it's quite difficult to navigate with no proper directives, tricycles and public buses are not allowed into the estate save this registered with the estate management.

    Cool area with adequate security and well planned road network. Power supply is not so good anyway. You need to have an alternative source of electricity.

    The estate is heavily guarded. Makes me feel safe. I was at Soprom Hotel and Suites. It's one of the best hotels in Onitsha

    I can't complain. In the past, there wasn't any stable power supply but they have improved a lot. It's not perfect but will do for the moment.
