Wow, I say wow!!!!!. Delta State Library is indeed a good place to be if you must make quality use of your time to acquire worthwhile knowledge. I must confess that of a truth, it's VIP is indeed a VIP, I love the E-library as you get a very good internet connection and quality materials over the internet. What more can I say about the Library restaurant!!!!!!. Their meals are sumptuous, sooooo delicious and quess what???, It's so cheap and affordable. Just walk in to DELTA STATE LIBRARY and do have a good leisure time in its Serine environment. Not just for scholars also for lovers of pleasure. I love what I like ....

A quiet serene place for reading. It has enough material for primary, secondary, tertiary students and people of all ages. It has a children's section and sections dependent on your broad field. It's card is very affordable and for those who wish to use the e-library sections, there is free WiFi. There is also a VIP lounge where one can relax and read at the same time. The VIP lounge is well equipped with comfortable arm chairs and couches. The reading rooms are well ventilated and well lit for reading. It has articles, bibliographies, books and other references needed for complete study at different levels. It is open all weekdays and Saturdays at convenient times. The time of opening and closing can be gotten by walking in and making enquiries. Educational, mentorship programs and the likes are also held here.

Delta State e-Library is a very peaceful and beautiful environment to read, learn and make your research. Delta State e-Library Asaba is located along Marian Babangida road, beside GABBS Shopping Mall, opposite the State Secretariat, behind Cartege Cinemas

Very functional environment with a state of the art e-library and a mini restaurant and tuck shop for those who have a penchant for eating while reading and it also has networking zones where interactions and improved discussions can happen Training halls are also available at affordable prices for public use and its a facility for the individual who is ready for the launch to the next level by reading, learning and peer effects in personal growth.

Good facility. The govt of Delta State has done well however the govt can do a little more in making the library a truly digital library by ensuring uninterrupted access to the internet. Plus upgrade the air-conditioning system so as to make the library much more conducive learning/studying environment. Kudos to the Govt of Delta State!

It is a beautiful place to go to if you want to read and have a quiet time, they have a section for kids as well. They have wifi but you have to pay for it specifically Also you register for a year 2000 naira to get unlimited access to the library, They are still stocking up on books, I'm sure in a few years they will be fully stocked. But in all, if you want to read go there.

Located in the heart of the Capital City, Hard cover and e-books services available after a meagre registration fee for access. Renders librarianship services and a Computer-Based Test centre for conducting CBT Tests and Training of Users.

I'm so glad to have a library so close to home. I go there to read and write. The place is neat and offers a wide selection of books for students and for kids. But they are lacking fiction novels. That's why I was so eager to donate some books on my birthday. It's a pretty good library.

The Delta State Library is located along Marian Babangida Way, opposite the State Secretariat. The library since upgrade has been improved upon greatly. The space is great, good location, improved service, etc. The library now how houses a CBT center, eLibrary, small/executive meeting points, training/conference hall, e-regulated book collection and return system, WiFi, canteen among others. Its a great place to be. They do have a token for the use of the facility and some of its services.
