Wakanow should please return the money they collected from my card without my consent. You guys are coperate thieves. I do not recommend Wakanow to anyone. All efforts I’ve made to complain about the excess debit of my card on their pay small small plan has proved abortive (coupled with the fact that I also made transfer of the same payment following a directive from a mail from Wakanow) and they are very comfortable withholding peoples money for no reason. Run guys

Wakanow messed up my trip earlier this year. Booked for Dana air from enugu to Lagos. 3 seats. When someone told me that Dana ain't flying from enugu yet. I was scared and called wakanow. They assured me that the flight will go as planned. When I sent a mail to Dana air, they told me that they won't fly. I pleaded with wakanow to change the flight and put me in another air plane even if it means paying extra. They abandoned me. I had to goto Dana air and they helped us get into another plane as left overs
