5 star because it worth it. I enjoyed my stay as well as enjoying the services. Rooms are spacious as well as affordable. 100 percent quality. Accessibility is good, there is room for wheelchair for physical challenged. Cool! 💕

Awesome experience. It's not short of 5start. The service was lovely. The staff were dedicated. The environment is so nice. The car park is big enough to occupy much cars. The food is so delicious. Indeed is ⛵.

Gave 3 stars because it’s a beautiful hotel and designed above standard. However, the customer service is 0. For such a lovely hotel, the bunch of unprofessional staff at the reception will damage its image. The deluxe room is very lovely and big, the bed is not too soft nor hard, super comfortable for a good sleep. I didn’t have breakfast for the nights I stayed so comment. But the meals I ordered were well made. NO SAFE DEPOSIT BOX in the room. I had to take every important item with me while stepping out. The kettle takes too long to boil a cup of water. No bin in the bathroom, no hand towel, no extra tissue. Requested a hand towel right after check and was only able to receive one 30hrs later after I had complained more twice. There’s no jotter and pen in the room and if you need to write, requested for 2 plain sheets and reception could not give me one because their boss won’t permit that. In such a big hotel??? The lady at the reception by name Kosi is very unprofessional and seem not to understand the job she’s doing. Wouldn’t hand me back my room key when I came in because I signed my meal receipt and asked that it be sent to the reception so I could clear bills on check out (which is normal in every hotel I have been to worldwide); she said I had to pay. Asked her how many nights my booking was for and she clearly said she didn’t know (please note she confirmed my payment and checked me in on arrival yet she didn’t check to see number of nights). Thanks to the duty manager Trilon(?), who handled the situation. The network connection in the room was so bad I couldn’t make an internet call without stepping outside, even with the hotel WiFi it was still impossible. Focus should be on the training and retraining of the staff of this hotel as the hotel itself meets the standard of a 4star hotel.

Horrendous services at their rooftop lounge. The staff are very inattentive, slow and lackadaisical. The fish we ordered took more than 2 hours to arrive. Be wary of the staff in the lounge, bar and restaurant. They have an unscrupulous habit of sneaking in items into the bill of patrons. A pity though as the ambience is nice. I won't be going back.

Definitely the best hotel in Asaba in my opinion. Beautifully furnished rooms with super meals and room service. The location is also great as you can quickly access both the airport and the Benin-Asaba express road in less than 5mins.

..the resort is a nice place for kids. The environment is ideal and I hope to visit the cinema soonest.

It was a great place. I stayed a night though. Neat, stylish, organised. Complimentary breakfast for 1. Free WiFi. Hair dryer. Powerful AC. For a hotel in Asaba, it gave my Lagos Continental vibes but more affordable. But I had issues with my hot water. Other than that, it was an amazing experience.

The surrounding looks neat, yet to visit the rooms, visited the playground for kids. The place is nice and fun for kids. The rides are not free, the prices varies. Ice cream and popcorn is sold too.

Services are fine. Has lots of things to keep you busy all day within the premises.. Has a cinema, play groundfor children, a nice pool bar, gym and lots more. The rooms are fine and they have class.

Breakfast experience was great. I loved that, they had a good tray of dishes, ranging from English breakfast, to the local traditional, African breakfast dish and a touch of Lasgidi, when I saw ewa agoyin. You will eat and the food will eat you. Lol. Romms are very spacious and ofcourse the hotel had side attractions for holiday makers and children friendly too. Very nice ambience.

Very nice hotel with enough parking lot and also play ground for children, also have a fine night club. Standard hotel rooms with little faults here and there. The only thing they are slightly missing is their services especially the Restaurant department. And before I forget they have a functioning security department

This place is awesome and massive. Never run out of parking space. Plus there's a place for kids too. An amusement park I believe. Very neat and polite staff who showed me the venue for the meeting cos I was lost. Wish I could remember his name. Was nice being here

Vinmilan is a hotel situated literally 5 minutes away from the airport. So it's at the perfection location if you're travelling by air. This hotel is very family friendly. Security is pretty cool too. Has a kiddies pool and a lovely amusement park for the family. Boasts of a cinema hall too, and best of all.....the cook's meals are mealing. Just stay away from the jollof rice! Staff are friendly and helpful.... Also....if you're lucky, you'll witness some celebrity sightings👀.

Your pool shouldn't have pillars in it please. I don't know if it's for aesthetics but it doesn't seem right. There's a high risk of someone hitting those pillars while swimming. I believe you should be slightly flexible with your breakfast timing too. A guest shouldn't be denied breakfast at 10:05am which is barely 5minutes late and without consideration that there was power outage for over 30minutes before the time and coming down from a 4th floor might have been inconvenient as the elevator wasn't working.

The facility is top-notch but the staff at the restaurant are nothing to write home about. You order for a meal and 3hrs counting with a rude female staff snapping at you when you called to find out why your order is been delayed. The earlier this is fixed the better for the business .

We had an amazing stay at VinMilan. The environment was neat, the staff very courteous and cheerful, always willing to assist. The services, top-notch. Our kids were super excited at virtually everything;the Park, pool and cinema. We like that provisions were made for children too. Vinmilan is everything I would ask for in a hotel. My only issue was the food. It was too pricey and yet too very little. Paying 6k and above for a plate of food and you still don't get past 8 spoons of food on your plate is bad. Other than this, we will plan for another family vacation at Vinmilan. Thank you. 🥰

The environment is serene and beautiful. Their service is above par and they have a lovely playground to keep the children entertained. It is a lovely place to spend time with loved ones.

Terrible terrible, food served is rubbish wasted money . The laundry ruined my outfit and the staff’s put the blame on me, the staffs called me a liar instead of apologizing. Don’t waste your time with there food

A nice place for family outing. It has a play grounds for children . Wedding hall, pool bar and swimming pool both for adults and children. I can say its a good place to take you kids to.

The hotel is strategically positioned very close to the Asaba International Airport. There's enough parking space, the in-house amusement park and cinema is mind-blowing, state of the heart event centre, The roof top bar gives you a good view of the Asaba metropolis, the swimming, gym and restaurant are exquisitely built. The staff are well trained and courteous.

Yes my birthday was fun,I enjoyed my stay especially the breakfast, the chef or cook is really doing a great job, looking forward to visit again.

It was going fine until the management and staff watched as I was almost lynched. It happened that a car was smoking and lots of people ralied around with fire extinguisher to control the growing fire. I started making a video and a man and a lady started shouting on my head and pointing at me and even tried snatching my phone as well as calling me names. Their military guard started pushing me hard instructing me to leave the premises after paying for 2 days stay. If not for my friend I would have been lynched from the growing mob that was crucified me. No single apology. Also there was no hot water in my bathroom on the first floor. We resorted to using the tea kettle to boil our bathing water. Asides my ugly experience food was great rooms were great and I love the kids play park as well as Cinema. I won't visit again because my experience will play back in my head.

I came with my family for a little break.. Nice room.. Good Food, I will definitely rate their food then best I have had so far from hotels around. The crew members are so disciplined and cultured.. The ambiance here is cool and nice
