Very excellent, all kinds of camels and all sizes. If you are going to buy, buy from someone who is an auctioneer, and after you buy, the office commission is 250 EGP and the exit fee is 70 EGP, and whoever will carry the camel for you will take 20 EGP.

You can get there by taxi or uber, getting there by minibus is very complicated unless you speak Arabic. There is an entrance fee of 100 pounds for tourists. Very grumpy guy at the checkout, but inside everyone is friendly and will ask for photos, videos and handshakes. Animals not treated well, faint hearted abstain. For those who want to see something truly characteristic, it is really recommended, but be aware that many of the dromedaries that are sold are not in excellent condition and on some occasions it will not be all very pleasant. Don't get too close to the animals because sometimes they run away (some tie one of their front legs for this reason) and can charge at you. Be careful! Most of the people inside will be very friendly, there are even two very basic tea rooms inside.
