As an observer, I fell in love with the positive energy around. The coaching is an A class filled with educated captains. You’ll typically get motivations from anonymous trainees around. If you are an athletic, this place is a must to visit. Disregard the prices around that has nothing to do with CrossFit Engine, hope for sponsorships for a good backup.

I felt intimidated when I walked in. I felt i was expected to be an expert ( although I signed for the fundamentals sessions). The general atmosphere feels very competitive. I wished I was better taken care of. It is also very crowded.

Great place. great community. Out door area and indoor area Fully equipped ( ski erg - rowers - many bars and plates ) surrounded by a 400m track.

Highly recommended.
