Great hotel really close to Pyramids and not far away from city center. Food are delicious, waiters are really helpful and polite, especially Mahmoud Ali, he always was so nice and very informative about food and drinks. Outdoor pool are with heating water, you can swim in the middle of winter if you want. Gym are amazing, one of the best I ever seen in my life in all hotels around the world. Rooms are cozy and clean. Business rooms are excellent for conference or similar events. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel, and in my opinion it's for every recommendation.

Beautiful hotel. Clean, great service. Unfortunately, to go anywhere in Cairo would take about an hour. So going to eat there is a bit of a mission and it’s very expensive to arrange for transportation if you are planning to go eat outside of the hotel. Great breakfast buffet

Great way to start our trip to Egypt! The entire place is CLEAN and elegant, the staff helpful and very polite. Food was great poolside, easy and delicious breakfast and fun dinners were had at this location. We ended our trip at the Four seasons and this Hyatt hotel was honestly AS GOOD if not better. The spa, pool and relax area are AMAZING at this location. Got a massage expecting it to be just another hotel massage and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality. THANK YOU for setting bar high and making the start of our trip superb. We will DEFINITELY be back ❤️🙏🏻

This was one of my most pleasant stays at any Hyatt ever, I have not bad a more memorable experience at any hotel. The staff and concierge became friends! When we got back after a ridiculously tiring day and literally couldn't walk anymore, they brought us plate of fruit and pain cream. Not to mention the suite upgrade. 100/10 recommend!

Hands down the best experience I had not only in Cairo, but in Egypt! The staff are suuuper helpful, friendly and professional. They play live music everyday, you could enjoy the pool, hookah on the outdoors, brunch, etc. The food is BEYOND amazing, amazing varieties in open buffets. Not to mention that they are sooo hygienic, literally no one had their mask down for a single moment, the rooms & house-keeping are super clean & fast. Definitely would recommend & definitely not my last visit!

Safe Nice place with pyramids view option. Great breakfast choice. Good restaurant. Shisha bar. Outdoor pool but open only untill 7pm which is bit strange. Splendid fitness center and spa. Hope they took into consideration my remarks after people been asked what is not correct with a stay there...

The hotel installation are great. It's a bit in the middle of nowhere and not much to look at from the window. Reception was terrible. But food is good. Cleaning room impeccable. Good laundry service. Lovely breakfast. Good room service.

This new hotel is beautiful and comfortable with nice lounge areas that have comfy chairs. The shallow pool is a refreshing place to enjoy a hot day. There is a billiards table and a little library/reading area with great books about Egypt available to peruse. My wife and I enjoyed the separate spa areas and then had lovely couples massages side by side in a room together. A few of the nights we were treated to live music as we dined in their main restaurant, Park!! The greatest feature of this hotel is the team working there. Everyone there was friendly and helpful! Different wait staff members at the main restaurant went out of their way at times to make something a little special for us to try including pointing out a delicious ice cream covered Egyptian pastry dessert. I especially want to acknowledge one of their managers, Emad, who helped make everything right when a little miscommunication caused a small error. Emad and the rest of the team quickly became familiar to us and treated us like old friends. We hope to return here before long!

I stayed here in end of June when I was traveling Egypt, it was my last hotel on the trip and I’m glade we saved it for last… it definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff was so welcoming and nice 10/10, the food was amazing 10/10 and Rooms were clean and awesome 10/10… I’d like to take the hotel for an amazing experience… would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the Egypt.

Very well located in 6OCT. The manager at check-in was very nice and helpful. New hotel so everything is still nice and clean. The room (2112) was also spacious and they have a salon downstairs. The spa experience was nice too, the massage was good but unfortunately the jacuzzi was dirty. I’ll definitely come back.

Thank you for a magical stay! All of the employees went above and beyond for us during our short stay. They showed us Egyptian hospitality at its best from our arrival until our departure. The location couldn’t be more perfect as it is a new hotel around a new coming up area. Traffic in Cairo is bad as it is so going back to this location made the long days out even better. The hotel grounds are stunning. The food amazing and there is liquor available at this hotel. Highly recommend your stay while in Cairo to be in this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our trip to Egypt, and would absolutely stay here again. The rooms are comfortable, and the property feels new and spacious. The Japanese/Peruvian restaurant is excellent, as is the 24/7 bar.

New facility.. nice staff.. but Spent 3 nights here.. first night was horrible 😫.. room full of mosquitoes that spent the whole night sucking my blood.. so almost didn't sleep at all after a very long tiring day.. moreover there were a lot of previously killed mosquitoes which were still sticking on the wall with other people's blood and no one cleaned them before handing over the room. Next morning.. complained about it.. and they upgraded my room.. and when I went to take the new room after also a tiring day.. I found it also with mosquitoes so called them again.. and they took the room for another hour trying to treat it.. and finally got the room around 11pm.. so from 3 nights.. 2 of them could not have good night sleep.. didn't expect that to happen comparing the cost paid. Food is good but over priced

This is an amazing hotel not far from the pyramids! It's inside a gated community and the service was excellent the entire time. Had a lovely dinner in the courtyard that was beautiful at night. The rooms were beautiful and larger than I was expecting. Wonderful rainfall shower as well! Made for a great experience all around!

Overall, it was alright. The facilities are new and clean. However, the sound proof of partition is really poor. I was able to hear chatting, sound of watching TV, using hair drier from the room right next to my room. Not sure if this quality fit in the price. In terms of, breakfast was awesome. There is a wide range of foods to eat. Really enjoyed.

My last stay here was a blast. The staff is beyond professional and the location is perfect i met a very very helpful lady in Guest relations called Sana Ismail she is very patient and pleasant answered all my questions with a big smile and took the extra mile to check on me two days later. I’m a very satisfied customer i highly recommend it. I would have paid 3 times what i paid here to get the same treatment in Toronto. I’ll definitely come back.

I have no complaints about this place. It’s beautiful and clean. The staff was there hand and foot. An hour away from the airport though but that’s fine. Also the food was always on point. Most definitely will be my go to place if I decide to go back to Egypt

I had a great experience staying there. Although it was a business trip,I have had some time for dun. The room is enormous,the food is excellent, The staff is very friendly. I loved this hotel during my stay in Cairo. The hotel is very new and modern. The rooms were big and comfortable. The breakfast service was amazing, both the food and the workers there. There are also a couple of restaurants (as well as a lounge bar) inside the hotel where you can have lunch/dinner with a nice ambience (but the music was too loud and sometimes it was difficult to talk to the other people at the same table). It's located in New Giza. This was fine for me since our group had transport service to the main attractions at Cairo, but take it into account in case you would like to be located at the centre. Overall, I was very happy with my stay there and I totally recommend it!

This hotel was excellent, new, modern and the staff was great. The staff really went over and beyond for every guest and very accommodating. I had dinner at the restaurant and the Chef and Restaurant manager personally came over to accommodate a vegan meal for my son and I. Great location and near the pyramids. I would recommend this hotel to everyone especially if you’re traveling with kids they have a play room and a kiddie pool.

We have now had two separate stays here at this wonderful hotel. From the first day we arrived here, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They are welcoming, kind, attentive and helpful. Their restaurant meals are 5 stars. The food quality is excellent. The rooms are a very good size and the beds are very comfortable. I will not stay anywhere else in Cairo. This hotel is perfect and the staff are amazing.

I would highly recommended this hotel for a short or long stay in Cairo. Hyatt is located just out of city center near a University and apartment complex. The hotel is build very recently and new. You get a cozy feeling when you are at the hotel. Swimming pool is quite small but there is a party atmosphere at the pool with good DJ music during afternoon time. Good breakfast and Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt in Cairo for three nights. This is a beautiful, clean hotel that we really enjoyed. The service was excellent, the breakfast buffet had tons of options and was delicious every morning. We had dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel each night and the prices are right on par with other hotel restaurants and the portion sizes are great. But most importantly, the food was delicious. We were there during the "cool" season for Egypt so I didn't get to enjoy the heated pool as much as I would have liked, but I did pop in for a quick swim and it was very nice. The hotel provides you with complimentary bottles of water in the room - you can't drink the water in Cairo, or use it to brush your teeth, so these water bottles were very handy. Excellent hotel, I would gladly stay there again.

First day in Egypt and because Hyatt in Cairo will be making this trip more often. Everyone is so nice and helpful. So far we have dealt with front desk staff, outdoor bartender and assistant manager Akmal Nagy. Akmal really went out of his way to make sure his guest are comfortable and enjoying the property. Beautiful property, updated rooms, nice amenities and longer hours to use them. For example gym is open 24/7. Food is very good as well!!

Definitely 5 star hotel. Well constructed very modern with good facilities. Clean and comfortable indoor temperature. Nespresso machines in the rooms, We'll stocked bar and efficient room service. Great water pressure in shower.

I’ve never experienced such attentive service from all the amazing staff members at the Hyatt. Mahmoud and Mohamed Fathy have been so kind and chatty. All the staff are beyond lovely, I really cannot fault the team! They clearly work hard and are devoted to their job. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, it’s not a vast open space with no character. There are nooks and private places to enjoy around the pool, and the dining hall is wonderful. The room is spacious and feels luxurious. It was pristine when we arrived, I’m a stickler for clean floors and sheets and I was not disappointed. The hotel is in new Cairo so a little drive from the plateau, however, it’s worth being slightly further away to experience the calmness and serenity.
